A really great experience!
Everything was perfect, a very good experience. Well organized since the begining, the guide was great, during the tour he explained about the park and about all the animals to us.
Everytime we needed help they helped us immediately, even with personal problems I had with my Visa and telephone.
The Sopa Lodge is also very good. Delicious food, nice rooms and view and attentive staffs.

Terrible experience
It will be a long review, but here you'll have all the details of how it goes with Bencia africa because it's seems a bit tricky to find a good safari agency. We did a safari in Masai Mara with them in january, they sold us 15 hours and 30 minutes of game drive in three days (first evening, then full day, and last one during the last morning). We bought it 280usd (you can find cheaper in other agencies and probably with them also...) for transportation (2 ways from Nairobi), food and tent (like military ones with shower inside). First, we left Nairobi 2 hours late, so we arrive at the Gate of the park, 2 hours late the first day (of course...). The van was so old it broken down the first day 200 meters after the entrance of the park, so no game drive the first day. The second one the program said "game drive from 8.00am to 6.30pm". At 5.00pm the driver reached the exit gate, we asked why so early, he answered "it's a rule setted by the park"... And the next morning the program said "game drive from 6.30am to 9.30am", we did just one hour and then again the driver tried to explain that we were too late to continue the game drive... The driver doesn't care about the program (and passengers), so we requested the company to compensate the hours we didn't do inside the park, they sold 15hours and we did 10 !! Here start their funny answers. They first answered "the 2 people we shared the van with were happy, so the company cannot make any refund". I replied that we don't care about the feelings of the others in the van, we had a contract and nothing of it was respected. So they answered "our driver made a detour of 40 minutes, so we consider this as a compensation". Then i replied that we never asked for a detour but to be dropped on the way back to Nairobi to take a local bus to naivasha (but the driver brought us to naivasha even if i told him that we'll find a bus). Just for you to know, public transportation for Naivasha is about 1 dollar from there... So they tried to compensate the 5 hours in the park they stole us with a one dollar drive.
Then we continue to talk with them and finally they said that there will be a refund but we wait and we wait and nothing happen.
We just leave one star for George the cooker who's a really nice person and the only one with honesty in this company.

Awesome, fun and mind-blowing tour
At first I was so doubtful, but they exceeded my expectations. They always remain keep in touch, and have very polite and warm staff both on and off the field. We travelled to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda and that was really a wooow experience. They made us feel very comfortable and well taken of. They are also welcoming to any complaints,suggestions,recommendations that can better their services so that the client receives almost all of his satisfaction. All their services are smooth from bookings to payments to transportation to safety to accomodation. Bravo Ngoni Safaris and Keep putting smiles on people's faces. I have been looking forward to our next tour.

6 Days kenya safaris with guide Daniel

Rachel was very fast and prompt in answering our email and she gave us a nice and wonderful price,this is our second time on safari with this company.below is our short recommendation and a brief story.
We were picked from our hotel the hilton gardens by our driver Daniel and drove to Amboseli arriving in good time for lunch,checked in at kibo safari camp,a fair of camp.the camp here was nice and food ok,we set of for the game drives later that evening, it was amazing we saw lots of Elephants and Mount Kilimanjaro on the horizon we had a perfect time here.
Two days later we were headed for lake Naivasha,arriving in good time for lunch and checked in at lake Naivasha country club, that evening we went for a boat ride and creasent island camp for a nature walk this was nice too,we enjoyed this place too.
The nest day we set off for the great masai mara,again arriving in for lunch at mara sopa lodge and later for an evening game drive,that day we were able to see lots of gazelles, wildebeest,lions,and a cheetah.we spent our first night at the lodge.The next day we set of for a whole day game drives we with unlimited viewing of animals!! We saw alot,our driver Daniel was a knowledgeable guide with his many years of experience we werw able to see the big five.
All we can say is Asante sana to our Driver guide Daniel for making our safari dreams come true and for guiding us all through,we wish to extend our gratitude to Rachel as well for a prompt response on our mails Asante sana to all who made our holiday come true!!!

Amazing 3 day tour of Amboseli
We had an incredible 3 days safari with Mufasa Tours and Travels in Amboseli. Lewis was incredibly efficient and made the booking process very easy. Our guide Kephar was incredible friendly and knowledgeable. His natural wit made the safari days lots of fun. Over the trip we felt that he went out of his way to ensure that we could see the most animals possible, whilst taking into account our preferences and what we had already seen. All in all a very good end to end service with comfortable accommodation and good food even at the most budget level. Would definitely recommend!

High End Luxury Tour / Professional superior services / Extensive Wildlife / Amazing Kenya
ESTLEON ADVENTURES (Esther) was 100% professional from day 1. This is our 25th Safari to Africa (many completed in Botswana / Namibia / South Africa / Zambia / Zimbabwe / Uganda etc) .... but this was our first safari in Kenya. For this reason, we did extensive research to locate a reputable Tour company.
Esther was very patient with us (me), as I had very specific requests and expectations for a high luxury high level customized private Safari. She happily accommodated us over several weeks, as we fine-tuned and customized our program 100% to our liking. She exceed all our expectations, and our trip went off without any issues.
We enjoyed Kenya, and all its beauties and of course its wildlife, so much so that we are now planning to return for much longer Kenyan Safari. It will be again fully planned to use Estleon Adventures as we were very happy with all aspects of this trip.
We were met by our Guide (James) at the airport (placket card with our name) as we exited the airport. He was with us from start to finish until he dropped us off at the end of the 5-day Tour. We stayed in three separate Camps in three sperate Kenyan parks. The first was Masai Mara NP. There we stayed two nights at Entim Mara. A stunning super luxury high end Glamping (Glamorous Camping) Camp. The wildlife in Masai Mara was plentiful, with the list being too log for all that we saw. The camp is extremely well isolated, so the animals comes literally up to your tents (including lions)!
The second park was Nakuru NP. There we stayed one night at The Cliff. It was as the fist camp, stunning super luxury high end Glamping Camp. This National park (NP) is centered around Lake Nakuru, so a nice variety of different game and bird life then Masai Mara had to offer.
The third park was Ol Pejeta conservancy. There we stayed at the Serena Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Serena is a commercial African Chain, but this property again was very high end. The conservancy offers a very nice large variety of wildlife, many types of animals we dd not see in either of the other two national Parks.
All in all, we were extremely pleased with our time in Kenya, clearly it was not long enough, but I can highly recommend the services of Estleon Adventures, as they saw to all our needs and assembled an incredible tour for our entire customized safari in Kenya.
