We had booked 8 Days of Safari with Serengeti Smile.
Our guide and driver (Ayubu) was friendly and knowledgeable and showed us all the Big 5 and Great Migration of Wildebeest including River Crossing.
Please note: There is always a bit of luck involved regarding which animals you are able to spot and what you are able to see depending on where the animals are roaming in the Serengeti National Park.
Despite the element of luck, I will say our guide did everything he could to help us witness these in reality and I am very happy for that.
It was an amazing experience to see everything in-person what we were only watching on TVs.
Other than that Rooms were great. Food was really good. Jeep (Land Cruiser) was reliable. Drive was amazing.

Excellent safari tour
This was a very nice tour and we had a blast on our safari. The accommodations at each camp were very nice -- probably nicer than the hotels we usually stay at in the U.S. -- and the staff really went out of their way to provide service. Our guide, Seelo, was excellent. He was a former park ranger who spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable about the parks and the wildlife. He worked hard to make sure we had encounters with animals and was able to get us to the riverbank in time to see the great wildebeest crossing, the highlight of our tour.
