Relish of Africa is a professional, punctual tour group that is extremely attentive to the customer.
We selected a 3 day luxury safari to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Matthias and Emmanuel met us at the JRO Airport and transported us to a nice hotel in Arusha. Early the next morning, we started a 3 day safari. Emmanuel is a 5-star tour guide-- knowledgeable, funny, and personable. The accommodations selected for us were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The Toyota LandCruiser was modern and well-apportioned for the rough terrain. It was a pleasure to work with Relish of Africa. They truly made the 3 day safari a memorable experience. We will use them again.

Amazing trip with Encounter Africa Safaris
I just completed a three week tour of Rwanda and Uganda with Encounter Africa Safaris and I can honestly say I had a phenomenal trip. This trip was originally slated for 2020 and I paid my gorilla permit fees to experience this in both countries before Covid shut the world down. My tour consultant, Patrick, was absolutely fabulous in communicating with me and reassuring me that they would hold the payment until I was able to visit. He answered all my questions and made some wonderful suggestions on how to get the most out of my time in the two countries. He even responded immediately to emails I sent when I figured they would be out of office and answered on the next business day (I'm convinced Patrick doesn't sleep). My naturalist and tour guide, Elias, was equally fantastic. Elias has so much knowledge about the histories of the two nations, the cultures, endemic animals - you name it, he had an answer. We spent long hours driving from one section to the other of each nation and it was as though we were old friends on a road trip - we had some really good conversations and I learned so much from him. He was professional, considerate, dedicated and personable. As a solo female traveler, he put me at total ease and I trusted him entirely with my itinerary and making sure I was safe and had a memorable holiday. I highly recommend this company - my holiday exceeded all my expectations. Even when it became evident that I would not be able to visit the Democratic Republic of Congo as I had originally planned when we first discussed my itinerary, Patrick added in other activities the month before I arrived and everything just flowed. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Very good attention before and during the the travell
Best thing was the attention. Adam told us everything about the trip, answering all the questions, and he took a big effort planning all the days taking into account our interests. He included, apart of the safari, two interested one day tours to know about their coffee culture and to visit other amazing places near Kilimanjaro: Materuni Waterfalls and Kikuletwa Hotsprings, guided by him, who explained us all the places. We will recommend them because you can talk with local people and understand better their daily life. About the safari, we did a 4 days/3nights in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, with Suricata Safaris. The chef, Tito, was excellent so the meals were fantastic. The driver was also great, he tried to show us every animal and we saw finally all the animals except rhino. We slept in tent and the camps were good. The best camp was in Ngorongoro, around zebras and other animals. We enjoyed a lot every minute and for us Adam is the best option to book a travell.

Roselyn assisted us perfectly. She was honest and very trustworthy!
The first leg of our Eastern Africa trip was in Kenya. Roselyn was so hands-on in providing us the details, the things that we have to comply and was also very mindful of our personal needs. Arriving in Nairobi, we met Romodan (who was so cool and fun to be with), who drove us from the airport to the city center to meet Roselyn. Our luggages were transfered from the airport shuttle to the Safari 4x4 truck where we met our guide Bernard. Bernard was kind and well-mannered and was good enough to give our tour group the information that we need. The 3-day Safari adventure was undoubtedly an experience of a lifetime. It's not everyday that you'll get a chance to have a close encounter with hyenas, lions, wildebeasts and giraffes, plus a cultural immersion with the magnificent Maasai tribe in their village.
Hyrax Safaris made our Safari trip memorable. They certainly have the true value-for-money and quality service. We will forever take this excellent experience in our hearts!

