One of a kind experience!
I recently embarked on a remarkable 5-day private lodge safari in Tanzania, organized by Serengeti Wakanda. I must say, it was an unparalleled experience that surpassed all my expectations. Throughout the journey, we had the privilege of staying at multiple lodges, each offering unique charm and breathtaking surroundings.
Our first stop was the modernized Marera View Lodge in Karatu. Nestled amidst picturesque scenery, this lodge exuded elegance. The staff's warmth and hospitality were exceptional, and the culinary delights they served were nothing short of outstanding.
However, my personal favorite was the Into Wild Serengeti Lodge in Serengeti. This tented base camp provided an immersive experience with its expansive open lands, allowing us to witness awe-inspiring sunrises and sunsets. One can't help but feel the pulse of the wilderness as the sounds of nocturnal animals fill the night air. As a safety precaution, a walkie-talkie was provided for our convenience, as venturing outside alone is not advised. It's important to remember that we were truly in the heart of the jungle. The highlight of our stay here was undoubtedly the balloon safari—an unforgettable adventure. We indulged in a bush breakfast with delightful mimosas, creating memories that will be cherished forever.
Our next stop was the Ang'ata Ngorongoro Lodge in the Ngorongoro Highlands. Here, the temperature dropped significantly, so it was wise to layer clothing and take advantage of the attentive staff's heated water bags and blankets. The surrounding area teemed with magnificent buffalo herds. Although one incident caused a momentary fright when a buffalo approached my tent while I slept, the expertly trained staff ensured our safety. It serves as a reminder that these wild animals must be treated cautiously and respectfully.
Lastly, I cannot emphasize enough the pivotal role played by our excellent tour guide, Andrew. His profound knowledge of the wilderness and his remarkable composure around wildlife left a lasting impression on me. Andrew's passion for nature and the environment was evident, and he willingly shared his insights and stories with us. With Andrew as our guide, we were in the hands of a true expert.
In conclusion, choosing Serengeti Wakanda for my safari adventure was undoubtedly my best decision. The combination of luxurious lodges, breathtaking landscapes, thrilling wildlife encounters, and the expertise of our guide made it an unforgettable experience. I am already eagerly anticipating my next journey with them.
A 'once in a life time' holiday that we really want to do again!
From start to finish, our experience with Mazingira was first class. The detailed information we received in the booking process was really useful. Prior to booking, Florida answered all our questions (however silly they may have seemed!) promptly and with ample detail. She was not pushy during this time but helped us to make a clear, well-informed decision to book with them. Communication was excellent and on arrival the organisation of our trip was seamless. We were introduced to our guide via WhatsApp before our departure and when we arrived our guide, lucas, was there to greet us. He kept us informed of our itinerary and explained clearly what we would be doing each day. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the local area and wildlife was boundless and again , no question was too silly! He was fascinating and a wonderful guide to have take us through this amazing experience. We were fortunate enough to see all the wildlife we had hoped, in abundance. Every day seemingly greater than the last! The accommodation was delightfully luxurious and the carefully planned destinations enabled us to see the greatest sights in the most relaxed and beautiful surroundings
All the staff were incredibly helpful and approachable. They made our stay a delight.
When we encountered difficulties, due to our airline changing the flights, the team at mazingira once again supported us to find and reach alternative accommodation. We couldn't have asked for a greater team. It really was the holiday of a lifetime and I would recommend this company without exception.

Great tour guide with immense knowledge
We signed up with MoAfrica tour after an earlier Johannesburg tour with yeh same company. We had Goodwill Khutso as our guide and he was an amazing guide and person . Very patient , a wealth of knowledge and a great person to spend 5 hours with. We were picked from our hotel in a private car and drove 45 minutes to the Lion safari. We were met by a your safari guide - Jason, who was very passionate about his job and the safari .. it took 2 hours at the safari and we were dropped back to the hotel . I wanted to see the wanderer stadium and Khutso made sure we could stop and see it ! Great experience overall !!

An absolutely amazing experience, perfectly orchestrated by the Cuckoo Safaris team from pick up to
Our guide, Simon, was exceptional. Punctual, knowledgeable and constantly going out of his way to ensure our trip was perfect. Our initial contact, Tatenda and the game drive guide, Milton, were excellent as well. Would book with Cuckoo Safaris again in a heartbeat. An amazing experience and great value all around.

Raheem is the best guide
This tour is a great value for the money. You will see the Masai Mara park on the afternoon and in the sunset and next day in the sunrise and half morning. Those are good time frames to see the best of the park. I went with a tour group and as a solo traveler this was the best choice not only because of the wonderful guidance of Raheem, but because the group taking the tour was very nice. I fully recommend this agency and this guide, which help us and took us to see anything we wanted and was very kind and funny.
The camp was way nicer than I Expected. It has a good bed inside a tent and your own bathroom. The accommodation was shared but I have no complaints about it and I slept well the whole night.
My only improvement would be in the food because it was mostly the same, but for two days you can make it.
