Most amazing Safari Experience with Mazingira Safaris and our Guide Hasani
We have just had the most amazing experience on our private Safari with our Guide Hasani.
The communication and flexibility from the booking of the accommodation we wanted to the pick up and drop off times etc. was above and beyond. Additionally, we were treated to some lovely personal touches including water bottles with our names on, and a bottle of delicious rose to toast our Honeymoon with. Also, we were treated to the most delicious lunch prepared by the Mazingira team on our 1st day.
In terms of the accommodation, we got to stay as we had hoped in 2 beautiful tented lodges with one right in the middle of the Serengeti. Both were extremely comfortable and safe while also giving us a unique experience in touch with the Animals. At the 1st (Burunge Tented Lodge) we had a family of Elephants pass us at Breakfast with Marabou storks fighting over a tree trump to perch on while at the 2nd (Embalakai Camp) we had a troupe of Baboons pass by our tent at sunrise. Our third lodge (Bogainvilla Lodge) gave a little more luxury with a beautiful pool and restaurant. Food and service were excellent at all three.
In terms of the Safari, we started incredibly strong at the Tarangire National Park. Our Guide Hasani was so quick to find and point out all the amazing animals. Tarangire National Park is an undulating wooded area that allowed us to get really close to so many animals including Elephants, Giraffes, Wilderbeast, Impala, Zebra, Baboons etc. Our second day was spent driving to and then in the Serengeti. Were were incredibly lucky to come across a Cheetah on our way in followed by many more animals once we were in the park including Lions, Ostrich, Topi, more Elephants and a Leopard in a tree. Our third day was spent in the Serengeti and again Hasani did a wonderful job of finding a load more amazing animals including Hippo, Hyena, Vultures, Eagles, Buffalo, a Nile Crocodile, more Elephants, and more Lions including seeing a Lion chase and fail to catch a Zebra. Our 4th and final Day was spent in the Ngorongoro crater where we got to see Flamingo, Worthog digging for bugs, Wilderbeast traversing en mass, more Ostrich, Maraboo Stalk up really close, Grey Crowned Crane, more Hippo, Kori Bustard, more Zebra, and more Lions, this time including a Male eating something big and meaty. Having seen all from the big 10 apart from the Rhino we were extremely happy, and decided to call it a day, Hasani had another idea though and amazingly as we were heading out the park he managed to spot the magnificent beasts in the distance ticking them off our list.
All in all this was an amazing experience heightened by our amazing guide Hasani and the incredibly friendly and organised team at Mazingira Safaris.
Thank you so much to Hasani, Johari and the wider Mazingira team.

I feel he is a fraudster and liar
Where do I begin.
I wouldn’t trust Seth as far as I could throw him! He has lied to me for the last year and took me over 9 months to get a refund on my deposit after cancelling our trip (took a month for him to accept the cancellation we were told to do for various reasons) even though he informed me of his refund policy of 7 days.
Every email I got from him was false promises and lies. Safari bookings were the only reason we managed to get our money back and I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the stress I went through and the sleepless nights of having to deal with Seth.
I’m glad to be done with him, he lied about everything!

Unforgettable trip in Uganda!
Thanks to Azas Safaris we had an unforgettable tour in Uganda! Everything was arranged down to the last detail, the lodges they suggested were more than excellent, the trip was varied and they took our wishes into account, both in advance and on site. Our driver/ranger Christopher did everything he could to make the trip unforgettable. He is a good driver and explains a lot, knows how to find the animals and birds and does not impose himself.

