Amazing trip with very helpful staff
This was such a wonderful experience! I initially came out as a solo female traveler and felt very safe and well cared for! They were super helpful ensuring my friend arrived later and got her there safe as well.
Really enjoyed the activities and all the guides were wonderful.
Did not get to see the leopard or cheetah in the wild so I believe this means I need to come back :)
Saw wild rhinos, giraffes, elephantsz hippo (from afar) and mating lion pairs which were all so so amazing!!

Dream holiday
We enjoyed every single second of this trip: we started with Amboseli Park, then Tsavo East and West finishing our safari in Diani Beach.
Thanks to James(our guide driver) we saw animals in their wildlife! He was able to answer all our questions and gave us some nice stories about animals lives.
Thanks to our travel agent Alice we had a life dream holiday, everything was planned for us and she was always ready to answer my texts also in the evening.
We’re so happy about everything, it was magical.

Very good
Fantastic experience, great food, hotels and staff like Swali and Daniel. Our guide, Fred, was perfect, he could nearly spot animals without even loking, he was full of knowlege about the animals and I learned a lot of things. We saw a varety of animals, including: the big 5's, cheetahs, zebras, girafs and many other iconic safari animals. We visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongo through both walking and driving. The food at the hotels/lounges were always good and the lunch were diverse and warm. In Serengeti we slept in tents IN the national park and we could Even hear the animals outside.
Overal the safari was perfect and past ours expectations.

Unforgetable safari experience thanks to the kind staff, like Swali, Daniel and especially our guide Fred who brought us to Tarangire, Serengeti and N'gorogoro parks, and spot for us many animals like lion, leopard, cheetah even rhino.
We were explained how they are living, eating/ hunting, interacting each others. Not only drive and shoot but also observation and understanding wild life.
Lunches in the park were amazing.
On top of that, our journey was very safe thanks to all the Suricata staff

Accommodating and flexible to the parties concerns and needs.
I arranged a safari for a group initially of 5 friends and relatives that grew to 12. I started with a package safari off the website and tweaked it to the groups wants. Quick response time from Madukha. We added extra day in Nairobi for recovery - it's a long flight from NYC. We added another day for the giraffe center and the elephant orphanage before starting our safari. I contacted 3 companies on Safaribookings and only Madukha agreed to the tweaks. We checked the reviews of the tented camps and lodges on tripadvisor . One did not meet our standards and Madukha offered an option to change it for an upgrade. All the other accommodations were awesome. The accommodations were the same as the more expensive safari companies used. We had two vans and each night I would discuss with a driver/ tour guide the next day's schedule. The driver/tour guide accommodated special requests ie stopping at a pharmacy, lunch on the last day before the airport. I have been on other safaris and saw many different animals thanks to driver Paul's knowledge. The company made three different airport picks and two airport dropoffs on schedule. I have recommended Madukha to a neighbor that I only discovered over the weekend is booking a safari in 2024.

Amazing trip - 4 days with family
We are a family of 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grand parents. We had an amazing experience with Suricata and our guide Fredrik. Our 4 days trip took us from Arusha to Tarangire (walking and driving safari), then to Serengeti and finished in Ngorongo crater. Fredrik was very kind to answer with patience all kind of questions. He drove us safely and accommodated our needs. We've seen amazing landscapes and lots of wild animals. The food and hotels were really good. The staff was amazing, kind and joyful. Suricata boma lodge was a beautiful surprise. In summary we recommend Suricata for a safe and memorable safari experience.
