Bartho was our contact to organize our Safari and was very flexible to giving us different options
about prices, It´s probably one of the cheapest options for Safari.
Our guide driver was Andrew, and he was great! He is really nice, gave a lot of information about the animals, parks, nice stories and most of all, he has the capacity to spot a lot of animals.
We had the chance to see a lot of lions, cheetahs and basically all possible options of animals inside Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.
Also we have been very lucky to have Dula as cooker during our Safari trip. The food was amazing and we still cannot believe it !

Best safari ever!
Emanuel is a great person and he did everything he could to provide me with a great safari experience. Starting from the first contact (online and whatsapp) he was very available for all requested explainations and clarifications about the safari. Then he perfectly respected the plans. The game drive was conducted by a driver together with the chef. The driver was very good to find animals in the parks (all big5!) and the chef provided me with breakfast, lunches and dinners very well done, furthermore cooked in the middle of nowhere. The experience in the campings is very wild but it is worth it, actually!
I would highly recommend Emanuel and his staff to my friends.

Clear communications and excellent execution made an amazing trip
I can't say enough good things about my trip to Rwanda and my experience with Golden Rwanda Safaris. Frank and his team hosted me for a 5-day tour of Rwanda based around the gorilla trek in Volcanoes National Park. Prior to my trip Frank answered multiple messages clearly, promptly, and in a tone that inspired confidence. Claude my driver and guide met me at the airport and made me feel so welcome and at ease right away. The hotels were lovely, and the driving was safe, easy and smooth. Once you have decided to visit the gorillas, the costs go up significantly, but I felt like everything was priced fairly, I never felt taken advantage of or pestered to buy something I didn't want or need. My trip to Lake Kivu was nice and relaxing and Claude was able to make a change in the itinerary while I was with him so that we could visit a coffee plantation which was fantastic. I highly recommend Golden Rwanda Safaris to help visitors have a truly unforgettable experience in a special part of the world.

Well organized
We did a 3-day-safari Masai Mara NP. Ken was an extremely good driver. He managed the roads very good.
We saw a lot of animals there like zebras, elephants, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, shakals,...
Mika gave us a nice service (pick up at hotel, organize taxi for driving home, money transfer). We felt comfortable with that. We stepped easily from one step to the other the whole trip. Meals were good.
We would have wished more explanations about what we saw in the park, some informations about the animals.
So, you have to ask if you want to know something :)

Phenomenal Safari Experience
Lappet faced safari provided an excellent safari for the two of us. It was very well planned. Communication with Francisco was excellent. He was very accommodating in terms of arranging payment, which I was worried about due to Covid. The company is very reliable and excellent. The driver Gabriel was truly exceptional, he was always in the right place and time to see all the animals. We saw cheetahs, a black rhino, lions, a leopard, giraffes, hippos including baby hippos and many more. We also saw a family of around 70 elephants including baby elephants and we were the only car surrounded by all the elephants crossing the road! Gabriel also arranged an excellent plan to see sunrise and breakfast with a view in Serengeti Np. Gabriel is an excellent driver, clearly very experienced, kind and easy going. Although we visited several parks which were far away, Gabriel is a very reliable and good driver who got us places quickly and safely. We previously did a safari in Kenya, however, the one in Tanzania with Lappet Faced Safaris was much better.
