Unpleasant Trip SEP 2023
We planned our trip to Kenya three and a half years ago, but unfortunately due to COVID-19, our trip to Kenya finally took off this year.
We were excited and happy to go on a safari in Kenya. Unfortunately, we encountered a bad travel agency called Seven by Far and the person in charge was Sylvester. As a result, our itinerary could not be fulfilled one by one. In the end, part of the itinerary was not allowed to show up after the deadline. , we disputed and asked for a refund, so that we could complete this unforgettable and unpleasant trip.
The travel enthusiasts who like Kenya, when you choose a travel agent, don’t decide on a travel agent based on ratings alone. I wish you all a happy travel experience.

Friendly and serviceminded
We had an excellent experience with Axis Africa Safaris. The tour operator Lennox quickly responded to our request and emails even though we only booked one day in advance.
We originally stayed at the Mara Chui Resort, but as we were disappointed with the accommodation upon arrival, we contacted Lennox and his team quickly and kindly switched us to another accommodation for the second night. Great service!
The big game safari in Masa Mara was amazing. Kevin was a solid driver with good connections to the rangers and other drivers, so he made sure that we were always on point to spot the animals. We saw two leopards, a cheetah, a hyena, lots of lions, giraffes, elephants and more. Kevin definitely ensured that the trip was a great experience from start to finish.
We highly recommend this company when going on a safari.

Absolutely Outstanding - Six Stars if that was possible!
This trip was simply incredible. The National Parks, Conservancies and wildlife are just breathtaking and the vast expanse of the Serengeti and its teeming wildlife is just wonderous!
Our entire holiday was booked and managed through Amazing Memories Safaries, who took such amazingly good care of us, we cannot thank them enough. In each place we stayed the accommodation they had found was first-class. They took extra care to make sure we were received and handedover at each stage of our travels by their team, who were all extremely welcoming, warm, attentive and knowledgeable. From Nairobi, to Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Amboseli, every part was spectacular. Our first stop was in Masai Mara, and our tour guide, James, took excellent care of us and his knowledge of the wildlife and the the animal behaviour was incredible.
For the Tanzania leg of our trip, Amazing Memories had partnered with a sister company and our tour guide for the week was Raymond, who deserves a special mention. Raymond really made that part of our trip. He was friendly, kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about absolutely everything. Always going the extra mile to consider what we would enjoy the most and creating flexibility within our plans to allow us to flow with the environment around us.
The final leg of our trip was a night in Amboseli and then a day in Nairobi, which again was a revelation. For our day in Nairobi we were keen to get a feel for the lived experience of the city, rather thant the usual tourist haunts, and Joseph, our tour guide for the day, took us to see all the different parts of the city, from downtown to the suburbs, it was a fantastic way to cap off our trip.
All in all, an absolutely outstanding experience. If it was possible to give a sixth star, I would! Thank you ever so much to Anne and her team - James, Bryan, Sammy and Joseph, you really made it the most amazingly memorable trip for us - certainly living up to your name!

Friendly, competent and super responsive
I did a 10-day safari trip with my brothers to four safari parks in the southern part of Tanzania, mainly to avoid the crowds in the Serengeti. Gogiraffe put together a great tour, spanning Mikumi, Ruaha, Udzungwa and Nyerere National Parks. Planning was through WhatsApp, with the manager Luice Bayanga, who was super responsive and very flexibly accommodated all our requests. All arrangements he made were perfect, from the selection of the accommodation (mid-range to upper-range safari camps...), to all the travel arrangements (airport and hotel pick-ups, guides etc). Issa, our driver was very pleasant to travel with, and a very safe pair of hands on the roads (which can be quite rough, and with lots of heavy traffic to negotiate...). He also was very knowledgeable, telling us much about the country as we travelled, and he was also a great bird and animal spotter. We capped the safari off with a day in Zanzibar, with smoot transfers between Dar Es Salaam and Zanzibar in a great hotel, and an excellent local guide. We were very satisfied, and will come back with our spouses. We definitely will use Gogiraffe again. Great value for money too - so I'd highly recommend them.

everything was organized perfectly and on time the people that work for go giraffe are trained well ,the driver was very good the progam and the lodges were selected as wished .We had a long tour maybe we needed more information about how long we wuold drive althought it was not a problem because we had a magnicifant occasion to see so many nature and countrysides of tansania . I wuold recomend this agency any time

A very good quality/price ratio for a safari
The safari experience was globally good with Ngekewa. The guide/driver they have chosen was kind (his name is Kelvin), helpful and professional. We really enjoyed our safari with him and his assistant/cooker.
There are some missing things, like the tents' quality (we were excepting bigger and newer), and the first (public) camp site was poorly maintained (probably because it is public and free); the other camp sites we have been were very good though.
Globally the safari was awesome and at reasonable price.
Also, I want to give a special mention to the communication officer, Miss Lulu Christopher. Her communication service from A to Z was excellent. She has been efficient, helpful, patient and very attentive to our needs. That is priceless! (I personally shunned another tour because of their poor communication; a red flag to me).
I really recommend this agency. Besides, we noticed that Tanzanian people are really kind, helpful and respectful.

Proffesional!
Our 4 Days Tanzania Budget Joining Safari was magnificent. Organisation was really good, all transfers on time, accomodations in comfortable campsites and what is the most important, our guide Amani made this excursion as an ultimate expirience.
We have seen a lot of animals duiring our drives. He was super involved into his job and did evrything to give us as many unforgetable memories as possible.
Also we didn't need any additional snack on tour due to Tom - our cook. All meals were delicious and super well prepared.
