Bonjour ! Traveling with Heart of Savannah was a dream! Everything ran smoothly, no stress, just pure enjoyment. Naitu organized everything perfectly, and Jennifer and Paul made the experience unforgettable with their kindness and passion. The lodges, especially in the Masai Mara, were amazing. Erratic driving, rude, cut safari short half a day. No compensation given
Booked a safari through them which had several issues... The driver was erratic, rude, and unsafe (he was on his phone the ENTIRE time while driving at high speeds) and then he cut our Safari short 1/2 a day because 2 of the guests needed to get back to Nairobi for a flight… No compensation was given for the loss of half a day, and when I told Safarishore about the driver’s behavior, they forwarded my message to him while we were still traveling which resulted in an uncomfortable 2 hour drive where he kept aggressively arguing with me and denying his behavior…
Safarishore is just a middle man who sells your Safari package to a driver, and then takes no responsibility for what happens during the trip... Their only offer was “to do better the next time I book with them”… Which obviously they can’t guarantee, nor anyone in their right mind would do… Go with a different operator if you can.

Knowledgeable and experienced
We had a 11 days safari trip with Amshar. Edward responded very quickly when we approached for quotation. He adjusted the agenda and hotel per our wish, and provided us with the competitive price compared with other companies.
We enjoyed the trip very much thanks to Aloyce. He helped us buying phone SIM cards and bought us to the supermarket for necessities on the first day. And he shared a lot of knowledge about different animals along the way. We saw all the big five (except Rhino from a very far distance) and the migration of wildebeest and zebras. We are so amazed by all the animals we saw on the way. We had a small hiccup on the way that one of the hotel does not have hot water provided in the shower and it took quite some time to solve the problem. Luckily at the end, they have changed another room for us and we can have hot shower.
We also did a one day hike to Kilimanjaro and one day trip to Materuni waterfall which was highly recommended. African was our hiking guide on first day and he shared so many culture and plant knowledge on the way up to hut. Daniel was our second day guide to waterfall, coffee plantation area and the hot spring, he and the team were so enthusiastic, we felt so welcome and spent such a good day together. However the hot spring is very packed on Sunday when we went, but highly recommend to go on weekend as the hot spring itself is beautiful.

Best experience of my life
Esther went above and beyond at every stage of our holiday. Her organisation, skills are outstanding and she kept us informed at every stage of the safari. We couldn't have asked for more. Our guide, John was a delight. He was knowledgeable and made the safari experience a lifetime memory. I would recommend resting at the beach for a few days at the Baobab to recover from the safari massage before returning home. Overall, the company could not have done anything more and I'm sure you will have an experience you will never forget. Amazing trip
Bonjour! Our safari with Heart of Savannah was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized by Naitu, who took care of every detail with such attention and kindness. Communication was smooth, she was always available, and even made it possible for us to visit an children’s house, something that truly touched my heart. Our driver Jennifer was amazing, always on time, incredibly professional, and full of positive energy. She shared so many fascinating things about Kenya, which made every drive a real pleasure. Our guide Paul was simply wonderful, so passionate and determined to help us see as many animals as possible, making our safari magical. All the lodge/hotel we stayed in were fantastic, especially the one in the Masai Mara, which was absolutely beautiful. Everything was included and perfectly taken care of, so we didn’t have to worry about anything during the trip… it was a real holiday! The whole Heart of Savannah team went above and beyond to make our journey unique and full of heart. I will never forget their warmth, generosity, and smiles. Very well-organized and wonderful safari
We had a wonderful safari in Kenya. Our guide knew the roads well and drove very safely. He was also very familiar with the national parks and always found good routes to see the animals and get close to them.
The accommodations were nice and comfortable. We would have appreciated receiving a bit more information from the guide during the tour.
Esther, who planned the trip for us, supported us at all times, provided us with lots of helpful information, and organized the trip wonderfully.
We highly recommend this journey — it was an incredible experience, and we’re taking many beautiful memories home with us.
