Amazing Experience
Our honeymoon safari was excellent. Vervet safari tours kept on upping the game at every stage. To start with Basili helped us organize the trip, after we gave him our wish-list and budget. He created a wonderful itinerary to visit Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater.
The pickup from JRO was timely and we were transferred to Planet Lodge which is a great place in the outskirts of Arusha Town.
Guide Matonya did exceptionally well. He made the whole trip fun and enjoyable as we explored the parks and also met some local tribes. He made us learn about the wild animals, habitats and Tanzania in general.
We were happy to stay in the lodges that were booked on tour, they were nice places to stop and rest before the continuing on safari. This also gave us the opportunity to experience the great hospitality of the Tanzanian people.

Reliable and Flexible
We engaged Bencia prior to arrival to Kenya. Alfred has been given us prompt and useful advices on the trip planning. I did a price comparison and concluded to engage them for better value and flexibility.
We enjoyed the freedom we had throughout the journey. The guide cum driver was very patient with us and supportive, knowledgeable . He is very punctual and careful in driving in the difficult road, Worked very hard in one of the days for almost non-stop driving of 12 hours on extremely bad road conditions.

It was good, everyone was very kind with us
We had a 3 days safari in Serengeti and ngorongoro camp safari. Everything was amazing except for the fact our jeep has broken (happens frequently also with other jeeps) and for one game drive we had to split into two different groups. Besides that we have everything we were expecting to have.

Our Safari trip to central Serengeti was incredibly well organized. We stayed at the luxurious tented Dunia camp that offered access to breathtaking game-viewing areas. The Serengeti wildlife, the scenery and the sheer endless seeming horizons were absolutely mind-blowing! Our trip ended in the Ngorongoro conservation area where we descended the Ngorongoro crater from the Highlands Dunia camp on our second-last day. This felt no less than being in Jurassic Park in terms of the scenery, biodiversity, vast number of animals and richness of species. Our entire trip was overwhelming and made our enchanting memories last forever!

Amazing Luxury Safari Experience with Outstanding Support & Service
Can't recommend SecretNamibia highly enough the support and service we received from minute one was outstanding.
I'd been wanting to organise a safari getaway with my family for quite a while but this year was the first time we could realistically make it happen. I initially got in touch with SecretNamibia late last year and right from the first contact I knew we had chosen the right tour operator.
Friendly, professional and so quick to answer your questions, Johan and the team planned a magical family itinerary for us that included visits to all of Namibia's most famous landmarks including the Sossusvlei dunes and of course the incredible Etosha National Park. However, more impressively we were taken to some of the 'lesser known gems' during our safari, spots in Damaraland and the Skeleton Coast, and this really enriched our trip. (For those that don't know SecretNamibia are actually based in Namibia which we felt was a big plus as they would have boots on the ground knowledge of the best places to explore).
Whenever you travel with kids you want everything to run smoothly and SecretNamibia went above and beyond to cater to our needs and asked so many questions about our tastes and preferences so they could put together the perfect itinerary. We stayed in some absolutely amazing luxury lodges, many of which had private plunge pools and viewing decks so you could really make the most of the epic views. We opted for all inclusive as we viewed this as a once in a lifetime trip and the food was amazing throughout, consisting of a mixture of European classics, dishes with South African influence and Namibian favourites.
Travelling from A to B whilst we were over there was effortless and everything was impeccably planned. In terms of the activities there's so much to see and do and SecretNamibia put forward plenty of options. During our safari we did pretty much everything including plenty of game drives but the highlight was the hot air balloon ride which is an experience we will never forget.
All in all if you're looking for a luxury safari tour operator that are flexible, helpful and will go the extra mile you won't be disappointed. Thanks so much guys for all your support! 10/10

I can't say enough wonderful things about Morning Star! Dennis, our Tour Consultant, organized every detail of our 11-day Safari/Beach Tour. He was so delightful to work with! Dennis is very responsive (I often wondered if he slept - he responded to emails all day/night), and alleviated all my concerns immediately. The accommodations he selected were beyond beautiful. And the activities he suggested were perfect for our 2 families. He thought of everything, and every detail was beautiful presented in itinerary.
Dennis arranged all the details of our itinerary - then Alex and David, our Tour Guides, executed the plan perfectly. From the moment they all greeted us at the airport - I knew we were in good hands! We were busy, on the move most of the trip, but Alex and David kept us on schedule and handled every aspect (not an easy task with 10 adults/teenagers). We went to 5 National Parks, saw tons of animals, went on a Hot Air Balloon, a boat ride thru Hippos, a bike ride thru Hells Gate, many game drives, visited a village and a school, snorkeled in the Indian Ocean, rode Camels on the beach and stayed at breathtaking accommodations - and everything went so smoothly! We just sat back and enjoyed the journey while Alex and David managed everything.
The Safari Jeeps are new, and in great condition - we even had a mini-fridge and wi-fi in the Jeep!
Overall, the hospitality of Kenya is amazing! At every accommodation we were greeted warmly and completely pampered, they truly strive to make your stay perfect!
