I booked my 6 day safari through Lion King Adventures because of their high Trip Advisor ratings. Let me just say that Rose ensured that all of my needs were met.
My safari was beyond expectation! My guide, Goodluck Martin was superb! He was knowledgeable, easy going reliable and patient. He made sure I saw all of my favorite animals, especially elephants and lions. I feel the tour was well priced and would not hesitate to use Lion King in the future.

Amazing experience!
They responded fast after we enquired about the prices and options. We love how flexible they were and the fact that they work with small groups. We chose the 5 day safari which included the panoramic route. We were incredibly lucky to have Hoppy as our guide. He set a high standard! He has so much knowledge about the animals and its always excited to share it. We were able to see the big 5 and while there's a lot of luck involved, I'm sure Hoppy's experience was a key factor. We were very happy with all the organization of our tour and we made so many great memories. We couldn't visit Blyde river canyon because there was a strike going on, it was a shame but it was beyond anything they could do. I will 100% recommend them and if we come back, we would certainly use their services again.

The day before departure, he even took the time to help us buy a local SIM card in order to have internet during our stay in Tanzania.
Smiling, helpful and attentive, he speaks English and French. This allowed us to understand all of his anecdotes as well as the precious information concerning the animals and the history of these magnificent places of Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara.
Thanks to his experience and advanced knowledge, we had the chance to see a lot of animals. Our favorites will remain the lions, cheetahs, leopards as well as the nugget: 5 lion cubs on a rock awaiting the return of their mother who has gone hunting!
We were accompanied by Adul, a chef who knew how to amaze us at each meal.
Indeed, they were greedy and plentiful, we were delighted.

We saw so many animals and our tour/Jeep driver was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. It took quite awhile to get to the Nature Reserve from Jo-Burg because of all the stops to pick other people up but definitely worth it! The tour was well organized and I would highly recommend it to day Safari seekers.

Amshar Serengeti Adventures is the company to go with. The communication before, during and after our 8 day trip was outstanding. The best trip we had in November 2022 was organized and coordinated by Amshar Serengeti Adventures and it was an amazing trip. The Safari guide was the perfect fit for our group. He was incredibly knowledgeable, no one could be better at finding animals, was gracious, kind, lovely, charming and patient not to mention so funny. African safari trip was absolutely a fairy-tale! The trip planed and coordinated by Amshar Serengeti Adventures was awesome and amazing. The detail s were well thought out and executed. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, birds, trees, and he looked after our every need. I'll never know how he managed to find our super remote camp in the middle of endless plains! Our vehicle was comfortable, and reliable. Amshar Serengeti Adventures was exceptional about communication throughout our entire trip. I will never forget being serenaded by camp employees, including a tribe of Masai warriors! Superb trip, well arranged
Discover Africa arranged a trip for my wife and me and two friends to visit national parks in Tanzania and to to go to Nairobi, Kenya for a couple of days to visit Karen Blixen's house (Karen Blixen is best known in the US for her memoir, Out of Africa and of course the movie) and to stay at Giraffe Manor. All the arrangements were carefully made and worked well, and our contact at Discover Africa, Adelle Bell, was very reachable by text, email and WhatsApp. The people she contracted to meet us and take us places were outstanding (I'll mention Freddy, Adamson, and Anderson in particular). The accommodations were very good with helpful, friendly staff. The lodges--the Acacia Farm Lodge outside the Ngorongoro Crater National Park and especially the Lemala Kuria Hills Lodge in Serengeti National Park--were first rate with outstanding staff and excellent food. The safaris were superb and we added a hot-air balloon flight over the Serengeti by Miracle Experience of Tanzania, an experience of a lifetime. Giraffe Manor, also brilliantly staffed and catered, is absolutely wonderful. The only less-than-perfect aspect of things was getting from Serengeti to Nairobi. If we could have gone directly, it would have been about an hour or a bit more, and there were 40-passenger planes that did do that. But our route involved four flights in very small planes and took most of the day. All in all, it was a very fine experience, and I recommend Discover Africa without reservation.
