In 2025, we were returning customers. Like before (Zimbabwe and Botswana in 2023), this time our tour was again very meticulously prepared and tailored specifically to our needs and requirements, in a weeks long exchange of emails and information. Personal experience and knowledge of the destinations considered by the agent helped us select the best route and points of interest in Namibia in order to spend our time there in the most efficient manner.
All the details such as accomodations, rental car arrangement, instructions, useful information, great advice, pick ups and drop offs and the agent's interest while we were on our trip were well above our expectations. All this brought a memorable, fascinating and unforgettable experience belonging to a once in a lifetime category.

Fast, attentive and friendly.
Dallas is a great and attentive tour operator, he was kind enough to get us towels for free when we forgot to bring them and he was very communicative along the journey. The safari itself was a unique experience and the driver/guide did their best to make it unforgettable. Also for the days leading up and after the safari, Dallas gave us options for activities to keep us entertained, and helped search a hotel in Tanzania.

Our Go-To When in Kenya
We travel to Kenya at least once a year and when we do, we always contact this company. Cars are clean and comfortable, drivers are friendly and safe (thanks Harrison for always taking good care of us!) and booking is easy. Cuckoo is very well organized
We started our trip in Victoria Falls. Due to the bad weather it was not a great day. All the afternoon boring in the hotel.
Than we moved to Botswana and we had great safari: game drive, canoe in the Okavango Delta and Helicopter sightseeing was great!!