Apodiformes ahead of others
Great safari experience ever!!!
We booked an eight day Safari tour by Apodiformes. We were so lucky to have Sebastian as our guide during the whole trip I would definitely recommend and choose Sebastian again and recommend him to everyone who would come! It’s our biggest luck to have him by our side. We were amazed by his patience and superb driving skills. Thanks to his excellent performance and experience we collected the big 5 so quickly. He can drive the van with greatest skill that no one else can compare. You would not regret choosing him and we were happy and feel safe because he is trustworthy and we can rely on everyday. He had become our friend and we will miss him from now on. Apodiformes is the best
Outstanding, Professional and very Personal
My daughter, 14 year old grandson and I went to Tanzania on a Safari to see Africa's big game and animals and what we saw was spectacular!
The Serengiti is a big place, with animals everywhere and because of the helpful relationships and communications between drivers, if there were sightings in places other than where we were, our driver Ombeni, would get us to where the sighting were ASAP, so we wouldn't miss anything.
Just as important as seeing the animals, we got to spend time and get to know some of the locals. Ombeni made arrangements for us to visit a school on our way from one area of the Serengiti to another and it was a real eye opener for my grandson. We also stopped a visited a Massai village and spent time with the villagers as well.
We took lots of pictures, some more spectacular than others but more important we came home with fantastic memories. It's one thing to visit another country to see it but in addition to "seeing" it, we encourage "experiencing" it, in all the ways possible.
Take the time to "connect" with the representative that will help you plan your trip with.
"Connect" with the driver and ask questions about his professional life and his personal life and be willing to "share" both with him or her.
The world is a better place when visitors to other countries visit and spend money but it's far better when "connections" are made that have the possitilibity of creating "memories" that hopefully will last a lifetime.
We had the good fortune to have Masuma as our Easy Travel Representative. She was always there before, during and even at the end of our trip.
As good as she did, she was always trying to make it even better.
Ombeni was outstanding as a tour guide. He had a challenge catering to three generations, within the same group and he was outstanding! By the time our trip was over, my grandson was speaking swahili and admitted that he had never had such a good time, in any of his previous travels.
My daughter and I would say the same.
Our Safari was exciting, rewarding and FUN! All three generations were thrilled with our magnificent "experience!" Easy Travel Tanzania can/shouldJ write the book on good "customer service!"

Extra effort for the best experience
They picked me up in the morning and took full care of creating a great safari experience. The guide Francis told us everything about all the animals and even managed to find a rhino, which are very rare.

Suricata Safaris is setting standards
Perfectly organized and highly professional team. From the pick up over the guides to the food, accomodations and tours=> top notch!. The genuinely friendliness is amazing, all involved give 100% and more to make your stay unforgettable and enjoyable. The drivers/guides are highly experienced professionals. Value for Money is simply excellent.
We booked an individual package that included Lake Natron, Lake Eyasi, Mto Wa Mbo City Walk, Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Parks, Materuni. These are maybe not the most booked destinations, but so worth it as it gave us a good view of the different landscapes and nature in Tanzania, introduced us to the amazing cultures and lifes of different tribes, showed us how peaceful >120 different tribes can live together side by side and of course let us see during the 2 Safari trips all the animals we longed for and much more. Not including Serengeti gave us the chance to stay most nights in the brand new Suricata Boma Lodge which is a paradise on ist own with views on Lake Manyara. We really could not ask for more. My personal Tip for other travelers: try to book an extra Day and Night at the Suricata Boma Lodge which is the perfect end to a fantastic tour. And take the chance then to book a massage with Helen or ask for Gerald to give you a walk to the lake to see animals, ask Toyi to teach you Swaheli, if you need a warm smile pass by the reception for Salome or anybody else crossing your way……everybody there will make you feel welcome.

Phantastic
Extremely happy that we chose Lion King for our safari in Tanzania. From the very first moment the communication was very good, all the questions (and there have been a lot) have been answered in a timely manner. Everything (from the pick up at the Kilimanjaro airport to the drop off at the Arusha airport) worked perfect. Our guide, Manu, was very knowledgeable, and we learnt a lot about the wildlife but also about the day to day life in Tanzania. We have felt safe the whole time and we could enjoy our first safari to the fullest. I can only highly recommend LionKing!

Safari that lived up to expectation
Choosing a safari company for a special family holiday was a daunting task, however we decided to go with Easy Travel due to Voice. She organised a fabulous 9 day Safari visiting Ngorongoro crater, walk in Empakaii, Serengeti, Lake Manyara and Tarangire. We stayed in Tortilis lodges all but one night. All were fabulously located with very comfortable family tents, delicious food and wonderful staff. We loved the different feel of the parks and were really glad to have spent time in each of them. However the biggest thanks must go to our guide, Aniny. He had a great sense of humour, made all the children feel included during the meals and on the tours and was a fountain of knowledge not just in the parks but also explaining the Tanzanian way of life. Would have liked an extra day in the Crater, but we easily saw all the big five plus so much more, even a cheetah hunting a wildebeest. Aniny knew where to go and when. Have no hesitation to recommend Easy Travel to friends and hope to return again one day!
