This was a superb safari experience. I'm a solo traveller that did this safari, and my guide Felix and the chef made this into a memorable experience. What stood out was the experience of Felix, he really did know his stuff and made sure that I got to experience the best safari possible. Felix and the chef was very nice during the whole safari.
Communication with the whole team was very good, the made sure I got all the information I needed before and during the safari. Service was really good, and everything was reliable, from good safari-car to food and tents and more. Overall I'm very happy I went with Suricata Safaris, and I'm very happy about the value I got for the price of the Safari.

If you're going on safari, ask for Caleb. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better guide.
We saw the Big Five within our first six hours in the Maasai Mara, and that wasn't by luck. Caleb knows the parks incredibly well and always seemed to know where to be and when. What really stood out was how often other guides were calling him on the radio looking for animals. We kept hearing "Caleb" over the radio throughout the trip, and it became pretty clear that he's someone the other guides trust and rely on.
He's also an excellent photographer. He knew exactly where to position the vehicle, helped us get incredible angles, and took some of the best photos from our trip. Those pictures will be memories we'll keep forever.
We're from Nepal, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was talking with Caleb about the similarities between our cultures. Those conversations made the experience feel much more personal. He's not just knowledgeable about wildlife. He's a genuinely great communicator and someone who makes you feel comfortable from day one.
By the end of the trip, Caleb wasn't just our guide. He felt like family.

Disappointing
Day i got the departure date wrong by 3 days and told the driver it was our fault.had to change the first 5 days of the itinerary to fit thechimp tracking permits booked in March.
Driver late by One hour on first day.
Driver liked to drive fast even on game drives,had to be told repeatedly to slow down .
Wasted a lot ( up to 45 mins) at Park gates on numerous occassions.
Were put in lesser accomodation in Enjojo camp according to our receipt.
Owed one lunch on a long day,just never got it.
Driver was totally disrespectful of my wife,never addressing her by her name and calling her”she”.
On the last night we complained about a wet messy bed and the driver joined the manageress in blaming my wife,straight away with no evidence.(look up Rushaga lodge reviews and see that this had happened before).Ido not think that there is a worse insult to make in the safari world.We are in our seventies and my wife does not “ leak”.
The vehicle had the rear windows(our viewing windows) covered in a dark tint which was hard to see through.Only one rear window was working and the exhaust gasses came in through the tailgate door.

Friendly, reliable, and great at tracking – we felt so safe and happy.
Our safari driver and guide Raymond was wonderfully friendly, highly reliable, and so skilled at tracking that we saw an incredible range of animals—from elephants to lions，leopards and cheetahs—yet what truly stood out was his genuine warmth and patience, which made me feel completely at ease and deeply appreciative, as if we were exploring with a trusted friend rather than a hired professional, and for that I can honestly say he turned a great game drive into an unforgettable adventure I would recommend without hesitation.

Simply Amazing
We were referred to JoAgro Safaris by our guide we used in Egypt so I knew We were in good hands from the beginning. Jonas was very active in communicating with us directly, working with us on our needs and wants for our safari travel in Tanzania. We used him as full service from pickup at the airport to drop off for our return, he booked all of lodging, all of our dining, all of our transfers and all of our excursions. All of the fees were included in the upfront pricing and we were able to add a few side trips on with no problems. He was so accommodating and even went out of his way to make sure we had a fan for our sleeping needs. Peter was our guide and he was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable. It’s very important you choose a proper service because you can be with these people for many days all day long. Peter knew everything about the animals, their habitats, their environments, the area, the people, and could literally answer every question we had regarding the flora and fauna. He was very personable and down to earth and we carried on many communications and shared many laughs. The atmosphere inside the truck was just as enjoyable as the sites we saw outside. A safari guide is your driver, your educator, your guide, your baggage porter, your chef, your waiter, your guide, your biologist and literally is with you day in and day out to make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable experience and he gave us just that. The parks we were in did not seem crowded during the time period we were there from June 27th through July 5th. At the end of our safari I gave Peter our binoculars so he could use them in his many tours he will continue to have. His were older and I knew He would enjoy receiving them as a gift from us. I hope he enjoys them and it helps him on his scouting for his future tourists. We will be back with our adult children and will for sure use Joagra Safaris again!

Amazing Maasai Mara Safari with Excellent Service
We had an amazing safari with Nature Crown Safaris to Maasai Mara. From the first inquiry to the end of the trip, everything was well organized and communication was excellent. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to ensure we saw a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many other animals. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and every part of the journey ran smoothly. The accommodation was comfortable, the food was good, and we always felt safe and well looked after. Nature Crown Safaris provided excellent value for money, and we highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. We would gladly travel with them again.
