Great experience
We chose Axis Safari for a 4-day, 3-night safari, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! There were three of us, and we visited the Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha (including the wonderful boat tour and the unforgettable walking safari on Crescent Island), and on the last day, Lake Nakuru National Park.
The Masai Mara is simply breathtaking—an absolute must-see that offers unforgettable emotions and incredible landscapes. We were also amazed by Lake Naivasha: the boat ride among hippos and countless birds, followed by the walking safari on the island surrounded by wildlife, was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Throughout the safari, we were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of animals, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, hyenas, hippos, rhinos, crocodiles, wildebeests, gazelles, and many other beautiful species. Every game drive was exciting and full of surprises.
During the tour, we stayed at Enkorok Mara Camp and Hillcourt Resort. Both accommodations were fantastic: comfortable rooms, great food, everything you need for a relaxing stay after long safari days, and incredibly kind and welcoming staff.
A very special thank you goes to our guide, Kalifa, who made this experience even more memorable. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, always available, and attentive to every detail. Thanks to his experience and dedication, we were able to spot so many amazing animals and enjoy the safari to the fullest.
We highly recommend Axis Safari to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Kenya. It has truly been one of the best trips of our lives!

Our guide was Luther he was great with any information on any animal & environments etc , plus a nice fella, he was backed up with good food from Tito (better than expected)

Breath taking Safari with an OutstaThis nding Guide
Our first safari exceeded every expectation we had. My girlfriend and I honestly can't imagine a better experience.
From the well-organized itinerary to the excellent lodges, everything was perfectly arranged. But the true highlight was, without a doubt, the safari itself an experience that is simply impossible to put into words. Witnessing the breathtaking landscapes of the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, along with their incredible wildlife, was unforgettable.
A very special thank you goes to our guide and driver, Amiri. His professionalism, positive attitude, exceptional driving skills, and remarkably sharp eyes made all the difference. Thanks to him, we were fortunate enough to see all of the Big 5, along with countless other amazing animals. He constantly went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible experience while always keeping us safe and comfortable. His knowledge of wildlife, animal behavior, and the ecosystem was impressive, and he shared it with genuine passion, making every game drive both exciting and educational.
Our Toyota Land Cruiser was always spotless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared for every adventure. Amiri truly made our first safari magical, and we cannot thank him enough.
In Tarangire National Park, we were accompanied by another fantastic guide, Pascal. His knowledge of the park was outstanding, and the level of detail he shared was truly impressive. Thanks to his expertise, we captured our best leopard sighting of the entire trip an unforgettable moment.
We would highly recommend this safari to anyone looking for an unforgettable Tanzanian adventure!

Luther was very kind and informative the best we could’ve gotten
Our tour guide Luther was excellent. He was kind, knowledgeable and made our experience very good. The chef Tito provided good, hot food that was perfect and was way beyond expectations. And facilities that we used in the campsites were clean. Luther told us about everything we wanted to know about the animals and any history and what was to be expected from each campsite

Luther was a really knowledgeable & friendly guide he and our chef Tito helped to make this a great experience. Luther helped us track down a huge range of animals & Tito delivered tasty meals.

Safari bliss
What an amazing experience!
We travelled as a group of 6 friends, 3 couples in our 50’s and 60’s. We planned a safari to see a few of the main Tanzania parks, Tarangire, Ngorongoro conservation area, and Serengeti (central, and the northern part close to river Mara). While up north we also went on a lovely balloon ride at sunrise!
Serengeti Smile and their tour expert Godian were super responsive, professional and efficient, helping us plan the itinerary to suit our interests, offering prompt support throughout the trip (including visa questions, airport transfers when required), and organising excellent accommodation and the balloon ride.
The safari itself was an incredible adventure, our driver and guide Champion Gody made sure that every day brought new amazing sights - he is the best wildlife spotter! Calm, patient, knowledgeable, he guided us through these amazing 6 days of Tanzania safari experience. It truly felt like the trip of a lifetime, and this was due to Champion’s approach and experience.
The Serengeti Classic View and the Migration tent camps were extremely comfortable, had excellent food and amazing welcoming staff (especially Denis the Migration camp manager who talked to us about their solar power and how the camp can be easily demounted and moved, leaving no trace in the natural park!)
We would definitely recommend Serengeti Smile, we’d all come back to the same company and guide for another trip, to southern Serengeti!
