Incredible experience! Very professional services, went out of their way to make arriving and departing as easy as possible and that we were getting what we wanted from the experience. Mandela was an amazing guide and very knowledgable about all sorts of animals. Our chef Acton made the most delicious food, there wasn't a moment on the trip we felt at all hungry. We chose the lodge/safari tent option and the accommodation was simply a delight, the staff offering to move our table outside so we could have breakfast while watching the sunrise over the Serengeti is an experience I will never forget. Overall an unmissable experience when travelling to Tanzania and I would recommend this company to ensure you have the best experience.

Friendly unforgettable experience
Had the best 4-day safari experience with Suricata Safaris. Mandela made sure the experience was unforgettable and can’t thank him enough for everything. So knowledgeable about all the wildlife and a joy to chat with. The food provided was great and we were never left hungry. Absolutely amazing and thorough with his information.
Our 12 day journey throughout Rwanda was top notch. Frank, the owner, was very responsive before, during, and after our trip with any questions or needs that we had. The trip itself was absolutely incredible from the driving, the hotels, seeing animals such as wild gorillas, chimps, all kinds of monkeys, birds, and some of the big five with many more animals, to the somber genocide memorials. Rwanda is an amazing country with much to see and do and this trip provided insight to all of it. Our driver/guide, Jean Claude, was also fantastic. He was thorough with his information and anything he didn’t know he was able to discern for us later. He was very accommodating to our trip needs if we wanted to veer off course. An animal filled adventure
My buddy and I hopped in for 3 days of a 4 day safari. Daudi was great and worked with us on logistics and a price adjustment for the day we would be missing.
The safari itself was everything we could have wanted it to be. Thousands upon thousands of animals were seen. The pop up roof is an absolute must, so happy we had one. Every morning starts at 6am with breakfast and goes until dinner around 7-8pm. All of our meals were good and almost all of them were made hot and in the moment. I left every meal very full.
There are really zero complaints. The entire experience was excellent.

It was the best time of our lives on a tour
Victoria listened and understood what my husband and I hoped to experience on our first trip to Uganda. She always responded to our lengthy emails regarding the questions and was so patient even with our ever changing itinerary and wants. Her recommendations proved to be perfect and fit our budget. On tour, our guide Nixon was fantastic and took care of us throughout our stay. The lodges were lovely lodges with great service, the Land cruiser vehicle we used was clean and in good condition, amazing nature and wildlife especially the tree-climbing lions and gorillas were spectacular!!! Highly recommend this company and would use them again.

We highly enjoyed our 3 days and 2 nights luxury Safari. We weren’t into camping so we went with the option to stay at Sarova Mara Game Camp. The tour was well organized and accommodation was top notch. Our safari was in a heavy duty Jeep-like vehicle with a pop up top. It was much better compared to other vehicles we saw in the park. It came with free WiFi and electrical outlets for charging, which was greatly appreciated. The evening safari drive was one of the best highlights of the trip. The sunset was one to remember. The team at Safari Update Travels Helped us with every special request and they delivered excellently exceeding our expectations. We will definitely plan to book our next tour with them.. It was very easy to communicate with them and they responded quickly to all my questions. Special thanks to Linsel for making the safari a success. Thank you Safari Update Travels!! You are the best!
