Great tour but my payment was scammed
3/5

The safari tour itself was great, the driver we had, George was phenomenal. He tried really hard to show us all the different animals and was very knowledgeable and friendly!

However when we paid the deposit it was fine, but for the final payment we felt scammed as we communicated to the provider through email, someone had hijacked the email chain and offered me PayPal payment option instead. This, I had to pay again on the day of arrival. I have since contacted the tour company and thankfully they are investigating on the matter and have since taken action to prevent this from happening to others.

Therefore although the tour was good, please be careful with payments and make sure it is secure so the money actually goes to the safari company.

Organized and personalized
5/5

Great tour through an amazing landscape. Tour was perfectly organized, no complaints. Somewhere my shoes got lost but when I came back in Addes they were waiting for me in the hotel. Their service goes beyond. Thanks for that

Very knowledgeable and flawless arrangements
5/5

We have been regular customers of E-Trip Africa since 2019 with visits to Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda arranged by Ben and his team. They have excellent knowledge of safari lodges, local tourist services and regional flight availability. Our trips over the past 6 years have always been flawless with bookings made accurately, guidance through local airports by capable professionals and perfect flight arrangements. E-Trip is excellent to work with at the planning stage, patiently answering questions, making great suggestions and keeping us updated. They quickly understood our preferences and what we were interested in doing. Our recent trip was several nights in Zanzibar, followed by safari in the northern Serengeti and another safari in Kenya, staying in excellent accommodations, great ground and air transfers, with our itinerary going without a hitch. We’re already planning our next trip to Africa and, of course, we will be working with E-Trip to get everything in place.

Profesional, confident, responsible, communicative and willing person with very safe driving skills
5/5

I am pleased to have learned our guide who showed his high level of professionalism towards his guest. I could visit and see many beautiful places with detailed explanation. What was agreed, was kept at 100%. Environment was great, as well as all people I met during my 14days trip. I do highly recommend, without hesitation!

Excellent planning, went smoothly, had the best time and would do it again
5/5

Communication was ok! Often had to email first asking for updates etc but when I emailed or messaged Edward replied so quickly. No issues with this.

Everything went smoothly for the most part. Drivers waiting once we landed. Always on time. Slight mishap initially with our driver taking another group to the airport instead of us but this was quickly rectified. Our plane also broke down meaning we lost some hours on safari for this was not Plex fault.

The guide Joseph was lovely. Knowledgeable and found us good animals! We thought he was great- thank you Joseph.

The lodge was lovely. Basic but beautiful with big room. We have left separate review for selous lodge on tripadvisor.

The only thing we would change would be the itinerary. Our final day we did Masai boma and was back at the lodge for 0945am. Our flight was not until 1800pm and we had to check out of the lodge by 1400. So it was quite a lot of waiting around on this day. We also found the village tour was not the most beneficial. We would have rather done the bush walk, Masai boma and boat in one day and then either had an extra day game drive or just go back to Zanzibar.

Overall we really enjoyed and would do it again- but maybe just three days rather than four.

Thank you Edward for organising. Very good planning.

Accessible, communicative, they do care for you and your Safari
5/5

Extremely communicative, Michael, the operator we interacted with, was always ready to chat. Our messages were read and replied to almost instantly. He was incredibly helpful and addressed every request we made. We embarked on a 5-day safari that included Tarangire, Serengeti (for 2 days), Ngorongoro, and the Materuni waterfalls. He candidly informed us that the water level at Manyara Lake would be too high, covering much of the area, and recommended an alternative, which we greatly appreciated. Our driver, Simba, went above and beyond to ensure we could see the Big 5 -which we did!- and as many animals as possible. He was both entertaining and knowledgeable, providing us with all the information we needed.

The food was fantastic! Local dishes prepared by local people. We compared it to the meals offered by other companies, and it was genuinely superior.

My husband and I had the time of our lives thanks to the excellent organization and care from Majestic Explorers.
Thank you so very much for everything!

Well organised, friendly and knowledgeable. Unforgettable experience!
5/5

Our 4 day safari tour with Ozon Light Tours was amazing! Our driver Albert was so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had, as well as being patient when stopping for pictures! The accommodation was great, just what we needed after a long day out exploring. The whole booking process was easy and they were quick to answer any questions we had.

I would highly recommend them and would be happy to book with them again!

Thank you!!

Our safari with Serengeti Luxury was impeccable – truly an unforgettable adventure. The accommodations were outstanding, with service quality that exceeded all expectations (from cleanliness to delicious meals). A great experience
5/5

Sam and Bora picked us up in our hotel in Kigali. The 2-days trip was fantastic. We saw a lot of animals, the guides knew how to make our trip a great experience.
They know a lot about animals and we learned a lot. Sam and Bora are incredibly friendly, professional and attentive at all time and worrying that everything was fine.

Amazing!!!
5/5

We had the most unforgettable 3-day, 4-night safari in Kruger National Park with Wade as our guide for our honeymoon, and he was absolutely phenomenal. Starting from when we booked, the communication and coordination by Rhys was outstanding!!

From the moment Wade picked us up at the airport, we were impressed—the van was spotless, modern, and spacious, making the long drives so comfortable.

Our first stop was Crocodile Bridge Camp, which was incredible—we even had elephants and giraffes right in front of camp! Each day was packed with adventure, with morning, evening/sunset, and night drives. Some were in open vehicles with camp guides, and others in the van with Wade, giving us the best of both worlds. We were lucky enough to see every animal imaginable, including unforgettable up-close encounters with lions and leopards.

Wade went above and beyond—not only as a guide but also as our chef. He prepared every meal with so much care. Breakfasts included eggs, bacon, and toast or fresh fruit and granola; lunches and snacks were always ready; and dinners were incredible with salads, sides, and the most delicious barbecues. Every meal was better than the last.

We also stayed at Orpen Camp, which was another highlight of the trip.

This safari exceeded every expectation—we can’t recommend Wade highly enough!
