They genuinely wanted us to have an amazing safari experience!
If you are looking to book a safari tour in Kenya, I highly recommend Explorers Wild Adventures. There are so many things to love about them. First, it was really easy to communicate with them. Their website includes an email address and an option to contact them via Whatsapp number. I started communicating with them via email but as I started to have more questions, I switched to Whatsapp so that we would have longer and more real-time chat conversations.
They were also pretty flexible with our itinerary, making adjustments either at our request or for our benefit. We often stayed out on our game drives longer than planned, sometimes even up to an hour later, which maximized our safari experience and allowed us to see more animals. Staying out later than planned allowed us to see the rare striped hyena in Samburu! Maximizing our game drives also allowed us to see the Big Five!
They also helped my family get our electronic Travel Authorisations (eTA) to Kenya quickly. I made the mistake of applying for our eTAs very late and I was worried we wouldn't get it on time. Johann, my contact from Explorers Wild Adventures asked for our reference numbers so that he could try and do something about it. Very soon after I did, I started receiving eTA approval notifications in my email.
Finally, I have to give massive props to, and thank, our guide and driver Zachary who was truly awesome. I was continually in awe at how he managed to spot animals that were camouflaged in the trees or behind tall grass or bushes while he was driving. I also have no idea how he knew how to find his way around the game reserves, driving along unmarked and winding paths in search of wildlife without the benefit of GPS and never getting lost. He knew a lot about the animals we saw and he would tell us their names and share information about them. I also felt that he genuinely wanted us to have a great safari adventure and see as many animals as we could.
It was really easy dealing with Explorers Wild Adventures and their packages are more affordable compared to most of the other ones I saw. They really made sure we had an incredible adventure. If you are looking to book a safari tour in Kenya, I highly recommend them!

It's never too late to start your Tanzania adventure with Gosheni.
The six-day trip to Tanzania was absolutely fantastic and unforgettable and is definitely gonna be my NO.1 travel highlight of 2025. Going with Gosheni was probably the best decision we made.
Gosheni demonstrated professionalism from start to finish. They totally got what my friend and I wanted for our personalized itinerary and sorted it out quick and easy. That was a huge help in getting our trip off the ground smoothly. And our guide throughout the trip, Laban, just made the whole experience even more awesome.
Laban is an outstanding guide. Right from the start, he was so welcoming and thoughtful. He made us feel right at home in Tanzania, where the local culture and nature blend together so beautifully. Along the way, he methodically introduced us to the history, cultural and fascinating details about the animals of Tanzania, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and we learned so much. And Laban's extensive experience always allowed us to spot animals hiding in the grass or under the shade of trees at the earliest opportunity, and he'd help us capture those thrilling moments from the best angles. It had to say that Safari is a journey filled with random surprises, and having a guide like Laban double the luck. Moreover, one thing I really admire about him is his genuine love for his job and his real respect for nature and wildlife. That's the kind of attitude everyone should have when they‘re seeking to understand, explore and coexist with nature.
All in all, it was an incredibly memorable trip. I highly recommend Gosheni and Laban once again. It's nice to meet you guys again!

Unforgettable Experience with Colors of Africa
Our experience with Colors of Africa was nothing short to amazing! From my very first interactions with the staff, everybody was professional, clear in communication and responsive.
We wanted to customize our 8days tour to visit the specific locations and follow a clear schedule. Our person of contact, Justin Rasel, accommodated all our requests while at the same time offering guidance regarding what is feasible in our initial plans and what could be improved. This worked perfectly and we had a great tour.
We chose the following tour plan:
Safari: Arusha (1night) -> Serengeti (2nights at Safari Heaven) + Ngorongoro -> Arusha (1night) ->
Hiking/Chasing Waterfals/Other: Kilimanjaro: Marangu Gate + Materuni Waterfal (Moshi 2nights at Brubru Lodge) -> Kilimanjaro Airport Area (Airport Planet Loge)
Special mention to:
- Mr. Norton - our safari guide, very patient and accommodating, with lots of experience in driving around the safari and lots of knowledge about animals
- Alan - our guide around Kilimanjaro: very pleasant and easy going guy, friendly and accommodating, offering solutions to our queries
- Kesy - our mountain guide, very friendly and helpful in hiking the mountain
- Joseph - manager at Safari Heaven, very professional, we especially enjoyed his stories about animal encounters
Below the interested reader can find out travel plan of our trip:
day0. Landed in Arusha in the afternoon.
day1. Started the Safari the second day at 7am, travelled to Serengeti via the Manyara Region and through Ngorongoro, admiring the breathtaking view of the crater from a viewpoint. We continued with a 2-3h game view in Serengeti. Then we checked in at Safari Heaven, beautiful lodge in the middle of the nature, yet with all the amenities and comfort of a hotel and very welcoming staff.
day2. Game drive through Serengeti. back at Safari Lodge.
day3. Left Serengeti, visited the Ngorongoro crater. Amazing wildlife, unique scenery, both short grass environment and jungle, surrounded by a circular mountain cliff and with a vast lake in the middle. Back to Arusha.
day4. Short hike on Kilimanjaro, until the base camp where hikers on the way to the top stop. Quite fun, recreative, less intense than the safari, total different to the savanah and Ngorongoro environment. If you want to experience the jungle while hiking and feeling the fresh air of the mountain, this could be a good option. We stayed the night at Brubru Lodge in Moshi. Quite a cozy place, with a nice yard with flowers, vegetation and swimming pool.
day5. Materuni waterfall. It was great walking through the treks all the way to one of Afirca's tallest waterfalls, meeting locals and enjoying a unique coffee-making experience: from peeling the coffee bean to roasting and having the coffee. The locals were VERY welcoming and we had fun dancing and singing with them as part of the coffee making ceremony. Back to Brubru Lodge.
day6. Much fun in visiting Serval Wildlife and feeding, interacting and taking pictures with herbivores like: giraffes, one of the biggest antelopes (Eland, Greta Kudu), zebras, etc. The fun continued at Kikuletwa (Chemka) Hot Springs. Quite a raw natural pool with spring water. Then we went to Airport Planet Lodge, near the Kilimanjaro Airport.
day7. Last day we chilled at the place, contemplating about our trip, planning or next dream safari...

