Extremely Helpful and Great Service
Jumbari were extreme helpful in booking our trip to Chobe National Park in July 2019. I couldn’t have asked for better service in booking and during our stay and would suggest it using their company to anyone.
The only bit of which didn't live up to expectations was that it would have been nice to know in advance that all the activities would be shared with other guest. For example we had to share our boat cruise with about 50 other people on the same massive boat which was not what I was expecting. It sort of spoilt it a little as I was expecting for the price we would get a smaller boat.

It was an authentic experience with a very knowledgeable tour guide with great experience.
The safari definitely lived up to the expectations. This national park is filled with a variety of different wildlife and was teeming with energy. The staff was exceptional as well. Our tour guide Bob was extremely knowledgeable and kept the tour fun and interesting. We would definitely come back for another tour to see the beautiful wild life and clean facilities. We enjoyed lunch on site and the meal was delicious and hearty. I would recommend this as a must experience for anyone going to Tanzania.

Great Safari Experience
What I like about Africa Zim is they reply to your questions and take care of your concerns. From the pick up, the camping, the tour and until the drop off, it all went perfectly as planned.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience in Africa because of Africa Zim. Won’t hesitate to use them again when we go back.

3 day/2 Night Tour Ngorngoro Crater, Lake Tangerine and Lake Manyara
Communicating with Nasr was a breeze via email and WhatsApp. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to meet him before and after the trip so Ally his friend was the person I met. The trip itself was amazing. I joined a 3 day/2 night join in group safari so every day I had a new group of people, driver and guide which felt awkward. The only downside was that the tour during the first day, Lake Tangerine didn’t start until afternoon which meant most of the animals were in the shades or hiding from the sun. Lodging was great, food was exceptions, the guide during the last day was awesome!! Wouldn’t hesitate to go with this group again!

dream safari with Olly's dream team
of the African Safari we took, this one delighted our family the most. My kids can't stop talking about this one because it's truly lives up to our expectation of what a real safari would be like: great guide, great viewing, great stories and wonderful experience all around.
Unlike the more commercially organized ones, Olly really know and loves the land and has passion for this. He led us to various places, started with animal foot prints and tracks, delighted us with so many animal viewings (and the birds too). Along with wonderful tales on some of the animal family sagas: the lions and the killings of cubs not belonging to them....the lonely buffalo....
Food is wonderfully cooked and the tents are set on great locations. Under the starry sky, we sat by fires and hear animal sounds, waking up in the morning to find footprints around the tents....but feel completely safe at the same time.
We enjoyed the boat ride as well....it has a good varieties of events, truly loved every minute of it.
Every team member is super friendly. My kids want to go back....of all the safari we went, this is the one they love and I agree....this one gives you a sense of wonder and discovery, not quite like a totally mass commercial production.
Highly recommended for the families and all animal/bird lovers....Olly really aims to show you the best of his country.

Day trip to Chobe National Park
Exploring the Chobe river was great and our captain was wonderful We saw lots of wild life. Lunch was excellent and also the safari drive was excellent.
Transportation (from the border to the Chobe National park) was just OK can be improved and probably would have been better to stop for cofee in a location where bathrooms were available.
Altogether great experience!

Wonderful
I have wanted to go Tanzania for a long time. I talked about it so much that my husband decided to take me for my 35th birthday. It was the best gift anyone has ever given me. We worked with a local travel company but were disappointed by their services. The packages they were offering were not appealing. I stumbled on the reviews of Regional Tours and Safaris while I was looking for another company. The reviews were so amazing that I told my husband that we should go with Regional Tours and Safaris. I communicated with Maturaf from the company. He was so friendly and replied promptly to all my emails. He worked very hard to organize a fun itinerary for us. We went with the 11 day private safari package to visit Arusha, north and south Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire.
The whole safari was incredible because of our guide, Hassan. He was very professional and very friendly. He was also patient with me, answering the many questions I had about Tanzania. From the answers he gave me, I could tell that he was a smart and knowledgeable man. He had the ability of taking us to the best spots from where we could see as many animals as possible. He was also very good at getting us the perfect angles for taking pictures. Hassan went to great lengths to ensure we had the experience of a lifetime.
All the people we worked with from Regional Tours and Safaris were wonderful. They were very kind to us and very welcoming. They were also very helpful and the trip would have been a total failure without their excellent service.
My husband and I are planning to take our family to Tanzania so that they too can have an enjoyable experience like we had with Regional Tours and Safaris.
