An Unforgettable Tanzanian Safari with Wildebeest Safaris
Our safari with Wildebeest Safaris was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. John, our trip coordinator, was incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our vacation the best it could be. Instead of trying to upsell excursions, he focused on what would truly enhance our trip. One of his best recommendations was adding the Ngorongoro Crater to our itinerary—a place we hadn’t even considered, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire vacation. He also found us excellent safari rates and discounted transfers, all while maintaining a first-class experience that was significantly better value than anything we found online.
Our safari guide, Hatibu, was outstanding. His knowledge of the parks and incredible ability to track wildlife made every game drive exciting. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, never hesitating to drive farther or spend extra time searching for animals. Thanks to his expertise, we saw the Great Migration and even spotted a rhino—an incredibly rare sighting. His passion, dedication, and tireless energy made our safari truly exceptional.
Wildebeest Safaris delivered outstanding service every step of the way. From airport pickup to our final drop-off, everything was seamless and well organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.

Book the trip. You will NOT regret it.
Where do I even begin? My husband and I just returned from a 12-day Kenya and Uganda safari with Wild Uganda, and it was nothing short of life changing. This was my husband's first time setting foot on the African continent and my first safari, and Wild Uganda made sure it was everything we could have hoped for and more.
From the moment we started planning, Ernest was our anchor. He was responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure we were prepared and excited before we even boarded our flight. Any question we had, big or small, was answered quickly and with care. That level of attentiveness before the trip set the tone for everything that followed.
Once we were on the ground, our guides Yasir in Kenya and Kasim in Uganda took over and absolutely delivered. Both were deeply knowledgeable, not just about the animals but about the land, the culture, and the ecosystems we were moving through. Yasir's ability to spot wildlife before we even knew where to look made our game drives in the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru unforgettable. We saw the Big Five, and every sighting felt personal rather than rushed. Kasim brought a richness to our Uganda experience that went far beyond the animals. He wove in the history of local tribes, Ugandan traditions, and food in a way that made us feel like we were truly getting to know the country, not just passing through it. The gorilla trekking in Bwindi was the single most extraordinary thing I have ever witnessed. Standing feet away from a mountain gorilla family in their natural habitat is something no photograph or description can prepare you for.
The logistics throughout were seamless. Twelve days across two countries, multiple national parks, lodges, and an internal flight is a lot to coordinate, and Wild Uganda handled every detail without a hiccup. We never felt uncertain about what was happening next or where we needed to be. That kind of organization is rare and it allowed us to be fully present for every experience.
Whether you are a first time safari goer, a seasoned traveler, or a couple looking for an adventure that will bring you closer together, Wild Uganda is the operator for you. Do not hesitate. Book the trip. You will not regret a single moment.

Review about Bwindi Impenetrable National Park by Amanda Holland
Bwindi Impenetrable NP fulfilled our life-dream of trekking to see gorillas. The lush green and dense vegetation made for an authentic bush-bashing experience, with guides creating our path as we moved up and down the steep terrain. We spent an hour with a family of 10 gorillas and got to see mums, babies, teenagers and a silver-back. Words can't describe the magic of sitting with these incredible beings.

Staying in Southwestern Uganda amongst the lush green terraced hills was tranquil and breathtaking!
We flew from Entebbe to Southwestern Uganda and were amazed to land amidst the green terraced hills, with every spare inch planted in horticulture. Driving thru the villages gave us a great chance to witness the locals going about their days. We stayed at Burunga Gorilla Lodge and felt like we were nestled right in the middle of the jungle, with every luxury we could wish for. The Gorilla trek was worth every cent! Incredible how close we were able to visit with such magnificent creatures.
Lake Bunyoni is a tranquil and serene spot nearby that we highly recommend for a couple of days rest. If you're in the region, visit Little Angels School and Orphanage. The children are delightful with their friendliness, infectious grins and heartwarming curiosity. Spending a morning there was one of the best things we did during our five weeks in Africa!!

Tanzania is an incredible destination for scenery, wildlife and Sunrise/Sunsets are of the scale.
I will start by saying, I don't do reviews but this time I have changed my mind.
Tanzania is an incredible destination for the safari and adventures that go with it a big shout out to Goldfinch Adventures they were incredible from start to finish.
Everywhere you look there is incredible wildlife and stunning scenery.
Our safari was 5 days and included the Tarangire National Park ,Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro volcanic crater. Every experience wonderful in its own way and it it only made it better that we saw the BIG 5 which included a White Rhino and her calf in the crater.
The balloon ride at the Serengeti National Park was another incredible experience Elephants, Cheetahs, Lions(male and female)Hyenas, Buffalo, Hippos, Giraffes, a pack of Mongooses(a mob, a troop, a business, a curiosity, a committee ) all kinds of Antelope all of these animals in less than an hour.
The accommodation we stayed in was 5 star all the way on the safari its hard to believe there is such wonderful places to stay hidden away down a winding dirt track.
The people are incredible wherever you go always smiling and ready to assist you if required.
We stayed in Zanzibar for 2 weeks after the safari to wind down and relax because you need a rest after the 'Safari Massage'.
The sunrise and sunset in Zanzibar need to be seen to be believed.
Tanzania is a wonderful beautiful magical destination, please go and visit.

Zambian Discovery
Our intent was to travel to Botswana, but Rose suggested we consider Zambia. After doing our own research on Zambia and the various parks and camps, we went back to Rose with our preferences, ending up with a trip to a rare jewel of Africa. Zambia isn't widely on the radar in the US, so we feel very fortunate to have experienced its warm and friendly people, the fantastic wildlife, diverse landscapes, and the exceptional hospitality we felt while traveling through the country.

Made our trip seamless
I am so impressed with them from start to end. Brenda really listened to what we wanted for our family, took into account that we were traveling with a 12 year old and our overall budget. She worked with our timeline and budget and created an incredible itinerary. Ben our guide was the sweetest. He has 15 years of experience and it shows. He was with us from the time we got there to when we left. He was able to customize our day to what we wanted. I can’t recommend them enough

We had a great group safari in Murchison falls park
The safari to Murchison Falls that our group took with Arcadia Safaris was certainly magnificent. The Nile cruise and the Ziwa rhino trek were the main excitements. Our guide Tabisa made sure that everybody got to have a great safari experience. The Paraa Lodge was perfect for a nightly group bonding. Arcadia Safaris organized it all perfectly, it was a group hit. Highly suggest it for a thrilling group adventure.