My incredible first time in East Africa
I had the best time. I decided on this on a whim and Kimberly came through. She even greeted us at the entrance of the national park with refreshments for the trip. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. I will definitely go again

Quick to respond and easy to communicate, very informative and flexible with the planning
It was my first time travelling to Kenya and going on an African wildlife safari. Elizabeth from Elwama Tours was very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to communicate with and could answer all the questions I had as a solo traveller. She arranged a two-night safari tour for me in the beautiful Amboseli National Park, including the transportation from Nairobi to the park and back. She was also able to arrange everything to meet my needs, such as travelling by train from Nairobi to Emali instead of by car. Everything was taken care of and went very smoothly thanks to her tips and planning. I strongly recommend working with Elwama Tours for anyone who wishes to travel in Kenya.

Soul of Madagascar Tours
We had an amazing 11-day trip in Madagascar with Soul of Madagascar Tours, exploring both the East and West of this beautiful country. Everything was well-organized, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Our guides, Joushia and Nandrianina, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made every part of the journey enjoyable and informative. A special thanks also to Rivo, our driver, who was not only professional and skilled but also made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip.
The car was very comfortable, which made the long drives pleasant and relaxing. Every day was filled with unforgettable sights and experiences from lush rainforests to breathtaking landscapes and unique wildlife.
We were so happy with our trip and truly grateful for the warmth and care we received. Thank you, Soul of Madagascar Tours, for making this a trip of a lifetime!
Highly recommended!

An amazing safari satisfing all our fantasy about Africa
We just had a great 10D/9N honey moon trip with Shanjoy. They customised our trip according to our requirments by taking us to Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Amboseli, covering Kenya and Tansania. Thanks to Shanjoy's ability which can operate in both countries, they transported and helped us switch cars twice across borders smoothly.
For our guides, Patrick2 in Kenya is a great guide. He was patient, knowledgable about all animals and had a good sence of boundary. We learned a lot animal facts from him which really broadened our knowledge.
The accomodation was good and the food was beyond our expectations. Except 1night in the camp in Serengeti, there was a total blackout the whole night because of a power failure. We had dinner with only 2 candles in the dark, couldn't charge our phone and cameras, and no shower since no electricity for hair dryer. And the camp didn't do anything to make up for this. It was a very unpleasant night.
For the animals, we saw all big5 and ugly5 and even one cheetah hunting scene. Since it was low season, there were very few cars and tourists on the road and didn't have to wait for longtime to take close look on animals. This experience was quite good.
So that's our feelings about this trip. Hope we can came back later in the future.

Wildlife photography's paradise!
I'm a wildlife photographer, and this 8-day trip was like a dream come true. The baobab trees of Tarangire, the view of Lake Manyara, and the stunning setting of Ngorongoro Crater - all were great for photography. Capturing the action of crocodiles in Grumeti was a huge success. Thank you so much to Seven Wonders Safaris for such a wonderful safari experience.

Unforgettable experience in East Africa
We had an excellent private tour with Gosheni in May.
Smooth communication with Herman in rates inquiry and his quick responses and well understanding of every request impress me a lot. That makes me decided to go booking with Gosheni finally.
Our guide Andrew is quite polite and considerate, organized everything for us in 7 days safari trip. We did not expect to see so many animals in raining season, but Andrew help us find lots of animals separately or in group moving in national parks, shared story about their interesting behavior with his knowledge and experience, we even saw cheetah hunting, lion feeding etc. and lucky enough to see at least 10 black Rhino in Ngorongoro crater. In last day of Serengeti, Andrew surprise us to hold a small farewell ceremony to Serengeti, what a romantic guy he is. How important to have a good guide accompany, not only have sweetheart in protecting animal in wild but also have the ability of taking good care of his guest throughout the whole trip
Highly recommend Gosheni & Andrew Steven as the guide for your next trip to Tanzania
