Funny and sociable, very energetic and communicative
Amazing! Tour guide was so funny and friendly! Had an amazing time and saw all the big five except leopards, there was an interesting story about the elephants and one that had recently passed away ans its family protecting it, and we saw the lions stand near the elephants and could feel the tension! Magnificent day, really grateful fpr this experience!

very good price / quality ratio. team dedicated to custumer satisfaction with plenty of flexibility
totally relaible. flexibility. custumer oriented. the whole team great. very good food. Costa the guide dedicated full time in finding game in the reserves. transportation Ok in a very good state Land Cruiser. very good mood and attitude of the whole team. except for an excess delay in pick-up after a mokora ride, the 5 days safari was excellent. I would recommend it.

Brilliant! It was amazing
Everything was very easy from the begining. I booked many months in advance from Spain and Lavender was very helpful and nice. Everything worked perfect. Pick up, safaris, acommodation in Bakabung lodge. I just regret I did not stay longer. Our driver Sunny is the best! I recommend it 100%

Everything you'd imagine and more
Booked a 7 day Kenya safari. Amboseli. Lake Navaisha, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara.
My guide, Joseph, was incredible. It was like going on a Safari with a friend. Unfortunately there was unforseen circumstances and I had to switch guides.
I was worried about this, but Marurumi and Joseph took care of everything and I didn't miss a beat.
Couldn't recommend them enough.

Unforgettable Vacation
This vacation was unforgettable. We could not have asked for a better guide than James, And Aneth had everything meticulously planned out. Aneth responded to all of our inquiries about the country and Safari costs and preparations, and accommodation and food were excellent. There is still a lot to see, and I hope to accompany them on another trip. We recommend Mujuni African Adventures for a Tanzanian Safari experience.

Out of the world experience
My girlfriend and I have always dreamed of doing a safari. There are hundreds of tour companies out there that offer various and similar tours and it is very difficult to determine which offer the best service. Right from the start when I sent my initial enquiry the Colours Africa team were responsive giving me a very customised itinerary. I told the team what I wanted out of the trip they gave a base plan which was modified as time went on. I noticed that they were not the cheapest and not the most expensive ion comparison to my other enquiries but I assure you they are definitely worth paying for.
Unfortunately our luggage was lost by the airline so we arrived in Arusha with no luggage. Colours Africa went to every effort to help us locate it and even offered to have the luggage delivered 2 hours to us in the national park if it turned up. Unfortunately it did not arrive in Arusha until the last day.
We were placed in the hands of Benjamin, our guide and driver for the 5 days and our chef Solomon. Right from the word go Benjamin was very in tune with exactly what we were looking for on the safari. He knew all of the National Parks like the back of his hand and constantly ensured that we were looked after. He made every effort to stay away from the hoards of jeeps whilst still always making sure we saw every animal. We even set him missions (jokingly) to see specific animals which he always completed. He even completed the mission to find us a lion hunt. I would say that Benjamin went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and felt looked after and despite the incredibly long hours he worked he always smiled and wanted to joked with us. To finish he even took us to the airport to collect our long lost baggage.
Solomon was the joker of the group. He is a very funny guy and a talented chef. I still miss his early morning pancakes. We were especially keen to try local Tanzanian food which he cooked perfectly but always provided western alternatives. Me being greedy would always eat both. Solomon would always ensure that we were comfortable and well fed.
The safari itself was one of the most incredible things I've experienced. I saw everything that I wanted to see and am thrilled to have spent time in the Serengeti. The facilities are far cleaner than I expected. Having travelled a lot in many countries around the world I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the facilities. The jeep was very comfortable and I was blown away by the sheer number of animals, especially Lions. My tip would be to make sure that you spend 2 nights at least in the Serengeti. It's so vast that you will only scratch the surface by staying a single night. If you can handle roughing it make sure you camp as it offers an extra experience to sleep under the clear Serengeti stars and listen to the wild animals during the night
I would 100% say that Benjamin and Solomon made an incredible experience into something extra special and I'm pleased to call them both my friends after this. If you do choose to do this tour with Colours Africa make sure you request Benjamin and Solomon and make sure you give them a nice tip at the end as they both deserve it.
Thank you to the whole Colours Africa team

Pros and Cons
Go2Africa rep who arranged our trip listened well to our specific needs/desires. We already had several camps in Botswana in mind, and he helped us locate two more, one each in S. Africa and Zimbabwe, both of which fitted well.
Once the initial arrangements for dates and locations were made, we were handed off to another company rep to arrange all of the details. This person was not as helpful as the first. It took us asking many, many questions to obtain the information that we needed. First, much of the information could easily have been posted to their web site, like we saw with other companies' web pages. G2A seems to hold back information and not make it easily available unless you ask. For instance, we were aware from our own research that we would need some vaccinations and some of them needed to start six months prior to travel, yet G2A provided no suggestions or guidance about this until mere weeks prior to our departure. Completely useless info when it was finally provided.
Second, being a "bespoke" trip planning travel agency, it was disturbing that when we did receive information, it was often very generic and didn't apply to us at all. But we still had to sort through the information and try to discern if we needed to do something, for example.
Finally, we were never invited to review our trip with a staff member, once we returned, so that we could provide feedback on what worked and what did not. We thought that was very odd. We did have some travel issues and would like to have reported them to G2A so that they might be able to talk with their various contractors and avoid similar issues for other G2A clients. But apparently they do not care to know what we liked or where there were problems.
We enjoyed most of our three weeks-plus trip, and appreciated some of the lodgings and guides suggested to us. It's surprising that G2A doesn't want to know the problems nor the good things.
