Well organised and smooth tour.
4/5

Naleyo’s 7-day tour of Uganda was an unforgettable experience, packed with incredible sights, sounds and smells that brought this beautiful country to life. The tour ran smoothly from start to finish, with excellent organisation and a great balance of wildlife, culture and stunning landscapes. Every day offered new memories, from breathtaking scenery to encounters with local communities and Uganda’s remarkable wildlife. The Wi-Fi in the tour car was a great bonus! Richard (our guide) was knowledgeable, friendly and passionate, making the journey even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to help us have the best experience, even managing to locate a lion in a tree in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. My only disappointment was that the tour ended too soon, as there was so much more to see and experience. I would highly recommend Naleyo and Richard to anyone wanting an authentic and memorable introduction to Uganda, and I only wish the trip had been longer.

Amazing
5/5

Well, we’ve had a wonderful safari in some absolutely amazing places. The best part of all was our guide, David, who showed us everything. He was incredibly patient with us and managed to show us all of the Big Five, including a leopard. We even saw a leopard walking through the trees, which is incredibly difficult to spot, and we also witnessed the wildebeest migration.

And the ugly Five were also really funny and entertaining. It has been an unforgettable experience. The lodges we stayed in were spectacular, and I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this safari.

I would also like to mention that my communication regarding the booking of the safari was with from the office. In the beginning, the communication was very good. I asked him for a quote, and he sent it to me. We read all the terms and conditions carefully, and it is true that the quote clearly states that there may be last-minute changes.

However, I did feel that there could have been more communication. For example, two days before arriving for the safari, we still hadn’t heard anything from him so I had to contact him myself to ask whether everything was ready. He told me that everything was fine.

I was quite surprised when we arrived to find out that our itinerary was supposed to start in masái mara, then go to finish in Amboseli. When we started safari we had a surprise because It started in Amboseli y finished in masái mara. Nobody told us anything of This. This caused some disruption to our trip because we had booked our flights based on the original itinerary, thinking we would be in Amboseli rather than the Masai Mara at that point.

Nevertheless, David, being such a wonderful person and such a great guide, did everything he could to make sure we got to our flight. He had to get up very early as well, and we really appreciate everything he did to make that possible.

So, I have to say that I wasn’t completely happy with the lack of communication from the office

I also have some concerns regarding the payment. We initially paid a deposit, and according to the terms and conditions, the remaining balance was supposed to be paid at the end of the safari. So I was very surprised when, on the very same day that our safari was starting, the person of the office told us that we had to pay the remaining balance.

We were outside our home country, we bank with a particular bank, and it was actually quite difficult for us to make the remaining payment while we were abroad. I don’t really understand why the full balance for a safari has to be paid before the safari even begins. Personally, I would expect the final payment to be made once the service has been completed, or perhaps the day before. That part of the payment policy was something I didn’t really understand.

I also believe that there should be much more communication between the office and the client. When you are paying a significant amount of money for a trip, you don’t know exactly where you are going, you don’t know the people you are going to meet, and you are booking everything from your home country. Naturally, you have some doubts and uncertainty. You are communicating with an office that is abroad, in another country, and you don’t really know what to expect.

So, that is one thing I felt was missing: more communication and reassurance from the office.

The person of the office has always been very kind and friendly with me on WhatsApp, but I still don’t quite understand this payment policy. I’m sorry, but that is something I feel could definitely be improved.

The BEST of the safari David ....the car... The Lodge... And the animals

Provided a great experience.
5/5

Thank you Vision Safari. A truly great experience. Your guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, and had an excellent ability to find and time the animal sightings. The extra day in the Serengeti allowed us to take in the spectacular Mara river crossing which other tour groups missed. We decided to do a low to mid range accommodation tour which gave us the full experience. Our fellow travelers were great too.

Excellent experience for family safari
5/5

Fondness Vacations team is excellent! From the organization before the travel. Example? The internal flight they have found us saved many hours of road up to North Serengeti, other operators did nit offer that in the price.
AirFrance have left our luggage in Paris, and Martin our excellent pick up driver gave us new T-shirts from the agency!! In addition asked a shop to open before midnight for us to buy some basics!
Then our exceptional safari driver Mr Jef…! Such a special eye… he could spot a lion from our moving car at an incredibly distance. He was extra attentive with our daughters, answering questions and supporting us in every request during the trip.
In addition… both tented hotels were not only beautiful but the food and the staff were great!
Highly recommend!

GREAT
5/5

The overall experience of this Tanzania Safari was very good, and the whole journey was full of gains. Highly recommended. Our driver and guide, Dominica, is professional and attentive, familiar with the terrain of the protected areas, and always helps us find wildlife. He drives steadily, safely, and explains animal habits. He knows how to take care of our photography needs and waits patiently without rushing to travel. Along the way, you can see the grasslands and diverse creatures, and immerse yourself in the grandeur of East Africa's nature. Thanks to Dominica, the whole trip was smooth and memorable. I would choose to come back if I had the chance. It was worth it.

It was a wonderful and enjoyable safari tour!

There were many tour options available, so we were able to choose a plan that suited us. During the safari, we saw many different kinds of animals, which was an amazing and memorable experience.

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the whole tour!

Perfect
5/5

This was the most reasonably priced option we found. However, that doesn't mean the quality was low; it was a fulfilling trip. We were happy that there was hot water at the accommodation. It would have been perfect if the lunch box had been tastier.
