Wonderful experience with Easy Travels
4/5

We went ahead with Easy Travels after getting quotes from 3 operators. The tripadvisor reviews and prices made it an easy choice for us. The booking experience was good although a web link-based booking would've been better. The communication was clear and crisp throughout the pre-booking/booking/post-booking phases.
We had an outstanding trip with the help of Gladys and her team. Ours was a 6-day safari followed by Zanzibar trip(arranged by us).
My wife and I had an amazing vacation thanks to Easy travels. We stayed at 6 places over 7 nights and all were very nice stays.
Tom was an excellent guide and he knew every part of Tarangire, Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. He was extremely enthusiastic and patient and showed us a LOT of animals/birds - especially some rare sightings - leopard hunting during daytime, mother and child rhino. Tom made our trip very special.

The staff of each lodge we stayed at had been informed in advance that it was our honeymoon and we had private candle-lit dinners and cake cutting(we were almost annoyed by the special treatment given to us by the end of the safari :D)
All in all, I'd definitely recommend Easy Travels to everyone looking to visit Tanzania.

Very responsive, reasonably priced tours
4/5

Absolutely amazing safari experience! The company that Wild Africa contracted to run the safari was very professional and the guide was very knowledgeable.

Responsiveness to emails from Wild Africa was great.

The only criticism is that we were told that we should arrange separate transport to and from the Kasane Coffee Buzz for tour pickup (we were staying in vic falls before and after the tour) which we did however it turned out we could have been picked up from the border which would have saved money, time and hassle. We were advised by Wild Africa that border pickup was not recommended. We were a little disappointed with this as we found out that our tour guide was expecting us at the border so we could have done that.

Our tour guide Robert was very good. we enjoyed our vacation. He had very good contacts to find animals. Only disappointment was hotel location. it was not at prime location.

We took a car and a very professional guide. We have spent all the afternoon in the park and were able to see a lot. We enjoyed the wildlife with our group, if you planned a trip of safari you must be there.

We definitely had a good time on our excursion into the Masai Mara, and were able to observe all kinds of wildlife. Our driver, Peter, was good, and made sure that we were able to see things that many missed. However, our company, African Breeze Tours, stated that there would be a maximum of 6 persons to a vehicle. Ours had seven, and sometimes it became a problem with a space to stand and see. We were scheduled into an ecocamp, and were actually in Rhino camp. I understand that if a place is overbooked, they have to use another location. This one was good, except the power was only on for a few hours a day. I use a powered device for sleeping (apnea) and wasn't able to use it. Another problem with the place is that they wash the utensils and dishes in local cold water, and don't have a way to sterilize them. Some of us, including me, came down with severe intestinal issues. We were always careful to use bottled water for drinking and brushing, so it didn't come from our hygiene...

African Breeze tours wanted cash at the point of departure. I don't hand over many hundreds of dollars to someone on the street. I insisted on credit card, and they finally acquiesced.

If you have a bad back, this may not be an activity for you. I was able to keep mine in check, but it was difficult on the roads, or lack thereof... I wouldn't want Kenya to pave these roads, but perhaps grade them once a year or so...

If we had the agreed maximum number of people, and a more careful cooking/cleaning staff, the trip would have been excellent.

I want to thank you for the excellent attention you have given me on the information I requested to be informed about the safari and others.
I especially want to thank Jose who took his time to answer all the doubts to my colleagues and to me about a job for the faculty. We are really grateful. Regards
