Pamela was great offered us one of the best deals and the best tour guide/driver.
It was one of the best experience I've had. The coordinator Pamela was great and helpful. Our driver was excellent. However Kimana tented camp and Mara sidai camp didn't stand upto expectation. It was dirty food was like doing a favour . They literally served us boiled basic macaroni rice and vegetable, no curry or sauce. I highly recommend to stay in lodges and not tented camps. Apart from the stay at kimana and Mara sidai camp everything else was excellent.

Great guide, unorganized office
We had no problem booking and paying for the safari (4 days). There was a lot of lack of communication with when the guide was getting us but once we came (which was earlier then we were told) he was amazing! His name is Dixon, he was knowledgeable, fun, always on time and knew the ins and out of where to be!
The issue arised when we were waiting at a park gate and we were told they sent Dixon the wrong invoice number and it could be a couple hour wait until they sent him the right one (this apparently happens a lot with different companies). We payed with our own Visa and were told they would reimburse us when we got back into Arusha. Once back in Arusha it was a horrible experience trying to get our money back as they were out office. Needless to say, we got our money back but definitely had issues with communication with the office. Our guide MADE our safari!

We have just returned from the trip of a lifetime! Thanks to this travel company and our agent, our custom-designed 13 day tour of Uganda was perfect. We easily followed the instructions in our travel packet, our tickets and vouchers were organized and accepted everywhere, every guide and driver was on time and extremely knowledgeable, and the recommended hotels and restaurants met our very high expectations. It’s worth noting, also, that just mentioning our travel company, or simply the name of our agent, seemed to make our providers stand up straighter and work a little harderWe thank this company and out agent for everything. the communication before the trip was very good, pending to answer the mails. We had a very good time, Benjamin was very kind and always outstanding
it was adventurous, fun and absolutely loved the the team for their proffessionalism.
I had mails between Brian and me, he answered each one of my detailed questions and was always available at all times,he is extremely responsive, reliable and patient.Uganda is absolutely undeniably beautiful and gorgeous,must confess it beat my expectations!we spent 5 days with our driver Denis he is a gentleman and fun to be on the road with ,my friend and i felt safe,he was more than a driver but a friend.
