We had the great pleasure to have Andrew (Driver & Guide) and Dulla (Cooker) on our 6 - Day Safari. These two guys made our Safari to an unforgotable trip. Andrew and Dulla are passinated about their jobs! We had very delicious food all the time (Dulla used to work in a international five star Hotel as a Cooker).
Having Andrew as our Guide was just incredible. He takes care about his customer in a very respectful and honest way. He‘s very experianced about the wildlife and was always happy to share his knowledge with us.
I HIGHLY RECOMEND Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safaris! Especially when it comes down to price / value!

The tour was very well organized. Pendo was very proactive to program our 5 days safari. The lodges were very good. The driver M. Goodluck has been very kind, flexible to our program and very knowledgeable about the animals and Tanzania in general. I really advice them.

Booking with Ongeri Expeditions was an all round wonderful experience! He kept in touch every step of the way and took a keen interest to customize our itinerary according to our needs. We enjoyed our Safari experience in Tsavo East and Amboseli and he’s knowledgeable driver (an experienced tour guide) was always full of information about the myriad of wildlife animals we saw.

Wonderful Safari Tours with amazing service!
It all starts with their great flexibility!
We were staying at the hotel in Nairobi and a car came to pick us up right on time and exactly as it was planned.
Also, we didn’t have enough cash or right currency to pay for the trip. No problem..
They took us to a ATM and accepted to pay it part dollars/part local currency.
Half way from Nairobi to Masai Mara, we met with our tour guides George and Castro! They took over us for the remainder of the trip! Those guys were amazing!! If you want a great experience ask particulary if you can join their tours…

Masai Mara was mindblowing, you will see everything you think you can! They know exactly where are all the best places and are very pratical and phenomenal drivers! I think apart from tours they’re part time drivers in Dakar rally!
After Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru we were suppose to fly to Mombasa, so they arranged transport right to the airport!
It was an amazing experience and a fantastic trip that I would love to do again!!

Uganda. The best tour one can ever have. From the beautiful Entebbe to the wild Masindi. The country was just fantastic. Many thanks to Charles and Edrisa. ( if possible, trip with one of them ) They are the best people one can go on a trip with. HAIL African Finfoot Safari!!

Now is really the time to go to Africa. Frankly safer there than in the USA
We traveled with apprehension about Covid and the testing,... I have never traveled with such support. Tailormade Africa knew first hand all of the lodges/camps, their high points and their issues. Each time we changed venue, by car or by plane, Tailormade checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. And once or twice there were minor glitches, and Tailormade was right there to iron out the difficulty.
The trip was just fantastic. Sadly there are few tourists currently in Africa. We enjoyed two PRIVATE mountain gorilla tours, because no one else was there. And in November the bamboo shoots come out. But they only grow at lower altitudes, and the gorillas love them. So we had very short easy hikes to see them. Truly a once in a life time experience. And we stayed at the most amazing accomadation- The Bishops House. They had gaiters for us, meticulously cleaned our very muddy boots, supplied a washable backpack, so ours didn't get dirty. Great gym. Fabulous Food.
Next, on to Zambia. Three different lodges-each very different and very complimentary. Different game sightings but very complimentary. Again in November the rains have not started, but it is the end of the dry season. All of the game has to come down to the rivers to drink. Great for the carnivores, since the ungulates are more concentrated. So we saw no end of lions and leopards daily, sometimes twice a day. We saw wild dogs, porcupines, bush pigs: some of which the guides had hardly ever seen. Night drives with owls, pennant winged night jars (look it up-it's amazing), as well as the more usual mongoose, civets and so forth.
Finally 11 days in Botswana. A week in a mobile camp that was really fun actually and 3 mights in a swank lodge in the Okavango Delta as a finale! More lions and more leopards, fabulous large bird viewing: eagles, cranes, storks, pelicans as well as their rookery.
And the Covid testing is so well organized. I am back home waiting on my final PCR test from Kaiser Permanente, slower than getting results in these poor African countries (but they badly need our tourist revenue so they have really figured it out). And you always have your private hut, you eat outside, and drive around in an open vehicle.
I have hardly traveled in the USA since Covid started, but I felt very safe on safari. And Tailormade was right their supporting me if we had problems. But really they had arranged a very delightful and easy secure trip.
You should all book a trip to see the gorillas with them in October/November and stay at Bishop's house.

Amazing experience!
We spent 3 days in Maasai Mara National Park with James, and we had an incredible adventure. James is passionate and very knowledgeable; he always takes the time to explain and shares his knowledge about the wildlife. None of our questions were left without answers.
Patient, James also provided us advises and tips for the rest of our adventure in Kenya.
