Everything taken care of
4/5

Great experience with Aron as our driver. Everything was taken care of in terms of meals, lodging, transportation. Just had to show up and have a good time. Communication with the owner, Hillary, to adjust the schedule and coordinate was very fast and responsive

Aron was a hero for getting the car out of some pretty gnarly mud gullies! He did a great job of getting us to all the animals we wanted to see. Fun guy with a good sense of humor too.

Two things to improve:
- I would have loved if Aron was more talkative when it came to educating us about the animals and the region. Often I had to initiate questions to him.
- The group (including the guides) got a bout of food poisoning at the second lodge (Ngorongoro Tortilis Camp) due to some bad fish. Maybe no more seafood or other risky meats for the lodging meals…

I can’t describe because our son was in touch with the tour operator
4/5

I can only write about our two amazing guides- Paul and Issa. All the communication was done by our son. But the tour itself was very well planned. Paul and Issa became our dear friends who succeeded to make our trip - the best experience ever ! We really hope we’ll come back one day and will FOR SURE choose only Paul an Issa again. We highly appreciate their wonderful job! Thank you!

*My trip in Uganda was a success and enjoyable*

Am Extremely a happy client I must say. Umarella Voyage Safaris had alot in store for me during my course of trip to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for gorillas and Murchison Falls National Park for big 4. They have very good prices that are so affordable, my trip budget was fare. When someone mentions a tour operator , I just think of these guys, i definitely recommend this trip.*Great time at Queen Elizabeth National Park*

Queen Elizabeth National Park has so much to offer. I didn’t have a clue on how to begin my journey to there so a friend of mine advised me to book a trip to there with Umarella Voyage Safaris and just leave everything to them. I honestly don’t regret making such a choice because they presented more than I even expected. Kudos! Umarella Voyage Safaris.

I can recommend Top Cream Safaris as tour operator in Kenya. They are very professional and supported with transport, accommodation and a well-informed guide during my stay. Thank you Top Cream Safaris for a great experience.

Friendly, correct and flexible!
4/5

We did a one day safari, which meant many hours on the road (pretty exhausting, nevertheless a great opportunity to experience the towns/rural areas as well as the surrounding nature on the way!) as well as beautiful encounters in the national park, as nature did not disappoint!
The drive from Dar es Salaam was way longer than announced, which leads to the one aspect that could be improved - providing snacks and/or previously communicating that the included lunch ain't enough for what in the end were ~20h altogether would be great!
Other than that the communication regarding the booking etc. was easy and correct, the pick up punctual.
We have felt very safe despite the crazy traffic and we've been making stops whenever we've expressed needing one! A much appreciated flexibility!
The value for money was decent, we'd wish for a bit more input regarding the animals but in the aftermath it seems that our initiative was asked for, sth our tired brains missed - so if you wanna know more - ask! :)
The tour in the park was great, we were being given enough time to enjoy whatever has caught our eye so we've enjoyed every minute of it and it felt very satisfying!
All in all an enriching experience we are thankful for and would recommend!
Thank you for making it possible!

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by Veronica Bonalumi
Overall rating
4/5

There are a lot of trees here, so it's the perfect spot for baboos, but we were lucky enough to spot lion sleeping on a tree!
