My friend and I booked a 6-day safari tour with Colours Africa which ended being an amazing and unforgettable experience for us.
To begin with, the communication with Godlisten beforehand was very smooth and he was willing to help us design the best possible itinerary according to what we had already researched for. We decided to visit Tarangire, Serengeti for 3 days, Ngorongoro and lake Manyara. We had 2 nights in a lodge and 3 nights in a camping site inside the parks which I think was a very good choice if you are feeling comfortable with camping in the wild. The first day our guide was Freddie and for the rest was Joseph, both of them were very knowledgeable, could spot animals super easily and were willing to engage with us and answer to our million questions. Having Joseph for 5 days in total definitely made our trip an even better experience.
In case you want to get a flight in the last evening of your safari, make sure to book the latest possible and try to put some pressure to everyone because as you will understand things in Tanzania are working '' Pole Pole'' which means ''slow slow'' and is literally true.
If I could change one thing in our itinerary afterwards, it would be to skip Lake Manyara and add one more day in Serengeti since in the lake there were really few animals and is not the easiest ground for the more fascinating animals for us tourists.

Amazing Tanzania Safari
Not knowing what to expect on this trip, I found it a great experience. Traveling of any sort, but especially international travel comes with its own headaches. In my experience, it's simply an unavoidable part of the whole package. Traveling with Gimag Safaris however, defied that assumption from day one. Working with Mary and Gilbert, the operators of Gilmag Safaris was a joy. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding our trip and were able to put together an outstanding itinerary, which made for a most memorable trip.
The tour covered Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Eyasi. A great wealth of animals during the tour was a highlight. The overall tour was made enjoyable by tour guide, Erick. We always knew what was happening and what was going to happen. A good choice of scenic areas!!!
Gilmag also recommended a short stay in Arusha after the tour, and this helped us a lot.
