Thanks to his sharp eyesight and excellent instincts, I was able to see all of the Big 4 along with many other animals up close. He often spotted wildlife long before others did, positioning us perfectly for amazing views and photos.
What really stood out was how he explained what I was seeing—sharing details about the animals, their habits, and the unique ecosystem of the crater—which made the safari even more enjoyable and memorable. Melita’s professionalism, calm driving, and passion for the park truly elevated the experience.

I pestered Naite with so many questions about the tour, but she was always friendly and responsive. The vehicle, accommodation, and program were all excellent. And our guide, Logan, was our big lucky charm on this trip. He was very knowledgeable about nature, history, and the region, and he was friendly and easy to understand. He's one of the world's best game drivers, and he's also a fantastic photographer. Thanks to our great guide Logan, we found all the Big 5! If we ever travel to the Serengeti again, we'll choose Kiliclimb Africa Safaris without hesitation.

After traveling with other local agencies, we decided to rely on Serengeti Smile for our Tanzania safari. It was the best choice we could have made. The written communication during the safari preparation process was excellent. They changed a couple of accommodations we didn't like very much without any problems, and what's more, the price was absolutely competitive. Our guide, Zak, was exceptional: expert, knowledgeable, and even friendly. On the last day, he changed our plans a bit, allowing us to savor our safari to the very end.

Outstanding Serengeti Safari with Flagship Expeditions
My wife and I had an excellent safari experience with Flagship Expeditions, and I can confidently say it was the best safari we have had in Tanzania so far — despite having done around 10 safaris in the country.
From the very beginning, the organisation was impressively efficient. Within just two days, Miraji had organised exactly the safari we were asking for. Communication was fast, clear, and professional, making the whole planning process very smooth.
We went to the Serengeti. We asked for a not overprized mid-range accommodation. The price was mid-range, but service, rooms and food were above our expectations. The place was very comfortable and well-located. The value for money for the whole safari was very good, especially considering that the Serengeti is expensive due to park permit fees.
Without us even asking, Miraji kindly lent us extra binoculars and a camera, which was a great and much-appreciated gesture. One of many signs of the high level of his customer care. The safari vehicle was in very good condition and had all the necessary amenities.
Our guide, Khan, was truly amazing. Beyond his expert knowledge of animals and animal behaviour, his bird knowledge was exceptional. As a birdwatcher, I was particularly impressed — he knew all the species such as larks, pipits, warblers, cisticolas, including their calls. This added tremendous value to the safari and made the experience even more rewarding.
Overall, Flagship Expeditions delivered a perfectly tailored safari, excellent guiding, and exceptional value for money. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-organised safari in Tanzania.

This safari was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget.
We planned and booked our safari very spontaneously, only six weeks in advance, through SafariBookings and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. Philomena provided all the necessary information via email before our arrival, which made us feel well prepared and very comfortable.
Our safari started in Nairobi and took us through the breathtaking Amboseli National Park, Lake Nakuru, and finally the world-famous Masai Mara. Over the course of five incredible days, we experienced unforgettable landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters.
