Extremely Responsive and Detailed Oriented
My family was very thankful for making this a very memorable holiday. A lot was squeezed into a 7/8 day trip to South Africa (Capetown, safari, hazyview), but we never felt rushed so there was a lot of downtime as well. The details on pick ups, drops, handoffs etc were extremely well coordinated and planned. We had a last minute plan disruption with road closures in capetown due to a cycling race, but Tanja/Rubu quickly coordinated with the tour operator and helped make changes to work around the road closures as well. Highlights were Machiel tour guide in Cape town, who really went out of his way to show us everything he could - passionate guy, loved his energy. And similarly Leo our Safari guide in Umbkumbe.

High expectations - exceeded
Generally speaking Namibia turned out to be a fantastic country to visit with breathtaking, ever changing scenery, abundant wildlife, friendly people and providing a very high value for money. Lilly had concocted a two week tour for us which corresponded pretty exactly to what we wanted in terms of experiences and quality of lodging. All arrangements were easy to coordinate and we received all the information in a timely manner and to great detail. The self-drive option was great, allowing us to go at our own pace between lodges, much appreciated since we must have stopped every five minutes to enjoy the view along the way. The 4x4 rental car was in very good condition and the fridge in the back, powered by it's own battery with two days worth of autonomy, was a much welcome and useful feature for storing cold drinks and food for roadside snacks.
In short, the best vacation we've experienced ever and we can heartily recommend Great Explorations Namibia.

Quite probably our best holiday ever
We had an amazing 11 day tour of Namibia that totally exceeded our expectations.
We loved the tour itinerary and everywhere we stopped. Namibia is a beautiful country with such varied landscape. The abundance of wildlife was fantastic. The quality of the lodges was top notch.
Markus was an exceptional guide, very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He had so much enthusiasm and nothing was ever a problem for him.
Derek was very easy to communicate with in order to plan the tour, and keen for feedback at the end.
We will be raving about Namibia and Blue Crane to all of our friends when we get back to Australia.

Amazing experiences from start to finish
It was a great experience and easy to plan. We sent them an email, they sent us the brochure with prices and all the relevant details!
They helped us get the visa for my husband since the government requested a letter from the organization that was going to receive us.
The safari itself was just great. We stayed at a very nice and unique hotel in Masai Mara. We loved our driver/guide. Ben was really nice and helped us live and enjoy a wonderful experience. We saw the big 5 and Ben shared a lot of interesting information with us.
We recommend them A LOT!!!

The safari was beautifull, we saw a lot of animals close by.
We had the best 3 days. We did the budget friendly safari. The tents were nice and clean. The safari was beautifull. We saw a lot of animals close by. George was a really good guide, who learned us a lot about the wildlife. Everyday we had a delicious meal. We recommend doing the safari with bencia safari.

Perfect logistic and service!
Planning and having our dreamed trip with Spirit of Kenya was an excellent decision! Since we started to plan this amazing trip they were very open to adjust every little thing to our needs and desires.
When we started the trip everything was great, they were very punctual, the car was comfortable and we had everything included during our six day of safari, the guide was very nice, he had an incredible eye! and was very flexible about we wanted to see and do.
The hotels were very comfortable, beautiful and had good food.
This trip was more than we expected and we wil remember it forever as the best experience of our lives!!!

A Very experienced individual.
This experience was a great experience from start to finish. James communicational skills were great, from Nairobi he was explaining different sites to us.eg the trees/the area we were passing through etc. The tour is definitely value for money in the sense you get more than you expected. James was very competent and reliable. Even when we occurred a flat tyre in the game park. He was a true leader in which we all trusted him to fix the problem within a short time.

First time safari experience and sunnycreek did not disappoint. James was amazing, so kind and considerate. He knew the best places to spot any animal we wanted to see.
