Well organised and relatively good value
Jane was very helpful with getting the right itinerary for our 7-day safari to Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Maasai Mara. Both she and our guide Eric were very responsive to our requests and always very punctual. The itinerary was excellent and the accommodation largely very good (not that impressed by the Lake Naivasha Country Club). We saw everything you would hope to see on a safari in Kenya, and more.
Eric really went out of his way to get us to see all the animals and sights we were interested in and we got some amazing pictures and experiences.

Incredible!
We just came back from Mufasa's Le Grande Safari trip which covers various places in Kenya and Tanzania. We compared Mufasa's price with 2 other US travel companies before we made our decision. Mufasa definitely offers more for what we were paying. The communication was very easy using WhatsApp with Joey. There were 3 of us in the trip but we booked 2 different flights. Unfortunately, one of our flights was delayed for 1 day due to severe weather. We contacted Mufasa while on the road and they were able to quickly adjust our itinerary while letting our friend (no delay) go on the trip as planned. Mufasa also arranged our delayed luggage to be delivered to the Safari while we were on the tour.
The travel itinerary is well designed. There is always something different to see every day. The tour guides are extremely professional. They are not normal drivers or guides. They are not only very knowledgeable about the Safari but also taking the time to know our interests and needs. Our Kenya tour guide Kephar is an ammeter photographer, and he knows how to position our car with the right angle for us to take the best pictures. Our Tanzania guide Danford predicted a route with a Jackle chasing 2 impalas, so we were able to see the chasing right before our car! Both helped us greatly crossing the Kenya and Tanzania boarder... without them we would have been lost in the chaotic boarder offices :)
We took the upper midrange for our hotel choices. All the lodges and camps were very clean and secure. Food was freshly obtained and cooked. Service provided was excellent.
This is our first safari experience, and it went so well with Mufasa which has totally exceeded our expectations in every way. We have already recommended it to a few friends and will continue to do so...

Everything was done as good as possible.
The tour gives a perfect overview of the landscapes and wildlife, that we wanted to see in Uganda:
Ziwa-Rheno-Sanctuary, Murchison Falls N.P. with elephants, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, crocodiles and lots of antilopes and different birds,
Kibale N.P. with a fantastic visit to the chimpanzees, Bigodi with a very interesting visit in the extraordinary friendly community and the fantastic swamp with red-tailed monkeys, the beautifull landscape at Lake Bunyonyi, the Bwindi N.P. with the really amazing Gorilla-trekking and finally in Ruanda the wonderfull landscapes of the volcanoes and Lake Kivu.
All chosen lodges were very nice with perfect service and good meals, including vegetarian food.
Communication was very easy, especialy because our guide Robert speaks very good German and knows a lot about culture, nature and wildlife in Uganda and Ruanda.

Warm welcome to Masai Mara
The entire experience staying at Lenchada was wonderful. Our tour guide Dickson was great - so knowledgeable and great fun too. All of the staff at the camp were amazing, so warm, helpful and friendly. The facilities were lovely - highly recommend

Very Professional and Trustworty
I've been making safaris in Kenya/Tanzania since 2009, sometimes twice a year. After 3 year break due to pandemic, I decided to try Spirit Of Kenya, so we started by planning the safari with Tiago, he was very helpful, and paid great attention to the details. He answered my endless questions with great patience, and we changed the itinerary couple of times, he made the adjustments accordingly and sent the new program immediately. Our flight to Nairobi arrived very late at night (3:00 am) but our transfer Moses was waiting for us. Next day we meet our guide George Munyi who is very calm, experienced, wise and friendly. He made good suggestions during the safari, and let us take good pictures with very good angles. He has a good knowledge about the animals, he arranged everything in advance from lunch boxes from hotel to our transfer to the airport in the last day. We managed to see all big 5 and many more. I recommend Spirit of Kenya to anybody who wants to make a safari worry free.

The safari was absolutely incredible, particularly Francis our tour guide! Francis was so knowledgeable, fun, considerate of the animals and the environment and always went the extra mile. He answered every question we had and showed us every corner of the Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. I highly recommend this safari and if you have the opportunity to choose, choose Francis for the greatest experience.

Fun and experienced with an extensive knowledge of the parks and community.
The experience and Francis were magical, from the beginning to the end. Francis our guide was incredibly special with us, always going the extra mile to try and show us every corner of the Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli... He was kind with both the animals and the environment, with extensive knowledge and never tried to take any shortcuts. He is REALLY RECOMMENDED and made every effort to make sure we saw the big 5 plus loads more. If you have the opportunity to come on safari, choose Axis and Francis you will never regret it. The best!!!
Francis was an incredible tour guide. Not only did he go above and beyond to help us see all of the animals that we wanted to see, he also made sure that we were all having fun and that we were viewing the animals in a caring and responsible way. Francis was happy to answer all our never ending queries and knew so much about the animals. He is charismatic and made us laugh the whole time! Would really recommend Francis as a tour guide - we saw everything we wanted to see at the Masai Mara, Amboseli, Nakuru and Naivasha. We’re all so happy with our experience! Thanks Francis :)

Six day safari - Masi Maru, Nakuru, and Amboseli
In a word, the trip was incredible. Game drives at Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Amboseli. Saw all five of the big five - including two leopards! The main reason for this extraordinary experience was our tour guide, Francis. The man is amazing. His knowledge of the animals, and parks is exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, even helping to make the most of the rest of my time in Kenya. He was very patient, answering all questions asked, even though he’s probably been asked them a thousand times before.

Amazing nature experience
The safari was amazing and such a great experience. We had wonderful 5 days with our group and our guide Francis. He was very courteous with us. He show us every corner and animal of Masai mara, Nakuru and AMBOSELI and apart from being funny and helpful, he is a very good driver. He could answer any question asked about the nature and also the kenyan culture. If you have trouble deciding which company you go with, choose Lenchada and asked for Francis. Thank you for the experience!
