Awesome Tour
The driver was funny and courteous. The tour around the Park was fantastic as the guide/driver was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information on the animals. The highlight was the feeding of the giraffe.

Kenyan Hospitality & Safari Memories for a Lifetime
Returning to the Kenyan Safari after forty years was as spectacular as my earliest memories. From the planning phase with Mariel from Kichaka Tours to the game drives with our knowledgeable friendly Maasai guide Christopher and the superlative Sopa Lodge accommodation/buffet/barbeques & hospitality at Nakuru... everything was faultless, waking up every morning to a new adventure. The game drives were exhilarating, we spent the entirety perched up taking in the scenery (bountiful numbers of Rothchild giraffes, white rhinos, water buffalo, gazelle, pelicans, flamingos). One of the many highlights of the trip was the walk by the lake to admire the bird life close-up. I'm truly grateful to Mariel and Christopher for making this trip memorable, and will definitely be returning.

we had an excellent Vacation with this company
Had an amazing tour with Abou our Safaris Guide . The itinerary was excellent, special thanks to Hermosa. Our tour guide was exceptional. He was Fun, knowledgeable, and knows well the Rwandan history and was a great animal spotter! he made sure we had the best experience tracking gorillas and chimpanzees. He made sure we were able to see both groups in perfect weather. Hermosa Life Tours company was a great tour company. They were very very professional nice itinerary and wonderful places to stay. Thank you Abou for a wonderful experience in Rwanda. Can’t wait to return and see more of Rwanda with you and Hermosa Life Tours , cheers

Stress-free, amazing experience!
Traveling with Speke and our guide, Afrikano, was wonderful. From the start Speke and Tony were responsive, thorough, and excited for us to visit Uganda - our first trip to Africa. The team asked our preferences and created a wonderful trip throughout much of the country. Our lodgings and food were great. The entire trip was stress-free and easy. Afrikano is a wealth of knowledge about the country and its animals. There was not a question we asked him he did not know the answer to. He is also an excellent wildlife spotter! We were in great hands from start to finish and I could not recommend Speke more. We will definitely be back.

Arranged relatively smoothly
The safari and lodge were excellent. I would highly recommend Umkumbe Lodge. The tour company staff lacked attention to detail and customer care (forgetting to send vouchers among othe things). The itinerary I was given before the trip was slightly off by 30 min here and there and things weren't well communicated all the time. However, overall we had an amazing experience and everything worked out!

Well organised, great communication and friendly tour operator
This was our first safari and I'm glad we chose Safari Soles. They were very prompt in communicating and happy to make changes to our itinerary. In the end we chose a 5 day mid range safari covering Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngoronogoro Crater and Highlands plus 2 days in Zanzibar at the end. The lodges and tented camp they arranged all had good facilities, including a range of food and wifi. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to contact Bryson, if needed, throughout the holiday.
Our guide for the actual safari, Jeff, was brilliant and went out of his way to make sure we saw as much wildlife up close as possible. He was very friendly with a good sense of humour and was very patient when we tried to learn some swahili! He also took us to one of the Masai villages, which was very interesting (if not a little expensive - beware the hard sell!!) Picnic lunches were freshly cooked meals with choice of drinks and always in brilliant locations.
We would definitely recommend Safari Soles and our guide Jeff for anyone wanting to do a safari in Tanzania. Plus the hot air balloon trip over the Serengeti (arranged beforehand) was an added bonus!

Good planning, Easy to reach out to.
Team organising my trip was really good and efficient at communication, email, Whatsapp, phone call, all was okay with them!
They booked in Umkumbe River Resort in Sabi Sands and a government resort in Kruger. Umkumbe was fantastic.
Only slight area of improvement was the itinerary wasn't clear on what to expect when transported to Kruger. Safari schedule wasn't clear.
