Wow! I came to Tanzania as a solo female traveler and elected to take a 4-day joining camping safari with Kili Climb African Safaris. I was impressed by the company's communication leading up to the trip and the personal attention of the owner, Moses, who was readily available via WhatsApp. He came to my hotel before and after the trip for briefings. He also arranged transportation for me for a city tour of Arusha and to the airport. It was very important to me to book with a company based in Tanzania to leave my money in the Tanzania economy. I also loved that Moses has started a non-profit supporting the education of some Tanzanian kids and that some part of the company's revenue is donated to that cause. I can say with no doubt that your money is well spent with this company and with Moses.
For the safari, everything was seamlessly orchestrated. Though the lodges were very nice, I only had the budget for camping and found the tents to be comfortable and the homecooked meals to be delicious. I would call it "glamping". The camp in the Serengeti was the most primitive and it was a cool experience to sleep in the park with wildlife around you (I promise it was safe). I shared a car and meals at the camps with people from all over the world and enjoyed the conversations.
Our guide's name was Humphrey. He was personable and was an expert, I would highly recommend him. He provided a lot of information about animal behaviors and the parks and knew where to go to see all of the wildlife that we were excited about. He even let our car borrow his personal binoculars.
The 4-day safari essentially included a half-day game drive in Tarangire, two half-day game drives in the Serengeti, and one-half day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I was satisfied with the wildlife and the experience I had. Asante Sana to Kili Climb and Humphrey for an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Highly recommend Axis Africa
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Axis Africa Safaris while planning a special family trip to Kenya for my husband's 40th birthday.
From the very beginning, Cynthia and her team were extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. She patiently answered all our questions and gave valuable suggestions to make the trip comfortable, especially since we were traveling with our 6-year-old daughter. Our itinerary included Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and everything was planned seamlessly.
The entire trip was smooth and well organized. When we faced a small issue at our hotel in Nairobi, Cynthia personally stepped in and resolved it immediately, which we truly appreciated.
Our safari guide, Peter Kapino, was exceptional. He was always punctual, friendly, and made sure our family was comfortable throughout the journey. His knowledge, tracking skills, and ability to spot wildlife were incredible. Thanks to him, we completed the Big Five and enjoyed some unforgettable sightings.
A special thank you to the Axis Africa team for arranging a lovely birthday celebration for my husband at the lodge, which made the trip even more memorable.

An unforgettable experience
We had an excellent guide in Livingstone, who shared his extensive knowledge with us and made it possible for us to enjoy countless wildlife sightings, including the Big Five. We felt well taken care of at all times and had a great deal of fun together throughout the journey.
The catering during the game drives, including drinks and lunches, was also excellent.
Overall, the accommodations were very nice, and we were consistently impressed by the quality of the food. We would especially like to highlight the Tukaone Serengeti Camp, whose unique atmosphere was an absolute highlight of our trip.
Compared to the other very high-quality accommodations, the Ngare Lodge did not quite measure up. For future trips, maybe an alternative option can be considered.
The organization of the flights between Zanzibar and Tanzania was also completely smooth and hassle-free. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Mary, who supported us with all our questions before the trip in a friendly and highly professional manner.
This journey was an unforgettable experience for us, and we can recommend it without reservation.

We are truly, sincerely, very gratefully
As the first part of our honeymoon, my wife and I stayed at Daini, Watamu beach. The beach itself was amazing, it was truly incredible. I was very pleased with the service provided by our tour guide and tour operator Sanzori Adventures. Their customer service was impeccable and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We stayed for 5 nights and spent every evening chatting with other guests about the day's activities over dinner and a few beers.
