I cannot speak highly enough about NSU and about their services provided to us while touring. From the beginning of our trip planning and arrival, to the day we returned from our trek across Uganda, Sedrick and Joel have been the best representatives of any travel company. Sedrick used to responds very quickly to any kind of inquiries and even came to introduce himself to us in Kampala upon the return from our journey, and also Joel was very knowledgeable guide, accommodating and a real delight to chat with for our extended periods of time in the car. I cannot wait to go back again to Uganda for any and all tours. To book again NSU will be the only option me.

Perfect honeymoon!
William is a great guide and gave us amazing safari experience! He’s very experienced, knowledgeable and patient. He’s very easy going and set the schedule based on our preferences.
With the Covid 19, he always sanitize all the luggage, handle bar in the car and remind us to use the hand sanitizer. He made us feel safe to travel in tanzania with Covid!
Gosheni also did a really good job with setting up our itinerary and communication! They helped us to fit in all what we want to do within a few days time. That’s why we picked them!
In summary we had a perfect honeymoon! Thanks William and Gosheni !

Fantastic Service
Karibu was very well organised in planning our trip to Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Sona Thakrar had taken in charge of our bookings, and I must say that she was very prompt with her responses and laid everything out to us very clearly. She had booked the best accommodation for us and so we have nothing but just praise from our whole trip and crew!

Overland Safari- Personal touchs
Me and My wife and our Daughter had an amazing 6 days organized by William of Overland Safari.
A week before are trip I was in hospital wit the back pain receiving shots but did not want to cancel the visit due to the birthday of my wife and another late birthday for my Daughter
Took the plane with back pain and met William as promised in at 3 am, something that you always worry when you arrive so late... Big Smiling face
To the hotel for a short rest than meeting our guide Richard in the morning ON TIME again...I will not talk more on how beautiful Serengeti is more talk on the capabilities of our guide
Managed to catch the migration - which was not expected at that time of the year
Made us saw all big five and more
Very knowledgeable on wild life and the back roads that very few or almost no people around
Hawk eyes that can spot anything miles away
Knowing where animals show up - kinda 6th sense..
A Birthday Party Cake Organized in wildlife camp with names, wishes and candles on it was amazing
And with great driving skills - NO BACK PAIN - he made me recovered

Once a lifetime trip
Hello everyone
A group of friends of mine used Castor's travel agency for a Safari back in July 2020.
Our 7 day trip included Ngonrogonro crater, Serengeti and lake Natron. This kind of trip is a once in a life time experience that I would recommend to everyone. Castor , our safari guide and driver definitely had a huge impact in making this trip a memorable one.

Brilliant holiday - we were looked after at every step and received the finest service
This holiday was just incredible. We were overcome by Martin's incredible knowledge of the area and its people. The staff he sent with us were first rate and obviously highly experienced. We were in breathtaking country and always felt safe and well provided for. Martin's experience as a pilot in the African bush certainly has served him well. If we do another Safari, it will be with Kingfishers.