Great memories
It was on the net that I discovered the Chalema Tanzania safari agency. After comparing several quotes from other agencies, reading opinions on each other, my husband and I did not regret our choice. Nothing to complain about from a quality-price point of view. Joël is always available via WhatsApp, even when our plane was 8 hours late, he provided us with the information we were expecting for our connection. We chose a tent safari. It seemed more adventurous to us, closer to nature and obviously cheaper than lodges, especially in high season. Our guide was called Ayubu and our cook Bonifast. Ayubu speaks French very well, is a great driver. He was even envied by another group of French tourists because Ayubu is not stingy with explanations. We saw lots of animals. Day 1 we did Tarangire, Day 2 Lake Manyara and a cultural visit to Mto wa Mbu village. The 3rd and 4th day, the Serengeti, the 5th day the Ngorongoro. On the 6th day, Ayubu helped us buy our bus ticket for Tanga and dropped us off at our guesthouse so that we could continue our journey independently. Serengeti public camping isn't great, but Boni has made it a luxury campsite with his fresh homemade bread baked over a wood fire in a pan. Breakfast consisting of pancakes, fresh bread, fresh fruit, omelet. The picnic lunch where even the wine was present with always meat, cooked vegetables, salad, 2 starches and fresh fruit. In the evening, it was the same with soup and dessert. Thanks to the whole team.

Accommodating, Knowledgeable, and Professional.
First off, I will never forget how Lydia and Jeff were willing to accommodate our tour with a last-minute date change due to flight cancellations. The tour was set to begin 13/6; however, two of the four people on our group were unable to arrive in Nairobi until the night of 13/6, so Lydia changed the tour to begin 14/6 instead. This was my birthday, and a great start to the tour. Thanks again to everyone involved in saving our trip. To miss the Maasai Mara would have been an incredible disappointment.
Our tour guide Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable and had many friends in the parks, which allowed for us to see the "Big 5" in the first 24 hours of safari. He also enjoyed taking photographs so he was happy to stay a little longer every time we stopped to make sure we took all the photos we wanted. Not all tour guides have this patience, and it was greatly appreciated.
The accommodations were incredible for the price; homey, not fancy, which is totally my style. We stayed in glorified tents at the Maasai Mara and lodges at both of the Tsavo parks, which were all clean, well maintained, and operated by friendly staff. One guy even hopped over the side of the building to rescue my shirt that had blown away. The food was okay, not a lot of variety from buffet to buffet but the quality was pretty good. I would recommend to bring snacks for between meals. The resort at the end of our trip in Mombasa was very nice, more high-end than I'm used to staying at and a great end to the tour. It was relaxing, the food was great, the different daily themes were fun, and there was no shortage of pools to lay by. I enjoyed our tour of Mombasa and Fort Jesus, as well.
Lydia and Jeff were communicative of meeting times, daily plans, and up front about any extra costs when they were involved. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and safe. I felt comfortable at all times. I would recommend anyone book their safari with Lydia and Bosodabreo.

Wonderful Safari
The organization of Safari Avventura is absolutly flawless!
we booked a safari with a personal car with Elias as the guide and immediately we noticed the attention to detail and our well-being.
Every day is organized down to the smallest detail and the goal of our guide Eliaa was undoubtedly our satisfaction, in fact he tried (with excellent results) to make us live a wonderful experience by giving us the opportunity to see many animals (almost all) in their natural habitat.
all this without ever missing anything, from snacks, cold drinks, and lunches organized in picnic areas such as being in a restaurant, with hot and very good food.
also the lodges and the camp in which we stayed were all very nice, clean with always helpful and friendly staff.
we recommend Safari Avventura and Elias to everyone for a wonderful experience !!!

Stay in Rwanda
I visited Rwanda with this agency. I went to Nyungwe National Park for 4 days. We visited chimpanzees, canopy tracks, imbaraga, umuyove and waterfalls. Bona, The Lake Kivu experience was amazing. Emmanuel, my guide driver, was always on time and I learned a lot from him and his business in tourism. I enjoyed this beautiful country and I highly recommend this travel agency.

They know what a safari is!
It was an awesome experience. The guides were highly knowledgeable about the surroundings and the animals present there. The cook was a man who knows how to please the taste buds. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
