Our 4 day Tanznian family adventure explored the Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater was unforgettable. Agama tours provided very safe and exceptional service. Lake Manyara was peaceful and green, The Serengeti was vast and wonderful, every drive brought something new, Ngorongoro Crater truly amazed us, we felt a natural wildlife we belonged, with animals everywhere we looked. Our trip to Kenya was truly unforgettable. Everything about the experience felt special from start to finish. We were lucky enough to see the Big Five, which was absolutely incredible and something we will never forget.
The accommodation was fantastic – comfortable, welcoming and perfectly suited to the surroundings. Every detail made the stay feel relaxing after full days of adventure.
A huge thank you to our guide, John Ole Tompoi, who was outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism and genuine passion made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He always went the extra mile to make sure we saw amazing wildlife and had the best possible experience. You can really tell he loves what he does, and it made all the difference.

An unforgettable experience
Was in Tanzania for 5 days to pick up daughter for her Tanzania college volunteering trip…while there wanted to see a bit of Tanzania and the visit would not be complete within a Safari Tour.
Contacted Golden Memories and the owner, Henry was very gracious and courteous in arranging a 2 day safari with Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater with an overnight stay at a lodge. Henry arrived early morning to the Arusha Hotel to pick me up and take me to the meeting point when we connected with his safari driver, Frankie for our 2 day trip…which included a basket lunch and overnight stay at a budget friendly hotel. Looking back, I should have inquired about paying a little more for better accommodations…but overall a wonderful experience. We saw quite a few animals including Elephants, Zebras, Lions, Leopard, flamingos, Black Rhino, Hyenas in the natural surroundings.
All of these animal spotting are possible as the drivers listen to radio communications and Cab radios to communicate with each other if some other drivers spot animals so each driver can share locations to spot the animals in the wild…this saves time and effort to get the quickest and best viewing experience.
Upon completion of the Safari Tour, I inquired Henry about a day tour to Mt. Kilimanjaro which he obliged and picked us up from
our Moshi hotel and drove us to the Mt. Kilimanjaro checkpoint and decided to join us on the day hike to the 1st base camp (Mandara Hut) at 9000 ft elevation. At the end of the day we decided to stop by at a Handicrafts store to check out souvenirs and the famous Tanzanite stones. Would definitely recommend Henry and his team at Golden Memories Safari.

A huge thank you to our guide, Peter. Throughout our 8-day safari, he was incredibly responsible and passionate. With his expertise in spotting wildlife, he led us to see lions feeding, a lion pride, and leopards—these were the most unforgettable highlights of our trip.

Prompt, knowledgeable, organized
We were looking for a company through which we would book our African holiday. Contemplated some Australian and African travel agents but wanted someone who could not just sell us a package but someone who really knew where to go, what to do and how to do it properly. We Googled and up came Untamed Safaris, checked the reviews and there was nothing but very positive comments. We felt comfortable we were dealing with an Australian company and not just an unknown ( to us ) African company.
We contacted Ryan and found him to very knowledgeable, was always prompt with his responses and also had various itineraries to contemplate. We also thought his pricing was very reasonable especially as we requested quality private game park accommodation, safaris and tours. We were not disappointed, he was certainly across our requirements and only had praise for his selections.
We resulted in visiting South Africa, Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and Chobe National Park Botswana, all worth visiting.
Another thing we really liked was he organized all transfers, airport to accommodation, vice a vera, pickups for game parks and so on. It took out any stress having to determine if the taxi company we chose was safe and going to get us there.
Overall everything ran like clockwork, no hiccups, no delays including all flights which he booked. We were impressed.
We could only recommend Ryan and his small team, Africa was great and if we go again would book through Untamed Safaris.
