Amazing hospitality
We booked a 3D/2N package where Safari link was handling transport from and to the Johannesburg airport. We were picked on time where the staff was present before hand and got the indemnity signature beforehand. Everyone was very welcoming with a smile on their face :)
We had a smooth drive. Our driver, Themba, was very professional.
On the return there was a slight confusion where our van was over booked. Eventually it all got sorted and we reached Airport on time. All in all good experience!

Fantastic photo tour
Joseph drove my husband and me for a two-week photo safari, and I was immensely grateful for his extensive knowledge of the wildlife and their behavior. He has fantastic intuition for which direction different species will move next, and his understanding of photography helps him to consistently position our vehicle for photos before the subject reaches the best position or background.
He's incredibly smart and personable and a great companion for the car--and a skilled birder who can identify anything you come across. I hope to make it back soon to work with him again.

Excellent safari operator
Everything was excellent during our 5 day safari through Masai Mara and Amboseli.
Serious and helpful agency, they even helped us buying train tickets to Mombasa (since we needed a Kenyan account and we were struggling to create it).
100% recommended.

Amazing Safari experience!
I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with African Chitah and the safari they planned for us. Midian was so responsive throughout the entire booking process and answered every question as soon as I sent one. When we arrived, everything was taken care of seamlessly and the hotel that was booked for our stay was fantastic. Our safari driver, Jackson, was amazing. Fun, funny and had an amazing knack for finding animals. We saw everything! I highly highly recommend African Chitah and I would definitely rebook with them in the future.

Scammer. Asks for deposit and makes promises that are not kept
Seems very professional in the beginning but did not keep the promises made and changed the schedule to his liking and convenirnce to make more money for himself.
I planned 8 safari day tour and managed to actually do only 3 days. The rest had to be cancelled or changed because of external factors.
Despite having agreed on a refund and getting a confirmation from the official email, they never refunded the money.
I dont recommend going to them for this.

Amazing safari I will not forget.
We booked family safari with Diana safari. It was very easy to book it.
We had great time with Joel and we expiries many more in Tanzania and Kenya with Diana Tanzania safari I recommend them.
Excellent
We were new to Tanga and didn't know where and how to go about enjoying the best of Tanga. Thanks to Next Stop Tanzania and Mo for sorting all this and ensuring we had the best the town and its environs had to offer.
Thanks Mazige for the excellent service

Knowledgeable guide found the big 5!
I had a great 2-night, 3-day Maasai Mara safari experience through SafariBookings.com. Thanks to our exceptional guide Raymond, a true professional with 15 years of game drive experience, we had the privilege of spotting the Big Five. Raymond's knowledge enriched our journey as we witnessed the mesmerizing wildebeest and zebra migration, observed a cheetah on the hunt, and marveled at the elusive rhino and leopard.
The Maasai Mara itself is a stunning park, and even though there were numerous other safari companies present, competing to get to the sighting first. Raymond's expertise ensured we reached the sights before others, adding an extra layer of excitement for us.
The camping site provided much-needed comfort after a day of exploration, offering amenities like hot water, comfortable beds, and charging facilities.
While the food was substandard, it was understandable considering the reasonable price of the trip. My partner is a fussy eater and struggled more than me. Day 1 we had lunch in buffet style on the road, with dinner in the camp, day 2 was breakfast and dinner in the camp with a packed picnic lunch while out on Safari. Day 3 was breakfast in the camp and lunch on the road. We opted out of lunch on day 3 with our whole group wanting to get back to Nairobi ASAP!
Our schedule included a thrilling drive from 4:30 PM to 7 PM on the first day, followed by a full day (7 AM to 6 PM) on the second. Unfortunately, the third day's visit to the Maasai village didn't match the excitement of the rest of the trip. While enjoyable, the very touristy village visit came with high-pressure sales tactics for overpriced items, slightly dampening the experience.
Raymond later dropped us directly at our hotel.
For fellow travelers, bringing cash is recommended, especially for buying beverages at the bar and offering tips to campsite staff and guides. If the group intends to visit the Maasai village, be prepared for additional charges.
Raymond went above and beyond, assisting us with ATM trips and money exchange when we fell short.
Overall, the SafariBookings.com Maasai Mara adventure with Raymond was fantastic, despite a few minor downsides.
