Everything was so easy to organise and once we got out to Kenya and met our guide James he looked after everything for us the whole time. He was very experienced and knew exactly where to be to get the best sights of the animals! We were so lucky to be able to see the big five and I’d definitely recommend Kameraz of Afrika to anyone I know who wanted to go on safari and have the best chance of seeing the big five! James was also very caring, as I have a bad back, he took this in to consideration and was always checking to see if I was comfortable and let us have stops throughout travelling from place to place to have a stretch.

My boyfriend has wanted to do a Gorilla treck for many years but I have always been concerned about safety and also the price of the tour. I wanted to book something memorable for his 30th birthday and so I reached out to a few providers to find out a little bit more information. From the very beginning Freka stood out. Emily in the office was amazing at helping me put my dream route together and advising me on things that I shouldn’t miss! The communication was excellent and Emily really helped me to feel at ease throughout the whole process. We booked the 4 day itinary that included the trip to the gorillas as well as a chimp treck and the kwaszi Chanel. The price of the trip was absolutely incredibly I was worried that maybe we may loose value in the lodges but everything felt very high end.
When we arrived we met our tour guide Gerarld. We have travelled to over 50 countries as a couple and we have to say that our experience with Gerald as a guide was really one of the best! He m my by ade the experience so special and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! Gerald understood the things we were interested in and took us to activities that were not included in our itinerary such as the trip to the equator. These things went on to be some of the high lights of the trip and wouldn’t have been possible without Gerald. Gerald also ensured we got a great group for the gorilla treck that matched our fitness levels as a result our gorilla experience was so much better than we could have ever imagined! If you can request Gerald as a tour guide I would definitely recommend you do so! We have been on safari previously and Tanzania and didn’t have a great experience with our tour guide so it’s very important to get a guide you are happy with! Uganda as a country felt very safe and the people were so friendly and passionate about making your Uganda experience an amazing one.
So to sumarise if you are looking to book a safari in Uganda / Rwanda or Tanzania Freka is the company you should book with and hopefully you are lucky to have Gerald as your guide!

The best experience. Everything perfect.
It was the best experience of my life. With our guide Wolta is going perfect. We saw all animals ... top 5 (giraffes, hippos, lions, zebras, rhinos, gepard, etc. I can this tour operator recommended.

Having undertaken several safaris in various locations in Africa, I have to say none has bettered this one. Everything - accommodation, food etc - was superb & excellent value for money.
Our Tour Guide, Ephraim, was awesome. His knowledge of, & respect for, all the wildlife we encountered was superb. This is not just "his job"; it's clearly a labour of love. He genuinely cares about all the many animals we were blessed to see. We were treated with care and respect and we felt entirely comfortable & safe. A trip of a lifetime, we will be returning as soon as we can. Highly Recommended - 10/10!
Brilliant tour of the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru National Park
I booked my Kenyan safari tour through Lenchada Safaris and it has been a once in a lifetime memorable experience. The rare and immense beauty of the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru National park was incredible. The animal sightings are very special. Really, the whole tour from the safaris, the accomodation and food right through to our amazing tour guide Dickson (Make sure you get Dickson he is so insightful on the nature, wildlife and very helpful in every department to cover all your needs whilst on tour) I would highly recommend booking a Kenyan Safari with Lenchada Safaris. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

5 day private Safari
We just finished a 5 day private Safari. Planning with Hillary was seamless and we really appreciated his recommendation to spend 2 nights in the Serengeti instead of 1. We loved the Ang’ata camps in the Serengeti and Ngorongo. Max our driver was organized and with such long days and so much to see he always had us on schedule. We had a great time with Max, saw the big 5 and so much more…... thanks for the memories!

Excellent safari with great drivers
We stayed at 3 great camps- each very different that the company administrator helped us chose. We were a big party of 10, and used 2 jeeps. Our driver, Bashir was superb. He went at just the right pace, was unfailingly good humoured and knew when to stop for pictures and what we were interested in. He altered the schedule as we needed and travelled with us all the way from Nairobi to the beach south of Mombasa. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
