Thoughtful and attentive to our needs!
5/5

As a family of four with a deep passion for travel, visiting Japan had been on our bucket list for years and, this year, we finally made it happen with Wayfairer, and it was nothing short of magical!

From the very start, the planning process was thoughtful and personalized, and the detailed preparation we received before our departure made us feel confident and excited. Once we arrived, every part of the trip felt curated with care to our needs and family interests with our personal highlight the Origami experience that our son has been dreaming about! From biking through the vibrant streets of Tokyo, to soaking in the beauty of the Bamboo Forest in Arashiyama, to walking through the living history of Kyoto or admiring the Osaka Castle, every day of the trip was unique!

A special thank you to June and the entire Wayfairer team, who were always just a message away. When we had to adjust cities and accommodations due to our flight schedule mid-trip, June stepped in with calm and expert support, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth transition. We truly felt cared for every step of the way.

Whether it was indulging in sushi at nearly every turn, embracing our inner geeks at Nintendo World (not even the rain could stop us!), or simply wandering the streets of Japan, this trip was unforgettable.

Thank you, Wayfairer team!

Completely professional and made us feel like family!
5/5

I contacted many different Safari companies for quotes and Camptrek with Margaret was the most quick, professional, and thorough in their responses from the very beginning while also being extremely reasonably priced. Margaret worked with me throughout and arranged a safari with the exact dates I wanted and time in each place, minimizing travel since I was traveling with my older parents.
Every lodge and activity that Camptrek arranged for us was absolutely superb.
The lodges were all world class, with animals free roaming on the grounds and delicious food throughout.
My father was sick for a few days in between and the lodges were so accommodating about making him food that was easier on his stomach, delivering it to our rooms, and letting us leave later in the day, and being more than willing to have a physician come in to see him if we had wanted.

Our guide and driver Eric met us as the airport and dropped us back when our safari finished. He treated us better than family. When my mom had difficulty getting in and out of the high Jeep he went searching the small town outside our lodge to get a step stool for her to get in and out of the jeep. When my father got sick he took me from pharmacy to pharmacy searching for all the meds I had wanted. His eagle eye for spotting animals and his patience made our safari outing a joy where we saw every animal in the big 5 multiple times over.
Eric was funny, engaged, and full of facts about all the animals. He was willing to accommodate our every request and went out of his way to make us comfortable throughout.

I could not recommend Camptrek enough! They were true professionals and made sure we were looked after every moment of our time in Kenya.

Passionate, knowledgeable and kind

Thank you so much Gomez, you were a wonderful and accomodating guide. We had a really pleasant time together and I hope I can see you again in this lifetime! Gomez brought us cycling around the park and fed us with many info bites, not too much, just short and sweet and interesting trivia. We saw some animals, heard our voices echo, met some Maasai people. It was a special experience for us :) Thank you to everyone there who maintain the place, and protect the animals from poachers

About: Tanzania
Beautiful and very peaceful

4/5

When we have done some great amount of research of the different locations and the various operators that offer the Safari experience. Since we love to plan everything on our own the research took some decent effort but as we we have analyzed it was worth it. From the flight from Zanzibar to Tanzania Nyerere starting the experience with a very cool relaxed Guide as Abduli the first day was amazing so while going to sleep we asked ourselves? "Is it going to be like this 3 days"?! The answer is Yes it did because day 2 and 3 where as well relaxed and peaceful as well the enjoyment how the animals live in their own habitat. I would like to thank you for this amazing experience.
