The best experience in Safari!
This experience was really amazing!! From the beginning to the end, our guide was Kikitu, the best guide ever! He has a really good energy, made us laughing all the time and most importantly, he tried really hard to show us all the animals in the Masai Mara, so we were able to see almost everything with him. If you are going for Safari, ask for him, you will have lot of fun! He really enjoys his job and he tries to do always the best.

Me and my Friend went on a private 6 day Budget Camping & Lodge Safari and it was truly incredible. Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater were our destinations and I would do exactly the same trip any time again.
Our guide Innocent and chef Dennis, aka „stomache engineer“ were truly incredible. Innocent‘s knowledge of animals and the nationals park ensured us not just seeing all of the big five but also learning a lot about animals and Tanzania itself. Dennis was waking up very early in the morning to make sure we are having incredible breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything selfmade! While other companies were having premade lunchboxes for lunch, we were having at least three different kinds if food.
From beginning to end this trip was a once in a lifetime experience and thinking back about all the memories makes me smile.

An absolute disgrace to tourism and to foreign tourists
We have been robbed under this tour operator in their chooses hotel.
The hotel was guarded with 4 security, our door was locked but still got the door broken damaging the frame and hit the lock out without anyone hearing anything ?!?!?!?!! The theft walked out with our backpack on his back and the other guys £6K camera swinging it in his hand . If you wonder yes 2 of us door got jacked up and no one heard or saw anything.
The owner refused to come and show the CCTV to the police delaying everything! The hotel called HotelCityMax in Nakuru !!
When we finally meet Mr CEO John who by the way is an absolute joke and disgrace to the whole tourism industry and also to tourists! Didn’t even call the hotel or came to see us when the accident happened!
Was half way laying in his chairs while he was bullsh*tting us and lying to us constantly!
The way John was behaving, the posture he was maintaining, the way of his speaking, every single gesture he was making made to us very clear that he absolutely does care and we are just a pain in his a.. at that moment and would say anything to get rid of us.
Several times we caught him to lie about what action he took and how he will compensate us . When we challenged him to prove us somehow that he took actions I.e police report , asking the hotel what happened etc he couldn’t put anything on the table !
I never in my life meet someone like John in such a high position and still don’t care at all especially in a country that heavily relies on tourism!
He was keep telling us for 30 mins how his company operates and all of this filling stories what frankly we didn’t care as we had a bigger issue why we were there and wanted to sort it before we leave the country.
Of course no solution came from him ! Even He was not man enough to give me his business card at the end !
Honestly it was scary to see how much someone who is in charge doesn’t care at all about the 2 theft that happened under his watch and in his hotel from who is in charge !
At the end we have to leave without any paper or whatsoever. He didn’t care if we will return or not as he already had our money and he had no intention to ease up our pain to try to help us . He doesn’t care if you return or not !
Very poor customer service and lack of knowledge, Mr big CEO John clearly has no idea what this business is all about

Do yourself a favour and avoid him and his company!
I would highly recommend Super Eagles ! As I didn’t have any issues with them ! Always super helpful and ready to help Gents with a fantastic customer service who are truly appreciate us tourist visiting their country and would like us to return .

CSPAN understood exactly what we were looking for and made it happen!
We knew a couple of highlights we wanted to see while in Kenya and Tanzania, but we didn't know anything about how best to see them and what we could be missing out on. Rufus worked with us for months in advance of our trip to figure out the right itinerary for us and included several highlights we would have never known about.
Once we arrived in Kenya, our luggage didn't make it, but Rufus and our tour guide worked tirelessly to pick up bags when they arrived in Nairobi, arranged for delivery of another bag, and even took us shopping for clothes for my son when his bag never arrived. Rufus caught up with us in person during our tour to make sure we were being taken care of to be sure we met in person after the long months of planning via e-mail and WhatsApp.
We were amazed by how knowledgeable our guide was in all of the parks, and he made sure we felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. The transfer across the border from Kenya to Tanzania would have been very confusing, but our guides stood by our side and literally walked us through the process.
I have recommended CSPAN to others already who have been interested in our trip, and I will continue to recommend Rufus and his team to anyone else looking for an affordable luxury African vacation with good people I trust.

Sense of Humor,Kindness and Care
All communications were prompt and straightforward, the details were handled well. Seeing the wildebeest migration across the river and crocodile coming hunting them. Wow! That was so catchy. We had so much fun and it was an interesting trip.
I got sick in the last day at Lake Manyara National Park then Noel took care of me, he took me to a nice Hospital and he was there with me until the middle of the night. He was so kind to me i felt like he is my family.
I would recommend Dallas Africa Safaris to anyone planning to visit Tanzania. It worth it!!

Good experience, excellent Safari driver/guide
Good services by kilipath african safari.
We had a 3 days safari trip flying in and out from zanzibar. They arranged our flights as well, however if flying domestically you need to be careful with timing as there are many delays.
The communication prior to booking was excellent. Felix was really helpful, quick in replying, and explaing every detail.
Our safari driver-guide was Lu, and he was excellent!! You would be lucky to have him.
We spend 1 day in Tarangire national park, 1 day in Ngorongoro and 1 day in Materuni waterfalls and village. Great experiences all of the days, we got the chance to see all of the animals that we were expecting to see.
However, we had some inconveniences. The last day it was planned to have the trip with a different driver, and he was 40 min late to pick us up from the hotel. During these 40 min we couldn't rich out to anyone from the office. This delay cost us for the remaining time of the trip, as our sceduled (domestic) flight was also changed to 1 hour earlier. To that end, we were a bit in a rush during our Materuni visit.
Another unfortune remark is that even if it is mentioned in their website that the bank charge is 3,5% and that is the amount we were charged while paying (online) the 10% of the money upfront, when we started the safari and we payed the remaining amount (by credit card) they charged us 4% extra without really explaining why. The 4% was calculated and added in the payable price, not as an automatic charge by the bank in the transaction.
As a tip, ask to start from Arusha really early in the morning if going for safari to any of the national parks. We were picked the first day at 08:00 o'clock in the morning, but it would have worked much better if we were picked an hour or 2 earlier.
All in all, we had a great experience as our safari guide was really really good!
