Excellent tour operator!
Everything went smoothly from initial enquiries to the safari itself. Communication was prompt and all responses were clear, and Mufasa tours organized everything from pickup in Nairobi to the travel to, and stay in Samburu, as well as the return. Our driver/guide was also friendly, knowledgeable and very punctual in all instances. The accomodation booking was also as promised - It was overall a very worthwhile trip, and would definitely use (and recommend) Mufasa tours again!

Right choice
We had a very exciting 3 days safari in Serengeti and Norongoro Crater. I recommend this program. We found this program very sufficient in terms of content and days. We had the chance to see all the big five except the black rhino from the first day it was a very impressive experience
We stayed the first night in a dome (Nelson's big surprise for us) and the next night in tent,
At night, it can get cold so better bring warm clothes. We had the cook with us and he (Prosba) prepared delicios meals everytime, local food but very, very tasty and a lot of fruits. The driver (JUMA) would stop and search for the best place to see the animals and to take the best pictures.
The owner of the tour (Nelson) very interested, we can always reach him, he hosted us very nicely in his hostel before and after the safari. Our cook at the hostel was very friendly and made very tasty food

No words can describe it
All started with email exchanges with Godson, who was very quick to answer, calm, patient and precise.
He offered us the best package compared to other safaribooking firms, and was very keen to giving us satisfaction, changing lodge and taking it to his charge.
Once arrived at the airport, we have been picked up by Godson and Shomvi, our golden French-speaking guide, who drove us during 7 days and spotted the unspotable animals in the savane (lions, leopards...) . Shomvi was our best surprise, very (very) kind, always smiling and happy to do his job. He drives very safely and knows every other guides as well as the park routes.
We had a memorable 7 day safari thanks to this team (even a flat tire due to the road was a wonderful experience !).
We recommand them without any doubt.

Splendid safari-trip
Went on holiday with this excellent local tour operator. Stephen and his team organised a complete trip throughout Kenia. Visited several national parks (Samburu, Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli, Tsavo. Ended our tour at the sea near Diani Beach. Everything was 200%. Enjoyed it alot. Professional and correct service!. Driver 'Martin' was great!
Don't hesitate and just book your trip with Kichaka !

Unscrupulous tour operator - do not use!!
So, I booked a tour with Zeigen Tours & Safaris (Via Viator) approximately one year in advance (for June 2022) but then had to cancel due to our Covid concerns. So imagine my shock when after booking, they had in bright red letters that all reservations are final and non-cancellable!! A year out???? Really???!!
Despite reaching out to them numerous times, they never responded!!!! Can you say scam artists??!!
So, I'm writing this review as a public service - do not use Zeigen Tours & Safaris unless you're prepared to be ripped off!!!!

We had a wonderful journey in July of 2021 with Mansoor our fantastic guide. We saw all we were dreaming of, mostly the felines we love !!! Fantastic landscapes and car drive with Mansoor who is always listening to us, to what we would like to see or to do. Very polite and respectful, this is something important for us. We absolutely recommend Mansoor and African Pangolin Safaris !

What an amazing 2 night lodge and wildlife experience with 2 awesome guides. Everything was so perfectly planned. Knowledge is spot on from bird life to bigger animals. Can't wait for the next one!

I booked the Tour from the USA. Received a Quote. I agreed and wired the down-payment from my Bank to their Bank in Kenya. I arrived in Kenya, was greeted by one of the Employees, sign the Contract and the next Day, Simon, the Driver was on time at 7.30AM and off we went to the Masai Mara. It was an absolutely perfect Experience and definitely would chose Twinkle Stars again. The Driver Simon had an unbelievable knowledge of the Masai Mara.

Amazing first safari experience!
We did a 3 day safari with Immanuel as our guide and it was excellent. Immanuel went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and saw as many animals as possible. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly prided himself on learning as much as possible about the parks, animals, plants and everything in between. He never missed the details! He had a positive, upbeat energy. Our accommodations were absolutely beautiful. And Pendo who organized our safari answered a million questions we had and also went out of her way to make sure we had a good time. All in all, it was our first safari, and we are very happy we chose Lion King. We would use this company again if we were booking another safari and would love for Immanuel to guide us again.
