Best tour operator ever!!
5/5

This Safari was one of our best experiences ever! Everything was perfectly organised, starting by picking us up by the airport, finding all the hidden animals, surprising us with fresh fruits and coffee, and driving us back to the airport. The service was stunning!
With Freddy, we also had the most friendly and knowledgable guide from whom we not only learned much about wildlife but also about culture in Tansania.
Besides the wildlife, we were also overwhelmed by the food we got served. Every meal by our chef Tito was outstanding and exceeded our expectations by far.
These two guys have been so nice to us and showed us the beauty of Tansania! We definitely recommend the camping tour, as you get served the amazing food and it’s an even more nature experience in the tents.
It was worth every single dollar!
And yes, we saw the big five :) Highly recommended tour operator!!

4 day luxury Safari
5/5

The Safari was exhilarating! Jeff from Hyrax was knowledgeable, trustworthy and a true professional in his craft. The entire team was nice and pleasant to work with through the entire process -from start to end. The rooms, food and the game camp was near in class. I tried I enjoy myself! I traveled as a sole female traveler from DC and I can not wait to return with my friends. I plan to use Hyrax again and share with others their pleasant and professional services.

Accommodating and straight forward throughout the whole process!
5/5

From the moment we decided to use Mara Triangle Safari for out holiday we were looked after very well. Lucy was our travel organiser and communicated very clearly. She arranged a wonderful itinerary for us including 3 national parks with game drives everyday. If we needed any extras, Lucy made sure we were looked after and all for a very reasonable price!
David was our driver and guide. He was brilliant and catered to all our needs. Looked after us all 5days and was flexible if we needed to adjust any plans. Superb driving skills and really friendly.
I would definitely use Mara triangle Safari again and encourage others to use them too.

Amazing trip!
5/5

This trip with this company was great. 2 days for the serengeti park is enough in my opinion. It would only be worth adding a day at Ngorongoro Crater but maybe next time! It is worth appreciating the guide and at the same time our driver who was always eager to tell various interesting facts about the animals and the surrounding area, and always stopped a car as long as we wanted to take the photos of animals we met along the way. There was no rush or strict schedule. We came back from the safari even an hour later than originally planned! :) Of course I have to mention our cook as well. Unlike most other safaris, where people only got sandwiches and fruits prepared in advance, in this case we had fresh and warm dishes prepared on a regular basis, which was a very nice convenience. However, I regret that those two days have passed so quickly, but I will try to come back to see the crater!

Unforgettable experience
5/5

The organization was great. Our guide Francis was the best! Always taking good care of the us and he knows Maasai Mara park by heart and where to spot all the amazing animals we came to see. What is more not only just to spot them but also to see them hunting, eating and copullating. Also the value of money was the best comparing to other companies.

Memorable 25th Wedding Anniversary
5/5

We decided for our 25th wedding anniversary to do a safari in Tanzania. After reading numerous comment/advice on TripAdvisor I sent a well thought out email of what we were looking for to 10 different tour operators all from my research, 1 year in advance of our intended travel date. Out of the ten I received 3 replies over a 6-week waiting period. After weighing the pros and cons Easy Travel came ahead. Our contact Lizbeth was the first to reply and I got a very good vibe from her right away. Throughout the whole process of tweaking our itinerary as well as sound advice and her valuable expertise it was a very smooth encounter. We settled on a perfect itinerary of 13-day itinerary including a hot air balloon ride as well as flying from Northern Serengeti back to Arusha.

Upon arriving in Arusha, we were met by our driver/guide with a wide grin from ear to ear. Everest Mboya set the relaxing mood right from the start. Upon our late arrival to African Tulip hotel, we were overwhelmed with our bed decorated with rose petals, nice touch!
As noted, in previous comments for safaris your driver/guide determines the outcome of your adventure. Everest is one of the best in our opinion, his knowledge, politeness, attentive manner, sense of humor, flexibility and his interaction with us. His skills as a guide and network of fellow guides (with whom he was in constant contact over the radio) ensured we had a fantastic time. His head was constantly moving to see things we would have completely missed. We were fortunate enough to see 4 migrations across the Mara River, the last crossing being the most spectacular about 2000 wildebeest. One day we had a picnic lunch right beside the hippo pool!

Loved the hot air balloon ride with Miracle Experience. They offered us coffee while up in the balloon, champagne on the ground and bush breakfast with even a cake for our 25th.
We stayed at 3 of the Tortilis camps (owned by Easy Travel), one lodge at the crater and one other tent camp. Spacious tents with 4 poster beds, private bathroom/shower. It was great to hear Wildebeest outside your tent as well as other animal sounds. Staff were great going above and beyond to respond to our requests. Nice touch on staff singing goodbye song in Swahili on each departure at tent camps.

I could go on forever and cannot say enough about Lizbeth and Everest they went above and beyond, listened throughout the whole adventure. Kudos to all the camps, they were top notch.
Thanks for making our 25th anniversary most memorable!!!!
