An Absolutely Incredible Safari Experience! Outstanding Organization, Amazing Wildlife, and Exceptional Service from Kennedy and Eric!
We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris, and we honestly can recommend this company! Everything was perfectly organized from beginning to end, and what started as an unexpected long layover in Nairobi turned into one of the most memorable experiences of our travels.
My wife and I had an unexpectedly long layover in Nairobi, and instead of spending the entire time at the airport or hotel, we decided to see if we could arrange a private half-day safari in Nairobi National Park. The challenge was that we had almost no time to organize anything in advance!
We arrived in Nairobi at approximately 7:00 AM, and around 8:00 AM, we contacted Kennedy from Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris to ask whether it would be possible to arrange a private four-hour safari, with pickup from our hotel in approximately one hour.
To our surprise, Kennedy managed to organize absolutely everything within an incredibly short amount of time! His communication was excellent - fast, professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. He immediately confirmed availability, explained all the details, provided a clear breakdown of the total cost, and arranged our transportation.
What we particularly appreciated was the complete transparency regarding pricing. Everything was discussed and agreed upon in advance, and there were absolutely no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or additional payments during the trip. The price we were quoted was exactly what we paid.
Despite the extremely short notice, our driver and guide arrived at our hotel exactly at the agreed time. Everything was perfectly punctual, which was especially important for us because we had a limited amount of time before our next flight.
We had booked a private safari, meaning the entire vehicle was reserved exclusively for my wife and me. This made the experience incredibly comfortable and personal. We could enjoy the wildlife, take photographs, and explore the park at our own pace without having to accommodate other tourists.
Bottled drinking water was provided, and everything was ready for our adventure. Once we arrived at Nairobi National Park, the registration and entry process was handled quickly and efficiently, without unnecessary delays.
And then the real adventure began!
We would especially like to express our huge appreciation and gratitude to our incredible guide, Eric!
Eric was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about wildlife and nature. Throughout the entire safari, he shared fascinating information about the animals, their habitats, their behavior, and the ecosystem of Nairobi National Park.
He clearly knew the park extremely well, including where different animals were most likely to be found. Thanks to his experience, knowledge, and excellent observation skills, we managed to see an absolutely astonishing number of animals in just four hours!
During our safari, we were lucky enough to see:
- White rhinoceroses and black rhinoceroses!
- Lions!
- Giraffes!
- Zebras!
- African buffaloes!
- Hippopotamuses!
- Crocodiles!
- Warthogs!
- Various species of antelopes!
- An incredible variety of beautiful birds!
And many other fascinating animals along the way!
We genuinely never expected to encounter such an incredible diversity of wildlife during a safari lasting only four hours. It was far beyond our expectations!
Seeing these magnificent animals in their natural environment was an absolutely breathtaking experience. Every new encounter brought another wave of excitement, and we were constantly amazed by how much wildlife we were able to observe in such a relatively short period.
Another thing that made our experience so special was Eric's flexibility and patience.
Whenever we spotted an animal that we wanted to observe for a little longer, take more photographs of, or simply enjoy watching, Eric was always happy to stop and give us as much time as possible. We never felt rushed or pressured to move on.
He made sure that the safari was tailored to our interests and that we could fully enjoy every moment. His attitude made the entire experience feel incredibly relaxed, personal, and enjoyable.
It was also wonderful to experience the atmosphere of Nairobi National Park. We never felt surrounded by crowds of tourists, and having a private vehicle allowed us to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and wildlife in a peaceful and comfortable environment.
What impressed us most was how seamlessly everything came together, especially considering that the entire safari was arranged at the very last minute, with less than an hour between our initial request and the scheduled hotel pickup!
From the very first message to Kennedy until the end of our safari, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism.
We would particularly like to highlight:

What could easily have been an exhausting and boring layover in Nairobi became one of the absolute highlights of our trip.
If you are visiting Kenya, even if you only have a few hours available during a layover, we wholeheartedly recommend contacting Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris. You do not necessarily need several days to experience the incredible wildlife of Kenya. Even a short, well-organized safari can create memories that will last a lifetime.

A truly fantastic experience. The places we visited were extraordinarily beautiful, and we saw an incredible variety of wildlife. Hospitality came first: Isac and Thomas—our guides—welcomed us (my family and my best friend’s family) at the airport with flowers and smiles. They accompanied us for five days with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism as we visited enchanting places, took in breathtaking landscapes, and saw so many animals. The drivers (Priscus and Ciprian) were incredibly personable; they encouraged us to keep a small notebook to record every animal we spotted. Thanks to a stroke of luck and the immense dedication of our guides, we were able to truly immerse ourselves in nature—not only seeing the wonderful animals that inhabit this beautiful land but also witnessing scenes of life on the savanna: lions mating, a lioness carrying her newborn cub in her mouth, hippos crossing the river, zebras moving in perfect harmony with the wildebeest, elegant giraffes, and so much more that we will cherish in our hearts forever.

Our entire experience with Jacmiya from start to finish was so easy and worth every penny. From great organisation by Jael, answering our queries clearly and promptly, to the safari itself with our guide Joshua. It has been so incredible and completely stress free. We had an absolutely amazing 4-day safari visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. Ken Ngamia was an outstanding guide who made the whole experience truly unforgettable.
