5 stars all the way!!
5/5

5 star all the way! We booked with Safari Multiways a private 5-day lodge safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Manyara.
We chose them because they were cheaper than others and they have great reviews (and I wrote to almost 20 tour operators).
Everything was perfect, great communication with Romeo, he was able to propose different options.
We were more than lucky to have Pius for guide and driver, Romeo’s son, he is an awsome animal spotter, and a great person which is important when you spend 5 days with a guide.
The tour was well organised, 5 days was perfect, lodges and campsites were great, a minimum of 2 nights in Serengeti is a must, all parks are different, We have seen all animals we wanted to see in the first 4 days so if you have to cut one day for time or budget reason I would cut Lake Manyara (which is also good). So many thanks to Safari Multiways Family for this unforgettable adventure!

Big 5 stars
5/5

Fantastic trip with Image travel for our honeymoon. From start to finish, everything was organised for us and planned well based on what we were looking for (location/activity/price etc). We spent 8 days across various safari locations and 5 days in Mombasa at the end.
Mwanje helped us to plan and organise everything and was contactable at all times, helping to update or change plans.
Anthony met us at the airport and provided private transport for the whole trip, including all transfers and game drives. He was very knowledgable, always ‘lucky’ with finding the animals, and good fun.
We saw all of the big 5, most of them close up, and the different locations provided a very varied experience. We hot air ballooned at sunrise over the Masai Mara, had a picnic out ‘in the bush’, a great view from the room over watering holes in Tsavo and visited a Masai village in Amboseli.
Would definitely recommend - a great experience all round.

Exceptional service and experience

Trip of a lifetime

We have just returned from a fantastic 6 night safari with Easy Travel. This trip was delayed by two years thanks to covid but our sales agent Voice was fantastic, responding quickly and efficiently to our requests to postpone, change dates etc. Tanzania is a wonderful country for safari - the people are so warm and welcoming and the wildlife is incredible. Our driver-guide Adrian was exceptional. His knowledge of the roads, the national parks and the wildlife meant that we had a safe, well organized and highly memorable experience. He knew where to find the animals and the best times to see them in action. We saw a huge array of wildlife, but especially big cats - prides of lions, lionesses and cubs, cheetahs and cubs and leopards (particularly special as they are known to be hard to see in the wild). Adrian had a sixth sense with the cats, he would spot them from miles away and knew when to just wait quietly to see them in action (see photos, all taken with a standard DSLR). I would highly recommend using Easy Travel if you are considering a safari - the organization and communication makes life easy and the company make every effort to ensure you have a wonderful time. We stayed in the Tortilis camps at Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and the standard of accommodation, food and service was excellent - again, the staff couldn't do enough to ensure we were comfortable and safe. The hot air balloon ride is also very worthwhile - incredible to see the sunrise over the Serengeti. All in all we truly had the trip of a lifetime and were very sad to say "kwahere" (goodbye) to Voice, Adrian and Tanzania and hope to return one day.

Very well organized and professional
5/5

Anne from Afric'Aventure met our expectations and organized a trip rich in emotions and discoveries. The camps were of excellent quality, the food varied, the service staff very kind and the guides very professional. In short, camp managers listening to their visitors. The advice given by Anne for the trip was very useful.
Going back to another time of year is very tempting. Thanks again.

Very good Tour Provider - Awesome experience
5/5

Africa Magic Holidays was an outstanding tour provider! Lazaro organized our entire trip from pick up from the airport, local city trips in and around Arusha to our Safari and the Hotel
He always pleased our wishes and requests and more than that always went the extra mile!
He provided us with very nice Tour experiences and additionally took extra time to make local experiences apart the main touristic paths possible
The guides for tours and the safari he provided us with, where always very nice and competent and definitely among the best we encountered in our entire trip in tansania and zansibar.
As Africa Magic Holidays was recommended to us by friends and there was no agency involved we always had prices a lot better than other tourists we talked to.
I can highly recommend going with Lazaro and Africa Magic Holidays

Great 5-day Safari with Salehe and viewing of the big five
5/5

We enjoyed a great 5-day safari at Tarangire and Serengeti National Park as well as Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara with our tour guide Salehe!

From our first request for the Safari at lion king adventures until our arrival and warm greeting and pickup by Salehe, everything was perfectly organised, Nickson and Pendo always replied very fast and provided very helpful information about the upcoming trip and did everything to fulfil our requests.

Salehe did everything to make the safari perfect and memorable for us (which he definitely achieved ;) ) and drove us very safely and always with a smile and much information about the wildlife during the game drives. We were able to tailor the start of the game drives to our wishes and were very well cared for during the entire trip by Salehe! He even spotted a rhino, the only missing piece of the big five!

Thanks very much to the whole team! We enjoyed ourselves very much and will definitely recommend you to family and friends!

Ngorongoro and Tarangire were good, Lake Manyara canoeing was a scam
3/5

We went on a 3 day safari trip to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and canoeing on Lake Manyara.

The first two days were really great - Mollel was a really good guide, answered all my questions and his driving skills are great. We saw a lot of animals in Tarangire and Ngorongoro.

The third day was supposed to be canoeing on Lake Manyara which I was very excited about. We paid extra to arrange this experience. However, I thought it was a joke at first: For one, we were brought to a spot that wasn't even inside the national park (and I have checked online before booking the safari - Lake Manyara National Park does canoe tours and since we're talking about safaris and national parks, we naturally thought we would be canoeing inside the park with professional guides). The starting place was a muddy, dark spot where local men were chopping down trees. Our guides, local fishermen, brought canoes that honestly look like life hazards - rusty, old, full of water. But since we were already there, we got in, hoping we would sail a bit further from the shore and see some wildlife. My guide didn't say a single word to me the entire time - I am unsure he even spoke English.

It was also very windy and we couldn't really go out very far and had to stay very close to the shore where the locals were cutting down trees so expecting much of wildlife in that location is a strange idea (we did see some hippos which we appreciate).

All these things aside - lack of proper equipment, disappointing location, unprofessional guides - I would have assumed that if the weather didn't permit canoeing, we would be warned and offered an alternative, such as a drive through the Lake Manyara National Park. I would have no issues paying the entrance fees - rather than having a questionable canoeing experience.

We turned back after around 45 minutes (instead of 2 hours) for the above mentioned reasons.

Like I said the first two days were nice. Mollel was a great driver and guide, the accommodation was awesome (the service and staff were great) and the pick up and drop off were smooth. However, I do consider the third day a scam to be honest - it's not really about the fee (although 60 dollars extra per person for that experience is strange), as it was about having ruined expectations.

I do not recommend booking canoeing trips with this operator.

An amazing 3 days trip!
5/5

We stayed at camp mara maisha and the view and service there is just amazing. During our safaris, we could see so many wild animals: lions, leopards, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeests... it is truly a trip that I will remember! Our guide was also able to give us lots of stories and information not only about the animals but also about the country itself. I totally recommend the company and the trip
