Good experience, excellent Safari driver/guide
Good services by kilipath african safari.
We had a 3 days safari trip flying in and out from zanzibar. They arranged our flights as well, however if flying domestically you need to be careful with timing as there are many delays.
The communication prior to booking was excellent. Felix was really helpful, quick in replying, and explaing every detail.
Our safari driver-guide was Lu, and he was excellent!! You would be lucky to have him.
We spend 1 day in Tarangire national park, 1 day in Ngorongoro and 1 day in Materuni waterfalls and village. Great experiences all of the days, we got the chance to see all of the animals that we were expecting to see.
However, we had some inconveniences. The last day it was planned to have the trip with a different driver, and he was 40 min late to pick us up from the hotel. During these 40 min we couldn't rich out to anyone from the office. This delay cost us for the remaining time of the trip, as our sceduled (domestic) flight was also changed to 1 hour earlier. To that end, we were a bit in a rush during our Materuni visit.
Another unfortune remark is that even if it is mentioned in their website that the bank charge is 3,5% and that is the amount we were charged while paying (online) the 10% of the money upfront, when we started the safari and we payed the remaining amount (by credit card) they charged us 4% extra without really explaining why. The 4% was calculated and added in the payable price, not as an automatic charge by the bank in the transaction.
As a tip, ask to start from Arusha really early in the morning if going for safari to any of the national parks. We were picked the first day at 08:00 o'clock in the morning, but it would have worked much better if we were picked an hour or 2 earlier.
All in all, we had a great experience as our safari guide was really really good!

Legend Safari is a professionally run company with Sipho, as a knowledgeable, professional and respectful your guide who really enjoys what his doing. His knowledge, is not only about wild animals, but also with the birds and the trees/plantation of the park.

Once in a lifetime experience
It was once in a lifetime experience for us. Everything was amazing, Our 4 days safari was Superb, all the Accommodations in Serengeti and Ngorongoro were classic and standard. The Hot air balloon ride is an experience that i always tell people here.

Tanzanian Family owned and operated, support local!
This tour operator was probably the best holiday I've ever had. And it was thanks to these guys. I was with my wife and her mother and friend. So we had a mixed group age wise. And they were able to compensate for our needs within the same tour which was great
I met Rickson the owner on the first day and he gave us a clear itinerary. He's such a genuinely nice man, I'm so happy we were recommended this tour group by a friend. But with room to be flexible as the tour unfolded.
He then introduced us to our driver Samwel, another local. He speaks great english french and Swahili. Has an astounding knowledge of animals and birds and local history. And wow he has a good set of eyes, he can spot animals better than you could believe. Thanks to Samwel we saw so much!
Being a Tanzanian owned operation, which is pretty rare, I feel we got a much more genuine experience of Tanzania. And we had the inside scoop for alot of animal sightings.
it seems most of these companies are owned by foreigners. I highly recommend if you can to use this company, not only is it the right thing to do. You will have such a great time!

Everything what was promised was delivered ,
Richard went above and beyond! I told him that my wife wanted to see elephant nursery but we couldn’t get ticket and he got us in .
There was a little incident on our tour but once again they did everything to make us feel valuable and relaxed . Richard and the other owners came all the way down to see us and sort the issue even though it was a long drive for them
Their customer service and passion for tourist is well above the expectations.
I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to have a relaxed and smooth safari holiday .
A big thanks to Bildad also who was my first point of contact in the last few months. same thing goes to him too, there was nothing too big to ask him, always ready to help and suggest.

The trip is beyond any expectations. Our tour guide onesmus is really prefect. Good at planning and communication. Can plan everything well in advance. Always energetic and takes good care of us. Also Thanks Pauline for the patience and well coordination .Hopefully someday we will come back again.

Reflecting on the overall dining and lodging experiences, Samburu Intrepids stood out as a top-notch lodge.

Possibly the best guide in Botswana!
We have been taking guided safaris in Botswana for around 30 years now and Moonlight Safaris' full day trip into Chobe was one the best we ever experienced. Bogosi has an unparalleled knowledge of wildlife and the environment. His positioning of the vehicle was expertly done to allow for up close and safe encounters with animals. the picnic lunch was excellent. Informative and friendly who showed great care
We found our experience to be beyond our expectations. Our trip was tailored suitablely to what we required and more. The tented experience was great as we could hear animals at night and we had our own hippo who lived down an embankment from our camp. Our accomadation was very, clean, well appointed and the food was delicious and tasty. Those caring for us were very attentive. Thanks for a life time experience. Very memorable.
