Fantastic Experience at a Great Value
The service and overall experience exceeded expectations! The staff were very professional and punctual, the lodgings were very nice and the food was great. Most importantly the safari drives were excellent with a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. It was an excellent value for the amount paid and I’d highly recommend!

Professional and friendly
My family decided to go on a safari and made the best choice. The family included 2 kids (11 and 13) and an adult 75 years old. We pre-arranged a customized tour via email with Murtaza and the communication was really fast and easy. Upon arriving in Arusha, we were greeted very heartily by Amiri and Miraji at the airport. We spent about 4 days on safari on the reserve with them. Amiri drove us cross country to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and tripe villages. He is very informative and spots lots of animals. He managed to find all of the animals we were hoping to see!! I must say Amiri is a very experienced driver and guide. Both Amiri and Miraji are so friendly and treats everyone with such respect and kindness. Miraji dishes are very delicious. He has great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend Bobby Camping Safaris. They are one of the best!

Taking an African safari was a lifelong dream for my wife and I and when she said that it would make her 50th birthday complete I knew it was time to make her dream come true. We had a lifelong friend who took a safari with Tanzania Choice several years ago and as she described her experience, we knew this was the safari operator for us. The planning and communication was so easy with Brenda and she delivered on every expectation set. We felt very comfortable the way everything was organized and presented and made getting on that flight as stress free as it could be. Tanzania choice really delivered on their promises and made every aspect of our two-week safari as memorable as possible for us. We had high expectations going into the trip and Brenda and Leslie our guide made them all come true. Everything was as promised, and it was such an overwhelmingly positive for our entire group. The food, the accommodations, the transportation was wonderful and really made for an amazing trip for us. We were even so fortunate to start our trip meeting their family and friends at their family’s childhood location, which really kickstarted the trip nicely. In terms of recommending Tanzania Choice for friends and family I would not hesitate to book with them if you are planning an African safari in Tanzania. They performed perfectly for our group, and we all agree it was a trip of a lifetime and much of that is due to Leslie our guide and the planning efforts by Brenda and staff. Excellent communication, knowledgable guide, the best of the best!
We recently did a 6-day safari in Tanzania with Maasai Wanderings and it was the trip of a lifetime! Communication from the outset was fantastic when we were making enquiries - super responsive and they were able to work with all of our requests and put together the perfect private tour for my mum, brother and I. We explored Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Ndutu Lake conservation area, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide Abu was simply amazing - his knowledge of every animal, bird, tree and location was second to none, we saw everything and learned so much. Abu's driving skills were also impressive - from navigating deep mud tracks to bumpy national park roads - we knew we were in the safest hands (v.important since we had our 76 year old mum with us!). Not to mention the truck (and Abu himself) were immaculately presented at the beginning of each day (how he managed that in the back and beyond was a wonder!). The places we stayed each night varied, but all super comfortable with proper beds and en suite bathroom facilities, and each one had something special about it - not least the fabulous hospitality shown by all the staff at each lodge. We saw many other tour operators out on the road but had the distinct impression that we were with the best. Do not look elsewhere, book with Maasai Wanderings for your safari, you will not be disappointed. I cannot wait to come back!
