Quick , Efficient, value for money and a Super Premium service!
We travelled to Kenya for our first safari in the 3rd week of September ‘22 (21st to 25th). I was looking for an agency online for curating our trip since it was our first time and we were three families with a total of 5 kids ranging from age 5 to 11. Shortlisted about 3 agencies after doing a detailed online research and Image travel was one of them. Mr. Mwanje from Image travel got in touch with me within a couple of hours from when I sent the query. We got in touch over phone after that and I explained to him what all we were looking to cover as a part of our safari and it was smooth sailing then after. He quickly came back with a draft itinerary with some camp options and their tentative costs. We had a couple of rounds of discussions on the camp type, security there , them being kids friendly etc and we finalized upon the camp (Neptune Mara) and the itinerary. The cost he gave us was very competitive as I had also got two more quotes for a similar itinerary. A few days before we travelled one of the family had to drop out due to a medical emergency and Mr. Mwanje skillfully handled the cancellation part and ensured that we did not have to pay any cancellation charges being a sudden medical emergency.
Our itinerary was to land in Nairobi (early in the morning) , get transferred to the Wilson Airport and take the Safarilink flight to Masai Mara (stay 3 nights) and then back via road from Mara to Naivasha (stay 1 night) and then to the Nairobi Airport. Image travels booked the entire bit from pick up at the Nairobi airport to drop back. As soon as we stepped out of the Nairobi airport , we got picked up by David who smilingly welcomed us to Nairobi with a loud “Jambo”. The safari link flight was on time and very efficient and we landed on the Mara Musiara airstrip where Jasan our guide and driver was there waiting to pick us up the 4*4 Landcruiser. Game was bountiful and we had spotted Zebra, Wild Buffalo , Giraffe , Thomson’s Gazelle and Topi by the time we reached the camp.
Camp itself was amazing and will write a detailed review on the same. Jasan in the 4 days we were with him ensured that we saw the big 5 and we were lucky (with a lot of effort from Jasan to take us deep into the bush). His energy and commitment to ensure that we see the big game was just inexhaustible with long 7-8 hour game drives which he took us on with a big smile. He was extremely knowledgeable not only on the game animals but also a bird lover !!
We drove from Masai mara to Lake Naivasha while visiting Lake Nakuru where we spotted the famous Rhino up close. We stayed at the Naivasha Sopa lodge which was a dream resort with game freely roaming around inside the premises (Zebra , Giraffe and Hippos !).
Jasan dropped us back to the airport on the day of our flight. It was the most wonderful experience dealing with Mr Mwanje. He was extremely responsive, accommodating and absolutely clear in the dealings (he was sending me screen shots of the cancellation discussion with the camp till the day of or arrival in Nairobi!)

Magnificent...PERFECT!!

Mr. PROTAS was the best guide we have ever met! Amina was our rock at your headquarters in Arusha and worked with us for almost a year to build this!! The locations were spectacular! The people of Tanzania are incredible! We saw every kind of animal imaginable! Some in great herds!! Saw 2 Mara river crossings in less than 24 hours! Saw a lion kill, and even a lion birth!! We also were able to meet the real Maasai peoples, the Datoda tribesmen and even the Hadzabe hunter gatherer Bushmen!! Our experience was magical, soul touching and life changing!!

Super Safari!
It was a super cool Safari! Our guide and also super good driver Frankie could tell us a lot about the many animals we saw and the different parks we visited! Everything was very well organized, it was well worth the money. We listened to our wishes and we thought along with us. Sleeping in a tent was a super cool experience and the toilet and shower facilities were very well arranged at the different campsites. Freshly cooked for us every morning, afternoon and evening. The food that our cook Adarnieli prepared for us was very tasty!
We enjoyed very much this Safari with Travel Africa Safari Agency.

Adventure of a Lifetime
Our Safari with African Big Cats Safaris was a unique experience. Tanzania with its national parks is a dream come true for us. Our safari guide Lodi had an incredible knowledge of the fauna and flora and amazed us again and again with fascinating stories about the animals. Very competent
Everything went according to plan. We arrived in Nairobi, and someone was waiting for us at the airport. He drove us to the company headquarters, and then we went to the camp. Aroni, the driver, spoke English very well, drove us safely, and we saw all the animals we wanted to see! He also took us to see a tribe near our camp. Visiting Tanzania I got a very big picture of the world of animals, me and Robby were able to see different animals that in our life we wanted a lot, Thanks to the tour guide Mr. Jimson, he is understanding and has great patience for tourists. If you like to see the value of your time and money, I recommend Framat Adventure and safari, you will not regret it. we have made a note to return to Tanzania, to go to Zanzibar. Framat for enjoyment
The entire experience was AMAZING. Yusuph, our guide was INCREDIBLE!!!! and he always kept checking with us to make sure we were ok. Throughout the day he made sure we were having a great time. Jimmy was very knowledgeable about the areas and the animals. though we had many questions He managed to answered all, and had a book about all the animals right there in the front seat. He allowed us to stay and watch the animals for as long or as little as we wanted. I strongly recommend Framat Adventure and Safari and if you can get Jimmy as your guide you are guaranteed a amazing experience

A breathtaking experience made possible by our guide
We originally looked at reviews on Safari Bookings to decide which companies to contact about our upcoming safari. African Big Cats had so many positive reviews. After our experience, we can see why. From start to finish, African Big Cats were fantastic. The communication before the safari was fantastic and when we got to Tanzania it only got better. Our guide, Khaled, was fantastic from start to finish. He had so much knowledge on not just the animals but the surrounding landscapes. He was engaging and we left our tour feeling like we gained a new friend. The hotels we stayed at were 10/10 with the service their being top level and the food provided not only on a night time but for our lunches whilst out on the game drive was next level. We really enjoyed the little extra touches African Big Cats added to (eg. Soda and alcohol selections with lunch as well as water). Also, the manager meeting us on the first night to run through our itinerary and check we were happy then again meeting us at the end to make sure everything was perfect was a nice touch to ensure we had the experience we wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend African Big cats to anyone going and it was definitely good value for money.
