This company used to be great but has now gone bust
Discover Namibia used to be a great and trustworthy operator for years. We happened to be one of its last customers before the company went bust and feel like we should give an honest opinion and alert others that this company is no longer in operation. Our trip was not without hiccups because clearly the company was struggling at the time we went, but we were lucky enough to complete our trip. It appeared like we were one of the last ones who did, as numerous customers have had their deposits and payment lost after this.
Gemma was not a scammer but unfortunately Discover Namibia is lost now.

The Perfect Safari with the best guide
We had an excursion of a lifetime. We booked the early morning tour because we wouldn't want to miss anything, the early bird catches the worm. We saw everything there was to see in Nairobi National Park with our guide David. He arrived early to pick us up and waited till we were ready to leave. A few minutes after we entered the park we managed to see a pride of lionesses. We then went on and found a group of ostriches and zebras grazing together. David then got a call on his radio that lions were spotted and raced to the site. This was the perfect safari. We got there and found other tourists, David pulled up to the front and got us the best view. This experience felt like pure luxury. David was just the best guide. He took us up close to view the animals; lions, rhinos rhinos and giraffes. We were impressed with his knowledge of Nairobi, the animals and his communication skills. He was very courteous when we had to make frequent restroom stops. We went with the private tour package and I can comfortably say it was worth it. We saw whatever we wanted to see for as long as we wanted to see. I cannot say enough good things about our guide David. He was a pro when we asked him to take photos of us. I highly recommend Delfin Tours for the best safari packages.

Fascinating experience of the African bush with beautiful Panorama
We had organized a tailor-made 6-days 5 nights tour with Khalanga Safaris starting & ending from Johannesburg. The communication was handled over email and was professional. Their responses were prompt and the team was always in contact with us to ensure that the itinerary was exactly like we wanted. We also took suggestions from the Khalanga team for our trip planning which turned out to be very valuable. We also found the quotes from Khalanga Safaris to be the most reasonable among the few we selected.
Our trip included a 1-day Panorama route tour followed by full day safaris in Kruger along with a couple of SANParks tours (Bush-walk, Sunset drive, Night drive) and a shuttle back to Joburg.
Everything went perfectly as planned and we had a blast of a time in Kruger. Our guide in Kruger was Shoes and we chose a private open safari vehicle.
Shoes was highly knowledgeable about the various animals and birds and his guiding was top notch. His logistics skills were also were helpful in ensuring we got the best out of our safaris. He was very professional and his ethical methods of guiding impressed us a lot. He also had contacts throughout all the camps we visited and helped us in receiving any additional information and help that was required at the time.
We stayed in Lower Sabie, Crocodile Bridge and Letaba during our stay and were able to sight several animals including Lions, Elephants, Buffalo, Leopards, Baboons, Hyena, Wild Dogs, Honey badgers, Jackals, Mongoose, Waterbucks etc Also, not to mention the wide variety of birds, all of which Shoes was able to identify for us. His expertise of the locations also meant that we were able to visit some of the unique hides and lookouts within Kruger. We also had many interesting conversations about the bush and wildlife conservation with Shoes that intrigued and educated us.
In one of the lookouts we were able to spot 2-male lions which looked like a spec of dust in the scene. We were also lucky to spot 2 male Giraffes sparring, baby elephant drinking its mother's milk, a pair of mating lions. A few special memories, some of which we take with us and will always treasure, thanks to Khalanga and Shoes.
I would highly recommend Khalanga Safaris and Shoes for any of the Kruger Safaris or Panorama Tours. I wish Khalanga Safaris and Shoes all the best for their future and do wish we see them again soon.

Best Safari!
I was in Nairobi for a short visit and I decided to do the morning safari at the Nairobi National Park because I've heard great things about it. This was my first time going for a safari and I have to say, I wasn't disappointed. The landscapes were stunning, the animals were spectacular. We were able to see zebras, lions, giraffes, and even the very rare animal rhino. It was absolutely wonderful. Our guide Mark was smart, funny, very knowledgeable and polite. The experience was so wonderful that I recommended a friend for the same tour. He travelled the following weekend and also enjoyed the experience. Thank you Savannah Woods Safaris for this wonderful experience, one that I will always remember.

Awesome time in South Africa!
The trio was fantastic. Everything was taken care of , driving and accommodation. All the lodgings were really fun and interesting. The tour was just rad getting to see so much of South Africa! The highlight was Kruger, I wish we could didn’t even more time there! The guide we were setup with was so good, in the first couple days we managed to see everything from Wild Dogs to a Leopard. The final day we saw a family of Cheetah! Super awesome fantastic experience! Also, the lodge we stayed at outside of Kruger was super cool. It was right on the Crocodike River and every night we watched hippos play as the sun went down.
And the final lodge we were setup at in Joberg , a placed called 84th on 4th was in a really neat part of town and had the best coffee I’d had in my time out in South Africa!

An incredibly genuine fellow who only wants to show the beauty and history of Africa.
Nziza Hospitality is truly an amazing company. Bernard spent countless hours working with my family, joining our zoom calls for planning and making sure we had all of our questions answered. At each airport, Bernard or a representative from Nziza Hospitality would meet us, help up through the gates, carry our bags and see us off to our next destination. We never felt on our own which was very helpful navigating multiple countries we have never been to. Bernard also did an incredible job of paying attention to details and making our trip personal to us.( I won't spoil it so you can save it for your experience). Bernard also picked really great accommodations. The food for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner were hot and chef prepared daily with 5 star dinner at our tented properties. This was not just a very well planned trip, Bernard and his Safari drivers were VERY knowledgeable and genuine guys making this an educational and wonderful experience my family will never forget. We have 0 complaints or suggestions.

The best safari planner
We chose Safari Update Travels for a private luxury safari reason being we wanted to get the best, a friend who previously travelled with them also recommended the company which already had great reviews. The safari was perfectly curated thanks to Linsel who went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience 'the best safari planner'. Our guide's name was David, he really knows how to get the safari going because he made sure we had a great trip. We took the flight option and landed at the Masai Mara airstrip. We slept at the Sarova Mara and I can say the reception there is satisfying. They have the best meals prepared by professional chefs. The staff there always check up on you to ensure you are comfortable.
We had an awesome time during our game drives as well as at the camp. We saw most of the big 5 animals including a pride of lions, rhinoceros, buffalos, elephants, zebras and a lot of birds.. To top it up we had the opportunity to visit a Masai village where we got to learn about Masai culture.
I highly recommend booking with Safari Update Travels to get this wonderful experience.

Top last minute booked 2 day safari
We booked the 2 day safari from Zanzibar only a few days before going, well organized, simple and quick communication, the flight in a small propellor plane into the park and land on a sand strip is already very cool, jump off the plane onto the jeep and at sharp 08.45 AM the safari starts, Elephant, giraffe, hippo, croc, buffalo, monkey, impala, hyena, lion, zebra. All in a day, the driver and guide give it all to give us a super experience. The lodge for the night is great, the next day boatride, again hippos, crocs, lizzatds, all supercool. Flight back great and in 50 minutes back in Zznzibar. Very cool and easy to book
