The entire two week tour was professionally planned and very well guided.
Our tour was originally booked for April 2020 and rescheduled three times due to Covid. Five Stars Tours never missed a beat in cancelling/rebooking the necessary arrangements and in the end our entire tour was exactly as planned. The choice of accommodations was excellent and to our expectations; Five Stars Tours was very helpful with suggestions and bookings for extra tours/activities. We chose the guided tour versus the self-drive option and were very satisfied with receiving informed explanations and leaving long hours of driving to our local guide. Being in contact with a Tour Operator for more than two years before the actual (fully prepaid) tour, allows plenty time to judge the operation, communication and personal contact of an Operator. Five Stars Tours & Safaris is truly first rate!

It was very unusual and interesting, how many beautiful places. Marangu village in Moshi, stunning waterfall, climbing Kilimanjaro, 6 amazing days, such beautiful African nature accompanied by excellent guides, and Safari and evening dances at the campsite. I am very grateful to Anastasia for the excellent accompaniment and such impressions, I highly recommend.

Professional, responsive and considerate
I had a fantastic Safari in Masai Mara thanks to Lucy and the team. Lucy was extremely professional, responsive and considerate. Moreover, Lucy went extra miles to help answer and plan my time in Nairobi, even thought I booked only the Masai Mara activities. Our game drive to Masai Mara was very friendly and knowledgeable, through whom we learnt a lot about Kenya and Masai Mara. Last but not least, the Safari quote was detailed, straightforward and its pricing was fair (in my point of view) and transparent. I highly recommend Savannah Woods Safari if you’re new to Kenya and/or Safari.

We had an amazing time, and saw so much more than we expected to see, and much closer up than we could ever imagine. We both said at the end of the day we would absolutely come back, and would definitely do a longer than a days safari to ensure you see as much as possible - though we were not at all disappointed with just a day!

I chose them because a friend highly recommended them, and also due to their lower prices.
Since arriving to the Kilimanjaro airport, they sent their kind driver to pick me up to the amazing hotal they booked for me.
the next day I met my very professional guide, Godwin, he helped me prepare my gear ,and rent the things that were missing, all with great price from their office.
On the day after, after meeting my second wonderful guide, Gadi, our journey to the summit began, with team that now I consider my family.
During the hike we enjoyed the delicious food from our chef Adam, and the Kilimanjaro songs in the morning where fabulous and encouraging.
I felt that the guide's priority was keeping me safe and then getting me to the summit, they performed a medical test at the end of each day, besides the physical side, they also paid great attention to the mental aspect of the climb,they kept cheering me up and telling me that I'm gonna do it. I had so much fun spending time with them during the long walk and the meals.

I embarked on a Uganda airlines flight to Kilimanjaro and was picked up for Arusha in Tanzania, it was truly an awe-inspiring experience. One of the most thrilling aspects of this trip was the opportunity to have a glimpse of the beautiful mountain Kilimanjaro and also immersing myself in the Swahili culture. From the moment I stepped foot in at Kilimanjaro airport to Gran Melia hotel Arusha ( The quality of accommodation selected by this company exceeded my expectations). I was greeted with a vibrant tapestry of customs, traditions, and Kiswahili language "KARIBU" which means welcome. Exploring this part of Tanzania was a constant source of excitement.

All tour operators were very friendly and really took care and try their best to show all the anima.
It’s worth for the money spend . Especially she selected the camps in such a way where we could able see different kinds of animals and different terrain in different camps. She gave us confidence and trust to deal with a big amount of money. Eg Acknowledging immediately after transfer the money etc. other important thing she will communicate immediately when ever we ask any questions.
On the whole it’s a very good trip and memorable one too.
