Just a brilliant experience all round, tents, food, surroundings, and staff all just right!
My partner and I had a great time staying at the camp as well as on the excursions. All of the staff we met were friendly, helpful and warm - and they knew there stuff. The food was incredible, I didn't know what to expect but it was better than I could have imagined! The accommodation was also fantastic, in great condition and very comfortable/ well thought out (especially enjoyed the lovely shower). I would highly recommend anyone travelling to Maun to try The Mzansi Experience and we look forward to coming back soon!

Excellent customer service
Communication with Mzansi was exceptional. We had a small trouble with the transportation as we missed the first initial transport to Kruger but Mzansi (esp. Zelda) helped us arrange a second transport and also with the check in.
Our tour included 3 nights with the secondary camp options as the first was fully booked. We enjoyed the safari and got to see alot of animals.

He was respectful , kind and attentive
It was a magnificent day with deo, he did his best to join us in admiring all the forest, the animals. he was an exciting man, and did not miss the opportunity to live the experience from A to Z: lion giraffe gazelle elephant crocodile ..... many other animals.
He was careful when driving his truck, that’s what made me feel comfortable.
The price compared to what it does is very reasonable

Great itenarary and escellent customer support.
Susan provided a fantastic itenarary and also made sure tat everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. All accommodation and activities were great with the highlight being Sabi Bush Lodge. Safari there and the staff and food were all excellent. Room amazing. Activities I would recommend outside of those included are table top mountain hike / rock climb, Boeschendal biking and picnic, wine tram, fat biking and shark cage diving. The only disappointment was Grootbos which was a nice property but pretty poorly run. Really should train staff / have some senior presence for the amount charged. Maybe look at alternatives on whale coast. Overall though a great trip!

I had an amazing trip thanks to Martin and Fredrick. Starting with sending offers in a short time, consulting and finally the whole trip from A to Z. Special thanks to my guide Fredrick, was the nicest person I’ve ever met and very patient with me during the whole trip. he took good care of “everything “like the check in at lodges, entries to the national parks. He was really knowledgeable about wildlife and culture in general. He always found the good spots for photography and shared a lot of knowledge about wildlife. After talking with other tourists I quickly realized that I was seeing more. He has not only a good guide, but also a good photographer, he took lots of pictures of animals for me. Also vehicle and organization are perfect. I always felt safe and cared for. The hotels were very well arranged. This safari was the most amazing experience of my life, I will be back again with pleasure. Fede tours is a wonderful company and I highly recommend them. I think that if you choose the Fede tours, you will be very happy!

Perfekt Safari Tour
Hello to all Tanzania and Zanzibar tourists,
at the moment (21.10.23 to 06.11.23) we enjoy our stay in Africa.
A few months ago, we booked our Safari with Godfrey from Tecomate Tour. He organized the whole Safari fore us. Everything worked perfectly and he did a great job.
Our Tanzania Safari was already the full success and we enjoyed this wonderful time with our guide Gabriel.
Gabriel speaks fluent German and has an amazing knowledge about plants and wildlife in Tanzania. What we also liked was his enthusiasm for the work and the order and cleanliness during the whole tour.
Finally, we are very happy that we did not book with overpriced European travel agencies.
