Very nice one-day safari
We had a nice day in Arusha National Park with our guide mister Frank! He was very nice to hang out with, gave us good information about the park, his animals and fauna and flora.

Westernized Africa
You can't beat the wildlife and scenery of a safari, that's for sure and it's worth every buck. However, it did feel heavily commercialized and not very authentic in terms of the people and the vibe. It's the first safari I ever take and my views could be exclusive to Kenya, Amboseli NP or the company I chose (which was very good by the way), but to me it felt artificial in a Disney-like manner. Please don't get me wrong: I stayed perhaps in the best hotels I've ever stayed and got some of the best customer service; the guide and all the staff were always trying to please us and make us happy. Maybe this was the problem ... it felt like Cancun, Miami or anything else but Africa, a standardized and westernized vision and feel of tourism. If what you are looking for is to get to know Africa's epic wildlife with international comfort then a safari is your best choice, but if you want to discover a new culture, then make a change of plans or balance your trip with something else. We also went to Ethiopia and while the comfort standard was light years away from Kenya, the social-cultural component of that part of the trip was much more genuine and memorable. In terms of wildlife, orangutan trekking in Borneo or walking among gellada baboons in Ethiopia feel much more authentic, although not as impressive as what a safari reserve can offer. I think it's a matter of what your profile is and the expectations you have. Again, my only safari experience is in one reserve in Kenya and things could be very different in other places, I don't know but I doubt it. Personally I would take a safari again (tampering my expectations) if I was traveling to Africa on a longer trip. I would never plan a trip exclusively for a safari.

Great Gorilla Tracking Experience
We booked a Gorilla Safari through Great Adventure Uganda. They replied to our emails at all times and
made this happen so easily. Samuel was always available to respond to our many questions whenever we had them.
We felt so safe with our driver/guide Simon was very knowledgable and he gave us information which made our trip so
amazing. I highly recommend this company.
Thanks so much Samuel and Simon.

the operator was informative and had good understanding of the tour.
the driver who picked us had good communication skills, the service was excellent as he was on time and knew his directions to the safari. everything well smoothly and loved the fact that the driver /tour guide had knowledge about the national park we was going to.

Helpful and hands off
She was very concise and helpful in communicating, not being too naggy or giving too much information. I think In terms of living up to expectations, the safari location was a little more beaten up than we had anticipated and the food wasn't great, but the staff were very nice and we saw a ton of wildlife which was great.

Great experience
Edward was a great tourguide with a lot of knowledge. We booked a 7 day safari in low season, so it was not crowded at all. We changed cars and scedule a couple of times, but in the end we did everything we wanted, even though we skipped a few hours of safari due to the changes. Accomodation and food were better than expected. Overall a great experience. Would definately recommend.

We were surprized over the courteous, friendly and prfessional help for and after the safary game dr
We were saisfied over the courteous, friendly and prfessional help for and after the safary game drive. Accomodations, food, transportations,
guides, weather, and scenery were very good. Wildlife was not to our full satisfactory, but then this was not a national park! But for beginners
it was it was allright. We enjoid our beginners wildlife safary and can recommend further. Thank you for the good time.
Cheers, Wilfried and friends
