About the experience itself, it was simply magical, we did 3 days in Masai Mara and 1 day at Nakuru, what an extraordinary experience!!
Our driver Robert is one of the best driver I've ever seen. Very kind, flexible, always calm and puntual, it was a pleasure to get to know him. He knows extremely well both Masai Mara and Nakuru which is very helpful for an amazing experience.
We were very motivated to start the days as early as possible and Robert was always up for it, no need to say that he loves his job and he's very good at it.
We can't wait to come back to Kenya and of course we will pick Axis Safaris once again.

Our safari was arranged two days before we went. It was no problem for the organisation and everything was organised very well. We had an amazing guide with a lot of knowledge about wildlife and his enthousiasm while sharing the information was amazing. We saw a lot of animals during our one day safari in Tarangiri park. Loved loved loved it!
We (couple of two from Ukraine) had a private 8-day Safari tour (4x4 Landcruiser) with Keron Safari And Hotels to Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo East. Our guide John went above and beyond to provide us with a great experience throughout the whole trip. He is great at spotting animals and was very knowledgeable about the parks and the wildlife. He even smells “the cats” (like he calls them) and no track was too difficult for John to take, in order to make sure we have a great experience. John is very punctual and great company on the drive – we had a lot of fun with him. Moreover, we were in safe hands with John and felt secure inside and outside the park.
The organization from the Keron (Mr. Kenny) office was very good – they organized the whole trip (park entrance fees, lodges, pick up from the airport and drop off at the beach) for us and we had no problems during our safari at all. We want to thank John from the Keron team for the great organization – she was very helpful to accommodate our questions and requests during the booking process.
We experienced some amazing moments watching the wildlife in the parks and took unforgettable impressions of Kenya home with us. We would definitely recommend Keron SAfari and Hotels if you are planning a Safari in Kenya!

Poor experience
We didn’t have a good experience with this tourist operator.
First they offer a guide Spanish spoken and it wasn’t true, the guide just know some words in Spanish so our communication was so complicated.
We bought the safari 5 day, in the service description they include two days safari at the Masai Mara (including some hours at the 5th day) and our guide said, no the last day is just for go back to Nairobi, we had to show him the description of the service to had the complete service.

Our experience with Gorilla Booking started at Entebe airport when we arrived. Justus and Charles /our guy/ meet us there and never left until our departure.
We spent a lot of time together and can truly say Charles is the PERSON that you need to have wonderful time in Uganda. He is knowledgeable, friendly and super accomodating. He tried to resolve every problem and satisfy every desire. Hiking in the mountains, meeting with the local peoples or Pygmy , Safari, Murchison Falls, boating on Nile...
