Outsanding expérience !
5/5

Amazing 5 day trip, the guides definitaly know the perfect sites to see every animal we wanted to see. We are honoured to have met Laban and Brown, who managed to take this trip to a whole other level. Hospitality, service, human relationship is oustanding.
The offer was perfect for a honeymoon. Truly we will remember this experience.

You can choose this agency with your eyes closed !

Once a lifetime experience
4/5

When we arrived, our guide Alex and the boss took us to buy communication card sim and took care to stay with us while buying all we need. We have booked the 5 days private Safari in Lodges with all the parcs Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Manyara. The hotels booked by the Safari agency were great, especially the Eileen’s Tree Inn and the Serengeti Heritage Luxury Hôtel.
Alex was a great guide, he did his best for us to see amazing animals. He was respectful of the rules of the parcs, and was a good driver, we felt safe with him taking the wheel.
The only negative point was the lunch boxes that were very basics, cold, and with the same chicken as every day. It’s too bad that we weren’t asked to choose the range of lunch boxe we wanted, as we saw other groups having fresh prepared hot meals.
However the experience was perfect, the 4 parcs are all different from one another, so I advise everyone to do the complete 4 parcs.

Very good agency, perfect value for money
5/5

Very good agency, good communication, fair prices (they also accept euros instead of dollars), everything is included in the price. The food was very tasty and in good quantities, the car was comfortable, the tents are nice (it’s big and you can stand up in it). Serengeti and Ngorongoro camp sites are super, the one in Mto Wa Mbu is not so nice (you are in a garden of the city) but they are working on it. It is all well organized. Also, they offer you the transfer to airport, even if you don’t leave right after the safari but few days after, which is very appreciated !

The only reco I can do is for pillows, you should ask people to keep their pillowcase (or to have different colors as for the sleeping bags) so it doesn’t get mixed between people.

I do recommend Suricata Safari ! Very good value for money.

5 star service and great communications throughout. Tanja is a delight to work with.
5/5

After 2 years of postponements due to Covid etc, we finally got to do our trip of a lifetime in Botswana and South Africa. We had a truly unforgettable trip with fantastic game sightings throughout and all of the lodges were just perfect. The whole thing went like clockwork, it was so well organised. Tanja's expertise, efficiency and communications throughout the planning were outstanding and we even got to meet her in person mid-trip which was an added bonus. Her attention to detail and understanding of our needs and concerns was first rate and the information pack we received on arrival was detailed and helped us throughout the trip. It was a long trip and so we probably won't be back for some time but we know that at some point the bush will be calling us back and when that happens we'll be straight back in touch with Tanja. In the meantime we'll be boring everyone with our amazing stories of game sightings and will be recommending anyone who wants to experience it for themselves to get in touch with Tanja.

Tanzania
5/5

I am the huda of Morocco. I love trips and traveled all over the continents. Last August 2022, I traveled to Tanzania. It was a dream come true, especially with the wonderful company. From the time we arrived at Arusha airport, we found Youssef waiting for us, he made sure we reached the hotel. I am grateful to him for helping us with all the details, from tips and advice on places for tourist visits and activities to restaurants. ..... located in Arusha The next day he came with the tour guide goodluck who will accompany us for the next four days. For me and my husband, it was a trip we will never forget. .

The tour guide was a calm and understanding person who told us about the nature of wildlife wherever we went. We are guaranteed accommodation every time we move to a more beautiful place than the one before it. He does not leave an opportunity to meet the rare animals unless he takes us to see them, as for the cleanliness and the arrangement was at the required level. I would also like to thank the cook who always smiles. He cooked it the best. Thank you for this beautiful wedding. Travel success is linked to the people we get to know

Great Image Expedition is excellence personified offering the highest caliber safari experience!
5/5

BIG FIVE EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED ABOVE AND BEYOND

My husband and I just had an adventure of a lifetime while on safari with Godlistern from Great Image Expeditions. This experience was exceptional and we are extremely grateful! Godlistern was a marvellous guide who brilliantly conducted our tour through the Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation and Tarangire National Park. He is unbelievably knowledgeable and has a laser sharp eye. In addition to having multiple opportunities to see lions, buffaloes, leopards, elephants and rhinoceroses, we also got to see zebras, hippos, giraffes, wildebeests, cheetahs, gazelles, secretary birds, flamingos, ostriches and a plethora of other birds and animals. We had the privilege of learning about their diet, mating, instinct and other critical behaviors as we intimately observed them. We witnessed maternal cub interactions such as a cheetah mother teaching her two cubs to hunt. We saw a lioness feeding on her wildebeest prey. We were also fortunate to see many different species of animals all converge at Crater Lake and Tarangire River to hydrate and cool down. We got to watch so many spectacular things and none of that would have been possible without Godlistern's expert skill and Mbeche's superb driving. It was an outstanding safari, absolutely 5 stars!!!

Friendly, efficient and excellent
5/5

One of the best holidays ever - and I've been on many around the world - Matt was extremely communicative before during and after the holiday. His organisation skills were excellent, surpassed only by quality of where he picked - the 2 lodges were beyond anyones wildest dreams. If you want an unforgettable safari experience, look no further.

A truly unforgettable safari made possible by Tazama Africa
5/5

From the start Antony was extremely quick with his responses to all queries and nothing was too much effort for him. We were asked to make a payment by bank transfer which I wasn’t sure about initially but after studying the Tripadvisor reviews, I decided to go for it, and I’m so glad I did.
Antony arranged for collection from the airport to the hotel the day before the safari, and then came to the hotel to meet us and on the morning of the safari before we were introduced to our guide Josphat, who made our remaining 7 days truly amazing. We cannot praise him enough. He was very polite and professional from the start. After a few days we were well acquainted and felt like we received a really personal service. He must’ve answered hundreds of questions across the seven days but he always answered with enthusiasm and exceptional detail.
Now onto the game drive. What can I say! We saw the big 5, multiple times as well as various other animals. I couldn’t believe how accessible all the animals were due to Josphat’s excellent ability to find them and also with the guides communicating their sightings on the radio.
If you visit multiple national parks, there’s quite a lot of driving between the parks so be prepared for that, but with early starts we always got to our next destination by lunch. Our route was Amboseli - Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara. My favourite lodge was Ilkeliani Camp in the Maasai Mara with an exceptional menu and really great staff. It was the perfect place to end the trip. Our lodges were Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge (rooms a little small but really nice size resort, not too many people and nicely decorated), Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge (a little dated but in an elegant way. Beautiful buildings with wild zebra and deer roaming around the grounds and hippos that come close at night), Sarova Lion Hill Lodge (probably my least favourite only because it was quite a large site, but actually probably had the nicest staff, lots to do and was in a good location), and finally Ilkeliani Camp (beautiful tented camp accessed via a rope bridge. At night you can hear the hienas and birds so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. I loved how perfectly spaced each tent was so it felt really private, and most of all we loved the food there). Overall a great experience and as soon as I get the chance to return, I have no doubt that I’ll go with Tazama Africa again! Thank you!!
