Sadly, from our experience this company turned out to be a complete fraud. We were excited for our safari and paid everything upfront, but they just disappeared. No driver, no tour, no communication until hours later when they gave us a very unconvincing excuse.
We asked for a refund — nothing. We’ve now reported them for fraud.
Do not book with them. They will take your money and vanish.

WARNING: This company took our money
We paid for a safari in advance and they never showed up. They claimed they had a car accident, but it was clearly an excuse. After several attempts to get our money back, we never received a refund. We've now reported them to the authorities.
I recommend you do not trust them — they stole our money. Avoid at all costs!

Very efficient, fair price, everything you need sorted for you
Heard about the company through a colleague of mine and used them to climb Kilimanjaro with my cousins. Everything was organised easily with limited fuss. Price was fair for the climb and everything was upfront and straightforward. No hidden fees!
Great communication with Lawrence and everything ran smoothly, even when my cousin took unwell at altitude he was quickly escorted off the mountain and brought back to Arusha with no hassle.
The team for the climb were well organised and professional.
Lawrence was really accommodating and went out of his way to help us and get us random things we needed.

Bongan safaris was a unique experience that we always keep in our minds.Bongan was super polite,friendly,helpful,we saw everything,the accommodation was fantastic(we were staying on a great place inside the nature),the food was fantastic…it’s an experience a highly recommend…thank you Bongan for everything..I hope we visit again this wonderful place!!!! An excellent stay. The host is friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much. The food is amazing. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. Bongani is a great and knowledgeable guide, saw the Big 5 and many animals during our game drive at Kruger National Park. Thank you, we will definitely return

Incredible Kenya
Just returned from an unforgettable trip to Kenya, and I’m already thinking about when I can go back! One of the absolute highlights was my stay at Hemingways Ol Seki Mara Camp. The camp itself is stunning—elegant, intimate, and perched perfectly to give you sweeping views of the conservancy.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the sheer abundance of wildlife, especially lions. The conservancy is teeming with them! Every game drive felt like a scene from a documentary—lion prides lounging in the grass, cubs playing, and even a few thrilling moments of stalking prey.
The staff were incredible—warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. Every detail was thought through, from the sunrise coffee with views of the plains to the peaceful evenings by the fire.
Ol Seki is the kind of place that stays with you, and I genuinely can’t wait to book again. Kenya, you’ve outdone yourself!

Vert professional, patient and with passion
The price is very reasonable and the communication response is timely. The guide Albert patiently explained to me the knowledge of various animals and local culture. He is a very good driver and can take us to the best place to watch animals. The hotel and tent are very comfortable. It was a very unforgettable experience.

Excellent guide
Our trip to Masai Mara was nothing short of spectacular! The wildlife sightings were incredible – from lions and cheetahs to elephants and herds of wildebeest. The landscape itself is breathtaking.
A big highlight of our safari was our guide, Mr. Richard. He was absolutely outstanding – knowledgeable, friendly, and always knew the best spots for sightings. His passion for wildlife and deep understanding of the ecosystem made the experience even more special. We felt safe, well-informed, and completely taken care of throughout the journey.
Highly recommend Masai Mara for anyone who loves nature and adventure – and if you can, request Mr. Richard as your guide. You won't be disappointed!
