Feels like the lion king in real life
Hi,
Last summer we went on safari with high peaks, it was wonderful!
In the morning they picked us up at our camping site with the Jeeps, we were immediately enthusiastic.
The seats were very comfortable, we had a lot of space, there were charge points to charge our cameras or anything and the roof of the Jeep could open so we had a great view during the whole safari. Our driver was also very funny and told us a lot of interesting information, he was good company!!
During the safari, the driver stopped several times so we could see everything, he also gave us a binoculars for the details and stuff. It was very exciting when an elephant walked by the Jeep with a distance of like 10 centimeters, the driver told us to be very quiet for our own safety. This was also when we saw a lioness, he explained everything very well so we had no problems or anything. We had a lot of fun and saw really great things. One life experience!! I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent organizing, professional staff, lots of different animals to be seen
We booked a day safari from Dar to Mikumi in advance. Mwajabu was very correspondive via Whatsapp and was professional, very well organized. We were picked up from DAR airport after arrival in early morning. We paid the tour in shillings (there was a working ATM at the airport) and we were driven to Mikumi in a comfortable air-conditioned car by driver Dhula. After a 7 hour ride, we arrived and were greeted by our guide Gilbert and we joined his group for safari. The animals were everywhere, especially giraffes were found all over the national park. The drive was slow so we got close to the animals. But there were no lions, we were told they are rare in Mikumi. We had a lunch at the park restaurant, the food was not very tasty but edable. After that we made another different tour around the park with the driver and then headed back to Dar. On the way we had a buffet dinner at a gas stop restaurant. I should have mentioned about my gluten- intolerance beforehand, it was difficult to find something to eat there. Luckily the waiter offered an omelette for me so didnt leave the place hungry.
Mikumi was quite far away from Dar so we should have booked a 2-day tour (which was recommended by Mwajabu but we were stubborn to book only a day-trip).
This safari would have had 5 stars if the food was right. This time it wasnt for us, but it’s partially our own fault. Going for a safari with Tanzania Mwangaza Safari is recommended anyway, this is a trip to remember! But make it longer than one day :D Asanti sana!

Good experience. Felix, always answer for all questions anytime. He is very disponible.
The communications were very easy. The safari tours also.
But tell to your customers the kandili camp is not in the national park.
The camp was perfect anyway.

Great experience
We did Lake Naivasha and Masaai Mara with Eliud in 4 days. Lake Naivasha was really nice with great accommodation at Sopa Lodge. The hippos came at night near our house, the food was great. The weather was ok.
In Mara the accommodation would be good as well (Sarova Mara Game Camp), but it was raining some of the time, interrupted one of the game drives and was cold in the tent. Mara is too crowded, even in the shoulder season, you feel like in a big zoo rather than in the wild. We have a comparison as we traveled alone after the organized safari to Tsavo, which is peaceful but has far less animals to spot.
Eliud was a great companion to talk to and spend time with, professional and helpful. Would recommend his service to anybody as well as Amazing Memories Safaris as the organizers.

Professional services. My experience to maasai Mara was unexceptional
We really enjoyed our Safari from the pick up at JKIA airport to maasai mara, samburu and Amboseli the tour guide was very nice and we'll versed with the wild.
I was also happy with the vehicles as most of them were new and upto the task. I would like to have the same service as the one enjoyed.

Good costumer service, but the guide they hired was mediocre
Communication was fast and friendly.
The service was great and we got picked up in a private car and driven to the pick-up point.
The Safari guide was a good kid, but his english was not very good, so we didn’t get much info of the animals due to his language barrier. But he was polite, and good at spotting animals. We had a three day safari, and got to see all the animals we wished to see.
I would book through Peofessional Safari again

Overall smooth experience
We booked Wildebeest Safaris after a lot of research and after talking to many different agents. Main differentiation was that they were able to arrange the camp that we specifically asked for (Entim) and the price was competitive. Also, before the trip we asked a lot of questions to Noah (the owner) and he responded to all of them with the requested assurances. We asked for a good guide and he allotted Dennis to us. We asked for unlimited Water and he agreed and he allowed us to pay balance on arrival instead of all advance (we initially asked for some payment at end of the trip which he refused)
We stayed at 2 days at Lake Nakuru (Flamingo Hill) and 5 days at Masai Mara (Entim Camp). Flamingo hill camp was very good whereas Entim was excellent. Stay at Entim was incidentless but the stay had Flamingo had a problem when we were leaving as there was some dispute between Wildebeest and Flamingo and they held us hostage till Noah went to their office and offered himself as hostage instead. It was probably a past payment dispute and we lost 2 hours while they were talking to each other. The good thing was Noah rushed to their office early morning so that we could be released and leave for our onward journey. Flamingo offered us a bottle of wine as a compensation for the inconvenience so it was good gesture on their part. So all in all it wasn't a very unpleasant experience and some glitches are a part of every trip.
Dennis was a great person to have as the guide. He was very patient, is vastly experienced with Masai Mara area, is a safe driver and is a fun person to talk to. He answered all our questions in relation to the forest or the animals and whenever he spotted an animal he knew which one it was. He also showed us the animal in his book which he carries with himself describing the animal and interesting facts about it. That helped in better understanding what I was seeing infront of my eyes. He also agreed to wait when we wanted to at a particular spot and was not forceful to leave unless it was dark and time to get back to the camp (we waiting 5 hours for the five Cheetah brothers to wake up from their sleep and he was waiting without cribbing). Even if we barely had little time left, he ensured we atleast got 5 mins with an animal sighting so that we dont go back disappointed. He was constantly calling his network of people on phone to ask for right places to visit and he wouldnt tell us what was there till we reached to create excitement and element of surprise. Probably just his style. We took bathroom breaks whenever we needed and ate packed lunch at whatever time we wanted. Even if we wanted to eat in the car, he didn't insist otherwise. He was very good with spotting animals from a far distance and he spotted some really good lions which anyone would have easily missed. Another good thing was that he was a keen photographer himself (we went there mainly to shoot) and hence he understood if we wanted some specific angles and took the efforts required for us to get the right shot. He was happy to take the car in any position we asked so that we could take satisfying pictures. He was always ready to leave on time and got us back only when it was time to leave. It was only once in Nakuru that he ended the Safari at 4pm instead of 6.30pm as he wanted to get his car fixed which should have been done before we arrived in Kenya so we lost about 2 hours there. But largely my experience with Dennis (as well as Wildebeest Safari) was a pleasant one and I recommend them to others as well.
