Anna from Porcupine Expeditions is a professional. She is a lovely person who keeps their promises. The organization thinks along with you about your wishes and gives advice in what to do and what not. The drivers and guides they work with are experienced and very kind. Anna communicated good with us during the 2 weeks, she was always available and took good care of us.
We did a 5 day safari in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. 3 very different national parks but they all have their own beauty. The food during the 5 days were outstanding. The chef really put in the work. We stayed in tents in Serengeti and Ngorongoro and we would recommend this to everyone because it's quite an experience to sleep next to buffalo's, elephants, zebra's and lions.
We also did a 6 day Kilimanjaro climb - Marangu route. Everything was well organised and on schedule. We were only with 2 people in a group and had lots of fun with the guides, chef and porters. The guides were professionals and thanks to them we were able to reach the summit. Just like on safari the food was very good.
1 guide we would like to mention in particular and that was Chalikoo. He gave us a city tour of Arusha and went with us to do a coffee tour, visit the Moshi hot springs and the Materuni waterfalls. Chalikoo is a very nice person, who knows all about the Arusha/Moshi region and really gives you the feeling you know him for years. From stranger to friend in no time!

Fredy is a very kind, well prepared and enthusiastic guide, who makes you lough every time.
It's been two months since we got home from our honeymoon, but we're still at a loss for words. We had an experience of a lifetime from the Lion King Adventures and Fredy, our guide, which we’ll never forget. We spent 6 wonderful days in the wilderness, searching for animals. Fredy was the best guide, we couldn't have asked for a better one! He was extremely kind, enthusiastic, very funny and very knowledgeable. We happily learned from him about animals, plants and all of Tanzania. Fredy was also very considerate when he found out that this was our honeymoon, he surprised us with a romantic dinner at one of the tents. During the day, he did his best to gather as many experiences as possible. Thanks to him, we were able to observe a lot of animals and get so close to them that we never dreamed of. It was worth every single penny. Thank you very much for this fantastic trip! We can't wait to drive on those bumpy roads again!

Climbed to the top of the Kili
The trek to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro was incredible. Me & my sister had a blast! We were in the mountains for 6 days. We took the Ringai route to the summit. Our guides, Man Man, William were outstanding. I've climbed a lot of mountains and this one was one of the toughest, but our team of guides, porters without forgetting the cooks made sure we made it to the top. They were unbelievable!

This safari by far exceeded our expectations! We were taken care of so well the entire trip. The accommodations were incredible and our tour guide was amazing! Amazing safaris which exceeded our expectations!
We had an amazing time seeing so many of God’s uniquely created animals! Joe, our driver, was so informative and really made an effort to tailor our Safari experience. Joe always tried to position our 4x4 vehicle to get fantastic photos! We were blessed to see the Big 5, over a dozen lions, a clan of 14 hyenas and a troop of baboons with babies up close. I highly recommend upgrading to a 4x4 rather than a van especially in the Masai Mara. Perminus was very professional and timely in his responses when booking and planning the details of our trip. He and Joe even coordinated a last minute change to our itinerary which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Absolutely Amazing Experience

From the moment my wife and I were picked up at our hotel, to the moment we were dropped off at the airport, our tour guide (Godwin) made it possible to see some of the most incredible sites in Serengeti, Tarengire, and Ngorongoro. He was able to navigate all of the parks with ease and had incredible insite to the animals behavior, which allowed us to get within feet of all of them. Godwin was also very polite, fun, and taught us about the culture/history of Tanzania and the locals.
From the moment we booked the tour, Judith made the entire process very simple and streamlined. She communicated well through txt and phone call and usually responded within an hour.
As far as the accommodations that Kojuu books on the Safari, these are must see hotels. All the staff were friendly, helpful and ensured our comfort at all times.
I highly recommend all travelers to book with Kojuu and experience these amazing adventures you’ll never forget. Thank you again Judith and Godwin!
