Cuckoo Safaris gave us outstanding wildlife experiences and excellent accommodations.
Everything about this tour was of excellent quality and reasonably priced. Two aspects were way above what we could have expected: 1) the quality of the wildlife viewing was incredible, including up close and personal experiences with lions, white rhinos, elephants, hippos, all manner of beautiful birds, and a wide variety of antelope. 2) the Matobo Hills Lodge is the most beautiful and unique facility we have ever experienced. Perched high on rocky outcroppings, the views of the vast Matobo Park landscape are stunning. Tarzan and Simon know how to provide outstanding tour packages in Southern Africa!

We saw so many animals and birds in their habitat. We were able to get very close to many of them. The Safari guide James was amazing and the food served at the end was so delicious. This country not only has amazing wildlife, but the people are excellent. The culture is rich, the people are so kind and they have such strong character with high morals and values. I fell in love with Africa and it captured my heart. I will definitely be back!!!

Excellent in all facets
My partner & I just had a brilliant 3 & a half weeks in Southern Africa. Everything was excellent & I highly recommend Discover Africa. From the safaris to the cities to the wine region it was all great. All arrangements including hotels made on our behalf were fabulous! Sabi Sands Game Reserve, Victoria Falls, Okavango Delta, Cape Town & Frranschoek were all highlights & are definitely worth visiting.
I’d also like to note Discover Africa’s professional during the 3 years we dealt with them. Yes 3! Our trip was Covid delayed but throughout this time communications were constant & reassuring.

Our guide had so much knowledge about the wildlife and local cultures. He went above and beyond to ensure we were provided with great service.
