Paul communicated with me and answered all my questions exceptionally before coming on the three day trip to the Mara. Our accomodation was excellent and the food had great variety and was tasty. We went with the midrange accommodations. When I ran into trouble in Nairobi Paul helped me through it as well. He went above and beyond his role to make sure we were safe and accommodated. I highly recommend this service.

Our amazing Tanzania safari trip with Serengeti Smile
We just finished our 8 day safari trip with our 2 daughters 12 and 14yrs old. We had been to Africa in S Africa and we always wanted to come back to show our kids once they were old enough to appreciate it.
We went with Serengeti Smile Tours and it was a trip of a lifetime. Not only did we see the Big 5 and many more animals in the Serengeti NP, Ngorogoro Crater, Tarangire NP and Manyara NP but also got experience the amazing people and culture of Tanzania. Visiting a traditional Masai village and hiking and learning about the Kilimanjaro Chaga people was truly unforgettable.
Serengeti Smile went above and beyond with the trip itinerary and everything was top notch. Accommodations was amazing and the food was great as well. Being able to sleep in the Kontiki Tent camp in the Serengeti falling asleep to the sounds of lions, hippos and elephants walking around outside of the tents was something we won’t forget too. Feeling totally safe from start to finish our AMAZING guide “Champion” always made sure we were happy. Champion really was the lynchpin making our trip truly a lifelong memory. Champion for the win!!!
As we leave we are a bit sad but can’t wait to share our experiences with our friends back in Canada and hopefully they’ll come here too. It’s well worth the money for the adventures and memories.

JT delivered great services for Safaris trip
The trip was amazing. Lodging Accommodations are great although we didn't spend much time rather than sleep. Great food with caring staffs at all the lodges. We had 4×4 and experienced driver/tour guide. Since Roads are rough, 4×4 is a must. Our driver George knew his roads well, knew where to find animals. We saw a lot of animals even the lion hunting and the kills. Drives from one park to another is rather long. But it worth seeing the country side. Communication was a little delayed at times from JT, but expected as we are in different continent. Overall, Julius is very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend JT Safari and George the driver. We all had a great experience.

Great safari experience with Simon and Brian
Very Easy to organise as the company is very responsive. Brian and Simon arrived ahead of time and have been very reliable thought, including stopping and waiting for me as I was buying some gifts to bring back home.
The safari itself was an awesome experience and both Brian and Simon did their best so that I manage to see all of the animal species in the Nairobi national park. I did the 1/2 day toor and was definitely worth it!

Well organised, knowledgeable and highly recommend
From the moment we were picked up from our hotel in stone town everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We flew from Zanzibar to Nyerere and picked up by Mr Martin and our driver Ommi. It was amazing experience and our guides were both extremely knowledgeable and went out their way to make sure we had the best possible experience. Lunch and coffee spots shared with pods of Hippos, couldn’t have been more special. We stayed at Selous Safari Lodge which was absolutely beautiful.

Amani and James are a perfekt team
I was able to experience a sensational safari with Amani and James in September 2023. I´ve been on safari many times before, but I´ve never seen as many animals as i did this time. I was able to take sensational pictures.
On Sanzibar, we went snorkelling in the brigth blue sea and immersed ourselves in the history of Sanzibar. Thank you for the wonderful time with you and I will certainly be back soon. Margie

Saloniki and William were knowledgeable, skillful, attentive and patient.
KIHINDO Tours and Safari’s theme is “Dreams to Reality” and it is spot on! Our dreams became a possibility when during negotiations, staff Whinie was attentive to our goals and desires and proposed a plan that worked for our budget. We took a 3 days 2 nights Safari from Dar es Salaam to the Nyerere National park. Our guides William and Saloniki picked us up promptly in the morning in our hotel and at the end of our safari journey they brought us to the airport as requested.
Day first consisted of driving 4.5 hours, we stopped for a bathroom break and to buy fruits for snacks. We had a tire malfunction that was quickly fixed by the guys, as they had two extra spare tires. We made it happily to our lodging where we were received by the kindest staff with a delicious and plentiful lunch. Lunch was pasta, chicken and salad. We brought snacks and soups in case the menu wasn’t to our liking but we never touched anything that we brought as all meals were delicious. During our stay we had steak, fruits, eggs, vegetables, chicken, crepes. Later we went on a boat Safari where we spotted birds, habitats and lots of active hippos.
On Day two it was a full day of Game. We went into the park and spent the day seeing all the animals we wanted. One of the hardest to find could be the lions and we even encountered a lioness. Keep in mind they are wild animals and there’s no guarantee you’ll see them all but both guides knew what they were doing and what spots gave us the best chance. Guides were knowledgeable and made us feel safe at all times. We had a picnic lunch at the park. There are bathrooms also available. The vehicle allows you to sit or stand and the guide are very accommodating and helpful in taking your picture.
Day three we had a walking tour with a guide Didi. From him we learned tons on tribe culture , plants and animals; even how to identify animals by their tracks and survival tips.
Overall We have no negative points and would recommend this company and staff.

Amazing Tour - Amazing People
We had the best 2 days 1 night trip to Hwange Nationalpark. The accomodation was lovely, our Tourguide in the Nationalpark awesome and Marvel with his Victoria Falls Serious Fun Tours and Travel just made it all possible. He was always on time, gave us the best offer including ALL our wishes and more and it was always really nice chatting with him about everything. We (2 women travelling) felt safe the whole trip and never rushed. Marvel responded very quick to all our questions. I would definitely recommend booking with Marvel and his team!
