Incredible and unforgetable Safari
The five day Safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara was absolute fantastic. The communication was fast and uncomplicated. The service was great, our driver Noel was very kind and we had a lot of fun. The chosen hotels were nice with a good variety of food. The tour operator is very reliable, they did a great job. We had a safari we will never forget, thank you for that.

Incredible
Our tour guide impressed me with his sight - he was able to see animals hundreds of meters away. I remember him saying “I am smelling a giraffe” and as we drove around the corner, we saw the giraffe. It was an incredible day with a lot of of animal sightings (elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, one gepard, crocodile, hippos, buffalos and others). I would highly recommend a tour with Becki. He made our experience unforgettable. The tour was worth every penny. Thank you for this experience! :)

Excellent service
Jong is very organized, and even showed us all bank transaaction statement. Very reliable. We could feel their professional, and passion. Their itienry is nice, resposne is promopt. Our driver Kennedy was excellent, care about us, has radar on himself and we saw tonnes of animals. Redcommend them to anyone!

John Number One, the one and only
We had an amazing trip to the maasai Mara. Johnny was our driver and he made sure we felt safe and comfortable but he also ensured that we got the best positioning for photomaking and scenic viewing. We have done quite some safari trips but this was our Nr. 1! We would recommend this trip to anybody, don’t hesitate it will all be worth it 10Xs

Helpful and caring
Amazing experience! Axis safaris were fast in answering all my doubts for a last minute booking! They were very helpful.
Also, our driver was so thoughtful and solicitous, always caring about having the best views of the animals.
We stayed at Rhino camp wich was comfy and the food was really tasty.
Maybe they haven’t adjusted exactly to the itinerary they were given, and it will be better if they had more than one binoculars for making the experience perfect.
Thank you so much! I hope I come back to Kenya sometime soon, and I’ll have them in my mind for sure if I want to perform an other safari.

Just wonderful
Everything was at the highest level. At first I doubted it would be comfortable to stay in a tent, but the tent was pretty much comfortable and authentic. The vehicle was cozy too, and the drive, he was also the guide, is a very friendly, welcoming person with great sense of humor. So, this safari is not even comparable to one I took in Sri Lanka. Much much better. Strongly recommend.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Unique and Accommodating
This was an incredible safari! First and foremost, Hyrax Safaris leading up to our game drives, was highly professional, responsive, and flexible based on our unique requests. They were highly accommodating, making our experience that much more memorable.
Secondly, Ben, our safari tour guide, was exceptional during our game drives by providing informative facts about animal behaviors, spotting unique animals, and putting us in a position to get the best angle of the animals. Additionally, Ben was knowledgeable regarding all the routes and roads in the mara triangle and the mara river conversancy. It helps to know you have an expert tour guide who knows the roads, as you can go days without finding the animals you want to see during the game drives (I.e., Cheetahs, Leopards).
Overall, this was a great experience, and we highly recommend Hyrax Safaris to anyone looking for a unique experience with never forgetting moments you can take home with you.

An unforgettable experience!
For some years it was high on my list to go with my daughter (12 years old) travelling, to let her see elephants in the wild. This year was the year, we went to Tanzania with Altezza Travel to Tanzania and it was an unforgettable experience. For me to see how my daughter is experiencing her great adventure, I will never forget it and I am very grateful for having these memories now. I booked a private safari of 4 days, Simon was our guide and driver, we were fortunate to be in his company, we not only enjoyed his professionality but also we had a very good time together and I thank him very much for giving us this experience! We visited 3 parks;
Tarangire National Park, were we saw elephants for the first time! Ngorongoro Conservation Area (which is inside an unactive volcano) and Serengeti National Park, here my daughter also celebrated her 12th birthday at The Sound of Silence, at diner the entire Sound of Silence team came singing and dancing for her, you should see her face! Unforgettable!!! Thank you, Jan (owner) and your entire team, for such a hart warming birthday celebration!!
After the Serengeti back on the East African Highway for an African massage (because according to Simon, it is the worst highway in Tanzania, it is a very long dirt road), were we spent our last night at Ngare Sero Mountain Lodge. The next day we continued our journey to Zanzibar for more amazing experiences.
