Everything was spot on. The communications were clear and crisp. The safari was well coordinated. The driver cum guide Arony was brilliant. Food and accommodation was also above expectations. The safari experience itself was great with excellent guidance by Arony.

Great value, very professional
Everything went very smoothly with Sandra checking in every so often in the months leading up to our trip. Then when we were there and got lost en route Sandra was at the end of the phone (and on whatsapp) to help get us back to the right place and also to communicate with the lodge that we were going to be later than expected so that we were reassured that we wouldn't miss our first night safari. Her support was hugely appreciated. Excellent service throughout.

Amazing safari tour in Kenya & Tanzania
We had an amazing 8 day custom tour with the company across Kenya to Tanzania at a reasonable price. Both guides, Fred (Tanzania) and Paul (Kenya) were incredibly accomodating and professional as our guides. They made the extra effort to ensure we saw as many animals as possible despite the rainy weather and we were not disappointed! I look forward to trying out their other tours in the future.

Amazing safari tour
This was really amazing safari trip in Masai mara, Nakuru and Naivashi. Our driver Peter was one of the best drivers im Masai Mara, so we saw all animals of the "big 5", even leopard. The second driver Daniel also gave us memorable impressions with our boat ride in Naivashi and cycling trip to hells gate. Best recommendations from me.

Safari in Tanzania with the SoT and its guide Pius exceeded our expectations.
SoT travel agency recommended us a friend. Safari exceeded our expectations. We chose the parks Tarangire-1 day, Lake Manyara 1 day, Serengeti 2 days, crater Ngoro Ngoro -1 day. We chose the cheapest loggias from the offered accommodation, but we didn't regret it. Accommodation and food was perfect. Our guide Pius was great. Despite our poor knowledge of English, we have always managed to communicate. Safari itself was excellent. We have been to Kenya twice but Tanzania has captivated us more. Thanks also Sandy, with whom I communicated when ordering our safari. She always answered my questions quickly and patiently. If you fly from Tanzania to Zanzibar, try to avoid Precision Air. What happened to us with this company was that although it carried passengers but not luggage, it arrived with a 24-hour delay. As we found out at the hotel, this happens often with this airline. We chose the airline Precision Air ourselves. She didn't pick her SoT. The overall service provided by SoT and the access of our driver and guide Pius was excellent. At least when eating one class higher than other agencies.

the trip is excellent, everyone we met is kind hearted and approachable.
Everything exceed our expectation. We began to plan the trip 3 mouths before departure, the communication with Remsi via wechat is very smooth! During the trip, stuff comfirmed with us in advance at every connected point, and gave us the details as well as the brief introduction. The service of the company is terrific, every one is kind hearted and considerate! One thing I must to mention that, we really appraciated our safari guide who named bariki, he is a warm hearted and accommodating guy, also he is a man like order and cleanliness as well. We enjoy the trip sooooooooo much, the vehicle is clean and the window is transparent every morning, bariki often helped other safari driver during the trip, and every time after he offered the help,as "a good turn deseves another", we are lucky enough to see the beautiful scenery or animals which are rarely seen in the plains.

Don't hesitate - just book!
I booked a trip with Kilisa and it turned out to be the best decision. Kilisa Tours looked after me from the outset all the way through to the summit and even a few days after as I finished the tour early. I did my research and chose Kilisa for the quality of the guides, the routes they offer and the flexibility of the dates. I was able to choose any day i wanted. We had incredible weather throughout the tour even some hail and snow to make Kilimanjaro look even more beautiful. The whole team were incredible, friendly and sooo helpful. Bakari the guide became a good friend and knew all the spots for phone signal on the trek. We successfully summited and i cant say a bad thing about the whole experience. Don't hesitate, just book with Kilisa direct and enjoy your trip!

Nice safari, tricky prices, not so good accomodation.
The safari itself was good, living up to our expectations. The drivers were excellent. I have nothing to complain about the communication either, which was always immediate. However:
The lodges and hotels were kinda bad. Alright, we expect nothing of luxury when going for a safari in the savannah, but to think there was no water in the showers or toilets most of the time... also, the tents' build was rather poor and the buffet was nothing special. It's not like I cannot stand it as a young and adventurous man, but since the price was quite high, I doubt the overall accomodation provided was worthy at all.
Furthermore, there remains on me the bitter taste of having to pay some 100 euros higher than the price formerly agreed upon, without any official documents about it, under the excuse of "the currency value changes". Also, keep in mind the general phenomenon that, in Kenya, everybody demand a tip for the services they provide, from the tour guides and drivers to even the people approaching you on the road, offering to help you with directions.
