We are back from our incredible 17-days-tour and I would highly recommend booking with Smile with us Tours in Africa! The communication and planning of the tour, choosing accommodations and activities was a very good experience. Jacob has arranged all accommodations and activities for our exciting individual itinerary and everything was very well organized, whereever we arrived.
Our guide on our long safari was Erick: He is speaking very good English and is just an amazing person with so much knowledge about nature, wildlife and culture – it was really a pleasure to travel with him! Up from our arrival at the airport we have enjoyed every minute of our long safari. There is nothing, he can’t deal with or what is impossible for him. Asante sana – we left with memories of a lifetime!
For sure we will plan our next trip with Jacob and his team to explore more places of this beautiful country.

Perfect Organization an animals view optimization
We spent 5 days safari included 4 days with Omar and his chef Mohammed.
Those 4 days were amazing. We saw all big fives and all ugly fives and for each Omar took time to explain there habits. Even if it was sometimes difficult to find them, Omar took always time to find them even if we should be late for the camp. His priority was us.
Simply, perfect.
I recommend him and Mohammed for everyone who would like to live a real safari experience.

Tongesai was helpful, friendly, open and trustworthy.
Our tour of Victoria Falls and our helicopter ride was amazing. Tongesai was very helpful and tailored our visit to what we wanted to see and do. We loved hearing about the history of Zim. Our accommodations were wonderful and the food was delicious!

unforgettable days
We visited Tarangiri, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks. Everything was perfect: animals were quite easy to see, we we've been taken face to fece with lions, leopards, elephants, hyppos and so on. The car was very confortable for a couple, like us. Our guide, Rashid, deserves a special praise: he was very careful for any need of us, very professional in spotting animals without disturbing them, and never tired, even after driving for hours on gravel. All accomodations were even better than we expected, with confortable rooms, tasty and never repetitive food, and very professional staffs.

Very good and professional
I had a great time with Simon on a 5 day photographic safari in Kenya. I was brought to lake Nakuru park and the Masai Mara.
For a photographic safari you need a guide that knows how to find the animals and what they will do so they can line up the photos to get great pics.
Simon was great at this and on multiple occasions he figured out what the animal was going to do got me into a great position.
10/10 would recommend for photographic safaris.

Incredible 6 days with Starpal in Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli

From the moment we began planning our adventure with Paul, the experience was smooth, transparent, and highly satisfying. Communication with Paul was a breeze; he was incredibly responsive, patient, and accommodating to our amendments. His honesty and advice during the planning process instilled confidence in our decision to choose StarPal. Paul's fairness and transparency were also evident in the payment process. Upon confirming the details of our safari with him, a reasonable 20% deposit was required via paypal. The rest was payed once our safari started by cash.
Our safari guide and driver, Boniface, played a pivotal role in making our journey unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure that we saw as many animals as possible. Boniface's passion for wildlife was evident, and his expertise added an educational and immersive dimension to our safari. What stood out most was his friendly and humorous demeanor, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip. His extensive knowledge about animals and the surrounding nature was impressive. He could spot animals when they were still miles away. He secured prime spots for animal sightings and ensured we had enough time for photography and observing the animals' behaviors. Boniface's commitment to providing an enriching safari experience was evident at every turn.
One incident particularly showcased Boniface's dedication to ensure everything was hassle-free for us. Despite a mix-up at our lodge that left us without a lunch box for a full day game drive, Boniface quickly organized a replacement from another accommodation. This not only saved us from long drives for lunch but also emphasized Boniface's connections within the industry.
Both Paul and Boniface demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The experience was worth every penny, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking an unforgettable safari adventure.
